CAPITAL S.M.A.R.T. reception, MEL was amazing. A very good experience. The staff know how to treat their customers. Excellent results ! They organised an UBER to take us to HERTZ at Campbelltown, seamless to pick up a Mitsubishi Outlander petrol version SUV, that went well. O.K, it was not a PHEV (Plug In Hybrid Vehicle) but it was very suitable for my back. We were given a time frame of 8 days or maybe sooner, depending on parts availability. Our insurer, G.I.O. with Platinum cover, that too took the "pain" out of the accident to our SUV. Our expectation was perhaps a longer time due to Covid-19, however that was quickly dispelled. Mel contacted us one day early to let us know the good news that our Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV Exceed was ready and they had organised an UBER to pick us up from returning the HERTZ vehicle and drive us to S.M.A.R.T. at Ingleburn. Seamless and I can state, it takes the "pain" and "worry" out of motor vehicle accidents, all part of their great and personal service. We were greeted by MEL at S.M.A.R.T. who kindly showed us to our repaired PHEV, where we did a close inspection. All items that were damaged were repaired and painted very well. The colour is STARLIGHT, a pearlescent white finish. Nice ! The rear right wheel was buffed and all the black paint of the red "P plater's "VW" buzz-box" was totally removed off the entire wheel and brought back to a new condition... Outstanding job ! They replaced the damaged door skin which was perfectly replaced and professionally painted to match the vehicle's pearlescent white perfectly ! Very impressive repairs indeed with attention to detail. The rear right wheel arch was cleverly pulled back into shape despite previously being mangled by the red "P plater" hitting us. It was repaired and finished off as if it was new ! It gives us great pleasure to recommend their repairs and their overall service experience. A very professional overall repair and we are quite impressed with their service. Well done folks. Outstanding ! Honestly my cars been probably the worst luck to have and was pretty nervous about having to deal with another repair company cause the last one was just a shocker and blatantly rude money hungry people. Since the insurance company organised the repair with Capital Smart Ingleburn, things couldn't have gone any smoother. Kim called the day prior confirming all details then upon assessment they marked out everything and gave a detailed description on exactly what needs to be repaired. They even organised Uber transfers to and from where you needed to go & Kim organised the first uber to the rental company. In the last 5 years never had a repair company make everything so easy, helpful and absolutely amazing customer service. Especially the turn over, the car was dropped on a friday and picked up Tuesday! Gob smacked three days and they worked wonders. Even when I dropped my rental, Mel called me an Uber and picked up within minutes. Did I mention Kim and Mel are amazing in customer service and being able to answer all questions & had great conversation upon arrival to collect my car they even mentioned to come in for a coffee next time. Once again Thank you so much Capital Smart Ingleburn, anxiety gets the best of me but you made everything so perfect that I didnt even have to worry. I'm sure everyone behind the scenes deserves credit on giving customers the best repairs. Will definitely keep yous in the books for future reference but lets hope & fingers crossed we dont have to cross that path anytime soon. The quality and professionalism is absolutely beyond expectations, keep it up guys.. P.s I dont usually do reviews but you guys absolutely deserved it.

Poor quality and lazy workers. My insurance sent me to have front bumper and minor quarter panel fixed. They said new bumper and respray expect 10 business days to be completed. I received a message the next day to say repairs were completed. I arrived 3 days later due to work. The bumper was old just resprayed. And the bumper was still sagging away from quarter panel I said it's not acceptable please do it again and they told me few hours later it was fixed but it was a rubbish repair, they said it was the best they could do in a short amount of time. I said I'm not driving away with it like that. They kept it for another day. It was alot better than what they tried to pass off. But over the next few weeks the bumper has started to sag away from the quarter panel again! I do a lot of driving early morning and late afternoon before and after the sun because of work. But the days are longer now and I've noticed they sprayed on or near my car without covering my windscreen and I have gloss across it and I can barely see out of it whilst driving towards the sun. I'm hitting up insurance to go to another repairer to do the job properly. I wouldn't recommend Capital Smart ingleburn.

I took my car here on Monday to have my front bumper replaced to then have it returned to me with my sunglasses missing from my glove box and no assistance from the staff whatsoever in recovering them. One of their receptionists told me that they have cameras and none of their staff would do such a thing yet refused to check their cameras to make sure no one stole them. Try to avoid using this company, they really have no care for their clientele and will support thieves working with them. 15/11/2023: I've had my car repaired here once again as it is now under new management and this time they were fantastic. My car was expected to be finished by the 24th of November but after explaining that I needed it for an event on the 19th they smashed the job out and were very efficient, having it done by the 15th instead. This time around it's a 5 star experience. The manager Peter and his staff were all polite and even ended up quickly correctly a little issue after picking the car up where my bumper was still slightly popping out, all in all a great experience and I'd recommend this company NOW as opposed to before under the current management.

I went in there yesterday to help my father take his car in. From the moment we walked into reception the service from the ladies there was excellent. We arrived early so made a coffee in the waiting area and we didn't have time to drink much and we were already invited to come and talk to Nick to look at the car together. He documented what was needed and took extra time to listen to some of my father's concerns and was very helpful. I didn't realise my father also had a repair done at this same shop a while ago and to my surprise Nick recognised him when we first saw him. Thanks Nick for your help and the team for making this experience so easy for my old man who had really been stressing about this.

My insurer AAMI reccomended I use S.M.A.R.T for my repair. The receptionist Kim was so welcoming and thorough in explaining the process, she also assisted me in another matter, really going out of her way and appeared so happy to do so. Ordered me an uber home. Alex repaired my car, was thorough in explaining work to be conducted, had it back to me within the day and did a flawless job. He was very patient and answered all queries i had on a previous repair (went elsewhere) pointing out the errors from previous repair and pointing me in the right direction to have it repaired. They were both so genuinely kind and helpful with the whole process. I won't ever go anywhere else. Thanks guys!

What a pleasant and seamless experience! The staff in the office and workshop were lovely at all points of contact. My car was fixed very quickly (much quicker than promised) and they did a great job. They organised my Uber to and from Hertz with the Uber arriving within 5 minutes each time. Nothing was a problem. Very impressed! The only negative was to someone who hadn't been there before it was very confusing to work out where to go and so many cars everywhere! But that certainly wouldn't put me off going there again - 1st choice for smash repairs without a doubt. Well done!

Incredible. Dropped off car, simple and straight forward. Lift back home. We did have issues with lift to pickup but was a uber problem. That none available and cancelled several times. They ordered a taxi and uber so was all organised well. Only negative was impossible to call them back everytime was cancelled took an hour all up. Also if you call near closing time you'll be on hold and a que after they have all left the building. Then if you hangup and call back it's closed. Don't answer to those on hold that angered me but their speed with works made me happy again. 5 Star

Dropped our van off to be repaired on Monday morning and was told it does not fit in their spray booth so will need to be sent to another repair shop (although they already knew the make and model when we booked). 4 days later they sent it to the another repair shop and our 1 week repair turned in to just over 3 weeks. 1 week after getting the van back, the door handle on the door they repaired has fallen off. Only give them 2 stars as they delivered the car back to our house once repaired. Other then this, it would have been 1 star due to poor service and workmanship.

All the staff were so friendly. The gentleman who greeted me at assessment told me exactly what to expect and he was right, the ladies at reception were lovely and really funny and they organised Ubers for me to get me home and back again - and Peter the manager who greeted me when I picked up the car was great! The damage to my car was minor but as it’s a new car I really wanted it back to new condition and that’s what I got in one day. There’s no way to tell there was ever a mark there at all. I would recommend this business to anyone who needs their car fixed

Took my car in for a repair after a car crash not deemed my fault, repair took much longer than expected and had additional issues after picking up the first time. After an extra two weeks, finally was able to re-drive the car for two days before a major engine issue occurred. Independent mechanic deemed again, the fault of repairers at Capitol Smart being careless with the second fix. Still waiting for parts 3 months later after the initial problem and refusal to repair. Horrible experience would not trust this company.

Disappointed that this GIO preferred repairer cannot complete a quote for private work as well as for claimed work. It's hard enough arranging a loan of another car when your car is in for repairs without having to seek a second quote from another repairer for the private work needing attention. We would have pursued another repairer had this been made clear at the time of our claim. In saying this, the claimed work was repaired well and quickly. Just wished it could have all been completed at once.

The staff from reception especially Mel to mechanical are all excellent. They are courteous and very helpful. The best customer service I have ever experienced. The service is unparalleled. The quality of work is exceptional. The time that they fix the car is unbelievably fast, they always deliver the car earlier than what was promised. I cannot find fault in any way, shape or form. It is highly recommended. I will give them not 5 but 10 stars. Thank you to everyone.

I had my best ever experience dropping a car for repair in my life . The team at the reception gave me a warm welcome and clearly explained the whole process from dropping my car to picking it up post repair . The Assessor was knowledgeable and comprehensive in giving me the details of what they were going to do and estimated time frame . I was in and out in just a few minutes. This team is actually SMART and they deserve to have their name in CAPITAL LETTERS .

Had minor rear end damage on my VF Calais. Dropped the car off at request of my insurer. Staff a great to deal with and facilities look good however I was very disappointed when I got my car back. I have rattle in my boot lid, you have to slam the boot to close it, the so called new bumper replacement has dents and the paint work is sub standard. Very disappointed . If you want a quick repair this is the place. If you want a quality repair ……look elsewhere

Kim was great to work with! Kim greeted me at my car and assisted me in finding out what would happen with my car. Kim organised by Uber and made sure I got to work okay. Kim is a great asset to the team and is the best person to be greeting staff! I have used Capitol SMART three times and they are punctual, good customer service and I am always happy with their quality of work. I recommend their services and GIO to all of my friends!

Poor quality, messy paint and the wrong shade. Damaged where it wasn’t when I dropped it off. Very unprofessional work. Had to ask them to do it again as the quality was an embarrassment it looked like a back yard job. Second time around was no better and had even more scratches than when I dropped it off. Didn’t bother asking them to fix it again as they’re obviously incompetent. Now need to go elsewhere to have the issues fixed.

Had such a lovely experince with this business and did such a good job on the damage on my car it looks like new again!! The service I received from Peter, the assessor and Brianne in Reception was excellent. I dropped my car off Wednesday morning and it was ready to pick up Thursday afternoon. The car only needed the bumper replaced and the parts fortunately were available straight away. Even so, the whole process was seamless and professional and I commend Peter and Brianne for their quick, efficient and friendly customer service.

The customer service and quality of work from these guys was wonderful! Organised, efficient, very friendly and helpful. Even the Uber driver who dropped me back to pick up my car commented to say that he himself had a similar experience and many of his customers had too. Thank you Beth and team! It wasn't the best experience, After they call me to pick up my car I had to wait for half more day at the workshop, because when I arrived the car was not repaired properly, on weekend when I wanted to use my Perfume, I found out that someone stolen it, there is someone that is not doing the right thing on this workshop, the parfum was storage under the comparment reat arms.

Booked in for car repair. Not satisfied with the repair. Person who inspected my car said he will repair n change front bonnet n everything damaged . But when I went to pickup the car only the side part of the bonnet was repair not changed as promised. I complained about it but was of no use. Please don't make empty promises to customers when U cannot keep it words.

I had a repair carried out on my vehicle through insurance and was delighted with the work performed. Brought my car to these guys to repair with insurance, but got denied to fix only because it had a after market bumper bar which was genuine anyways for the make and model of my car. Wasted a day off work and not helpful at all even though I offered to hand in the original bumper at home instead.
