Visited the branch today, the lines were long due to the lockdown rules but the staff members were effecient making sure they serve us effectively. When i joined the line i thought to myself im spending 2hrs here before getting any service

The line to enter the GEPF offices was very long. Security was also monitoring the social distancing aspect and the flow of the line. Our details were captured before we entered and our temperatures were taken.

Goes fast at GEPF nowadays. They have a ticket system and assistants behind desks and they help fast and effecient. Big difference from just a few years ago when you waited for ages. WELL DONE!

Such a clean building with fast operating lifts...the management need to fix their parking price though its ridiculous.
