If I could give them zero stars I would. Never has a receptionist been so rude over the phone. I called in half an hour before close and immediately stated that I had never been there before but I was looking to come in for a prescription for antibiotics. The receptionist did not listen to anything I said so she asked me to repeat what I said so I asked how I would go about seeing a doctor again saying I was a new client and that I had already seen that they were closing very soon. She then advises that it’s too late today but she can book an appointment for me for tomorrow. She then asks for my phone number and I assume after trying to put it in the computer it was then she realized what I had already said which was that I had never been there before so she asked if I had and again I stated that I had not. She then quickly stated that they weren’t accepting new patients and proceeded to hung up on me as I was trying to respond. Never have I been treated so poorly by a receptionist, let alone one at a medical clinic when you’re trying to see a doctor for help. Awful awful awful service.

Dr. Zhao is a very professional doctor and could speak and understand 3 languages, which are great assets for the new and senior immigrants from other territories. She's patient and always gives me many advice and reminders for my check-ups. Her team member, Kyle is also very helpful and tries her best to accommodate some urgent requests from patients. I feel fortunate to find a good doctor in Calgary

I don’t rate 1 star online usually but I’m so mad with front desk. I had shoulder separation last weekend and wanted to ask a phone appointment with Doctor Yung for caring information. Front desk said I had to go to clinic in person. I said I cannot drive and live alone.She said if I couldn’t come doctor Yung cannot help me. Thx for her bad attitude and let’s think it’s time to change family doctor.

Would 100% give zero stars if I could. I recently moved to the area and called the doctor's office to enquire about becoming a patient and the absolute scab of a woman at the front desk was dismissive, curt and rude. Unbelievable waste of skin. Asked about waitlist and she told me they don't do that. Really the worst type of human... Be better, some people don't know.

The receptionist is horrible. Absolutely unprofessional, there isn’t any civility or manners, it makes the experience very unpleasant. Dr rong isn’t the only physician in town and I don’t want to put up with this so I’m not going to. I advise the clinic to replace her, it will help your business a lot.

The front desk just hang up my phone call. I felt shocked as this usually doesn't happen in Canada. I agree with the rest of low rate comment- the service is terrible, inconsiderate and harsh. Try to get yourself a new family doctor will be the only solution.

The receptionist has no patience!! Terrible customer service, Dr Yung is a good doctor by the way. The only complaint is the front desk lady, starts yelling if you ask more questions...

The receptionist is extremely RUDE. After reading those bad reviews about her, I am more than sure she is insane. Dr Zhao and Dr Yung, please, fire her and hire someone professional.

Very knowledgeable family doctor. My parents and my own family all enjoy seeing him for our health concerns. Appointments are on time and easy to book via phone.

Dr. Yung is my family doctor for multiple years. He is always kind and nice. My wife and me very like him.

The BEST family doctor I have ever had. He listens and takes all concerns seriously. Highly recommended.

前台这两个工作态度太差，素质太低，服务速度不可理喻，预约在三点，快四点也没有见到医生，预约的意义是什么？

容医生很好 ， 只是他换了诊所…. 想book walk in 都不行…. 前台说话方式很不喜欢 ….

做完检查不能给及时回复检查报告，想打电话过去预约看报告2天打了几十个上百个电话都是无人接听。
