최악이다. 살면서 리뷰를 남겨본적이 한번도 없는데 나머지 사람들은 경험하지않았으면 해서 리뷰를 남긴다. 방을 청소하는 사람들은 하루종일 큰 소리로 노래를 부르며 방을 청소한다. 정숙해야하는 시간에 청소하는 사람들은 소리를 지르며 개념없이 행동했다. 그들이 지키지않는데 투숙객들이 왜 지켜야하니 ? 같이 방을 쓴 사람은 매우 더러웠다. 이 집에서 사는 분 같았는데 머리를 자르고 뒷처리를 하지않았으며 사용한 휴지도 바닥에 버리고 나갔다. 그냥 매우 더러웠다. 내 기분도 더러웠다. 그리고 춥다고 온도를 높여달라고 부탁했지만 전혀 듣지않았다. 서비스가 매우 별로다. 가지마세요. Those who cleaned at a time when they had to be quiet shouted and acted without thinking. Why do guests have to protect it when they don't ? The person who used the room together was very dirty. He looked like a person who lived in this house, but she cut her hair and didn't take care of it, and threw away the toilet paper she used on the floor. It was just very dirty I felt dirty too. And I asked to raise the temperature because it was cold, but I didn't hear it at all. The service is very bad. Plz don't go.

It did what it needed to do. Our room seemed clean, but we did find someone else’s toiletries under our bathroom sink. So it did kinda make me wonder, but we were only in for an overnight to go see a DJ at Echostage. It’s perfect for an in/out or overnight. I wouldn’t stay more than a night. Also, if you’re going on a road trip, Thibk to bring an extra pillow. They have a policy we were not informed of until we had already reserved a room, they do not allow shoes or food/bev in the rooms. When you walk in there’s a bench and shelves for everyone’s shoes. I personally did not want to remove my shoes for a few reasons, (had a lot of stuff in my hands upon arriving, didn’t want my shoes stolen, etc) so I didn’t the first few times entering and exiting, and no one really gave me a hard time about it. Downstairs is what looks like a communal kitchen. Several fridges, food, and cooking space. Lots of seating and people working on their computers. Overall, if you’re looking for a step up from camping but not quite the expense of a hotel room, it’s a solid quick spot.

Il s'agit d'une auberge située en plein centre de Washington, DC entre Eastern Market et New Carrollton, assez proche des monuments emblématiques (comptez environ un quart d'heure de marche pour rejoindre le Capitole et la Maison Blanche.) J'y ai passé cinq jours et j'ai apprécié. Les chambres sont propres, le petit déjeuner offert est bien rempli. Il y a une cuisine avec tous les ustensiles nécessaires pour cuisiner ainsi qu'une télévision et le wifi. Toutefois, je ne pense pas qu'il s'agisse d'un lieu de tourisme puisque les personnes avec qui j'ai interagi venaient en majorité pour le travail ou les études. L'hôte à été très sympathique et m'a même prêté un adaptateur de voyage. Je recommande pour quelques jours à Washington !

Very conveniently located Airbnb right near the heart of the City. It is kind of run like a hostel. The staff are very efficient and quick with cleaning up the place and keeping certain snacks and kitchen tidy. There is a laundry washer and dryer but you have to pay $3 for dryer $1.50 for the washer. It's a great environment in the open kitchen table area lots of people from all over the world in the country sit and chat about stuff. I met people from Kenya, Brazil and the Congo. The rooms have bunk beds so it is kind of tight but they managed the cleaning of the spaces really well. They clean everyday and they're pretty strict about check-in and check-out because there are so many people going in and out of the house. The bathrooms are kept in really good shape but some of the guests can be messy.

I do not really understand why only three reviews were here so far. This is just an amazing place. Very close from downtown and convenient transportation, at the same time very quiet outside unlike the hotels in the downtown since it is just at the midst of normal residence. Very close to a nice market closing at 12 a.m. We can use the refrigerator and cook, the dish washer. Very clean and everything is kept perfectly. The quiet rule is very nice at night. The free breakfast is not just a toast but includes some bakeries made by the bussiness owner who might be in the age of moms of teenagers. Pretty friendly environment and privacy is respected. If I have chance to visit D.C. again, I will definitely come here again. With half price of hostels in downtown, I can enjoy much more things than there.

I was in a room with 5 other girls. I received all the information to check-in alone by email after the check in time. It was really well explained and I enter really easily. When I arrived I immediately felt secured thanks to all the digicode (one to enter in the house, and one to enter in your room). Someone help me to find my room, but I didn't really understand if it was an employee or a customer. To use the lockers you will need your own lock. The common room was a bit clustered but overall clean enough. The breakfast offered is really a strong advantage! I would come back again without hesitation.

Do not stay here. I was a Captiol Hill intern here in 2019 and they packed us in this house like sardines. 6 people/room with 4-5 rooms per floor all sharing small bathrooms. Fridges constantly packed so you won't be able to keep perishable items. Located in an unsafe neighborhood within the projects. Way too many people to be fire safe and and overall awful experience.

Si os gustan mucho el hacinamiento, la falta de higiene y el material de cama y la toalla del baño en un estado que deja mucho que desear, es vuestro lugar. La cocina comunitaria parece limpia pero no lo está en absoluto cuando la observas mejor. Lo único positivo es que está a 15' andando del Capitolio, pero sinceramente, hay otros albergues bien de precio en la misma zona. No lo recomiendo en absoluto. En serio: buscad otro lugar.

Capitalsquare BNB is ideal location close to Potomac Station and circulate bus, safe to walk in the night, hostel very clean and enough share bathroom to use. Check-in and check out very convenience host provided code to entry front door and main entrance in advance. You will meet many short/long teams stay in common area, kitchen fully equipment and everyone can cook their own food. Breakfast provides in the morning. Overall is very present stay at hostel. I'm totally recommend to stay when you visit DC.

I would give 0 stars if I could. First of all, the code for our room was not working, so we were not able to get in. We tried contacting the business and the call went straight to voicemail and their voicemail is full. We also texted and email them and no response. We were waiting there for 1,5 hours eating for any answer until we decided to get a different place to stay. After 3 hours and 3 minutes we got an answers asking if we were able to get in and they said they could not answer sooner because they are on vacation. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!!!

The good: -Great big kitchen with two ovens, three refrigerators, two dishwashers, and everything you need to cook. -rooms have private toilets/showers (huge plus. Never seen it in a hostel before) -good location close to metro, some cafes, and grocery. -a bit cluttered at the entrance, but overall very clean and comfortable. -a shared laundry room. -tv with netflix, hulu, apple tv The bad: -not much really. Could feel some tension among staff, but that's pretty normal when you work with others. It's an okay place for an okay price. I'd consider coming back.

a really great place to stay while in dc, everything is minutes away from downtown. the place is always spic and span. I really felt comfortable in this place, they give complimentary breakfast every morning and the linens are always clean, you meet great people here and the rooms are a great size comes with your own bathroom, and coded doors. so my things are secure with or without the coded door this place is so quiet that it feels like my home away from home, great customer service. whenever i come to dc i will always come here.

I was about to book a room at this hostel and on the website they only accept credit cards! I just finished a phone call with the owner who said that they don’t accept walk-in, they don’t accept cash and if I want to pay with PayPal, I have to transfer the money to her account and instead of 32$ per night, I have to pay 40$!! She said the extra 8$ are a FINE for not paying with a credit card!!! Be carful!!!!

Regular hostel. Well located. Not the best dorms but you get what you need (bedside lamp, personal spot to charge your phone.) It was relatively clean. The vibe downstairs was decent. Having a no shoe policy with flipflops that everyone can use is questionably clean. The staff was pretty unhelpful. It's just a business for them. No hostel spirit.

Pretty good place. The instructions for checking in and out and where everything is were clear and provided in advance. The dorms and the bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The minor concern I had was that the soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty and I didn't know whom to contact or where I could find extra supplies. (Booked the place via AirBnB).

Great experience and cheapest bnb/hostel around. Worth the stay!

Para lo barato que es está bien. El lugar no era el sitio más limpio y amplio en el que he estado, pero cumple su función. Todo funcionaba bien. Hay gente de todo tipo y la experiencia puede variar según los compañeros que te toquen. Muy bien conectado con el centro de DC en bus/metro.

While i dont mind staying in hostel type rooms this place is in a unsafe neighborhood and should not be a place to stay for those who are driving. Great breakfast though.

They overbooked and cancelled my confirmed reservation a few hours before I was to show up leaving me to scramble to find accomodations somewhere else.

Wonderful host, room, dining, and company. Everything is always perfectly clean and if you ever need help or directions it is one question away.
