Hello everyone I worked at Car Clinic - Bosch Car Service, Aliganj, Lucknow for the tenure of 6 months and 12 days. At the time of interview, owner said she will let me handle insurance department but after joining she gave me the job role of Service Advisor and Billing Executive. I agreed to all terms and conditions because I wanted a job. Time passed away and days came where washing boy left his job and instead of hiring new washing boy, she forced me to ask painters, denters and mechanics to wash vehicles. I tried to convince everyone but they were all the time busy with their work because I washed approximately 8-9 vehicles by my hand. Can you assume a Service Advisor washing Vehicles of customers? When I asked owner to sort out the issue, instead of solving this problem she said let it be the way it is going. She wanted me to help mechanics with their work, wash vehicles and above of all she always forced me to bring vehicles to garage and make work out of them. She infact promised me that if I convince any customer for interior cleaning of vehicles, she will provide me incentives other than salary. A day came when I got irritated because of her behaviour towards money, I started searching new job and when I found a job I told her that I will be leaving, she said ok fine and agreed to pay my salary for the month of January and all due incentives. One month passed, I asked for January salary and incentives to which she replied she has not given salary to anyone, I asked other employees and they replied they all got salary in the first week of February only. Its November, 2023 and she has not given my salary, nor my incentives and never appreciated my hardwork. She just wants money and money and nothing else. I also once gave my vehicle for painting work for which I made whole payment in which she did not provide me the part of vehicle which costs around ₹600/- and neither talked about it when the vehicle left garage. This is so much bad for an entrepreneur to act like this. Infact, others who left job have also not got their salaries but they hesitate in writing because of their image.

I had went there to replace my rear number rear right side tale light ac cooling was not happening so they took my car on Sunday at 4 pm n promised me to give on Tuesday morning but they have not made any communication after that they forgot everything about my except they said on Sunday by call that ac condenser is not good I should get it changed which I later denied for change or replace. Later after Tuesday when I called on Wednesday they first said ac work is done and my car is in body shop I asked what is this body shop n car clinic is defferent they will find out then informed call not came then when I blasted on thrusday about their service then they promised to come on Friday to pick the car . When I went there I paid what all amount they said after that when I was about to take my car i accidentally saw that they have not replaced my tale light right side for which I have already made payment when I asked what is this first confidently they said it's replaces but later when they saw then blame game started to their own workers and they then replacsd and given but what if I would have seen that n wud have taken n wud have seen in the house they would never have believed that they have not replaced. Very careless people.

It was a bad experience of car painting. If you will observe minutely you can see that many areas remain uncovered during painting. In some places there were fingerprints (from inside the paint or cutter polish) which can not be cleaned by washing. They did a very unprofessional car waxing.they charged extra ₹700 for car waxing and did only a simple hand rub waxing in just 10 minutes.

Car clinic-bosch car service is just an awesome place for ur car repairing, i took the repairing service three times, and I must say that these people are so professional and experienced. I am very satisfied and happy with their services.

I was experiencing sound in rear tyre. Workshop manager taken the task promptly with mechanic and identified the issue. Problem resolved. Very courteous staff and quick services by them. Keep it up best wishes.

The staff behaviour was very polite, service was very promt, repair quality was excellent, it was very cost effective...Ms. Shalini was really helpful and coperative... truly an honest service partner....

My experience with Bosch LED bulbs and battery is excellent. Car Clinic provided me a video quick service at modest price. I am impressed with their dealership equivalent quality at such local price.

Worst experience with this service centre.I paid 3800 rupees in zero depth policy. They are completely incompetent for claiming purposes. They have even not replaced damaged parts of my vehicle.

Genuine inspection, right recommendation and excellent car service is other name of this workshop. Staff is corporative and good in nature. Overall satisfied with the service. Thanks keep it up!

The service is very good in other word is best . On offer card, i get very good discount on this that pretty good. Mr. Nasir ( service advisor) is a nice guy very helpfull and very talented.
