Until I met Trevor, the type of salesman anybody would wish to have! Trevor is attentive, patient, personable, knowledgeable and truly made my experience so easy and fun. Trevor went above and beyond to make sure I was getting into a vehicle that I was satisfied with and that would provide everything my family and I needed in a vehicle. Due to my previous dealership experience I didn't have high hopes, But the moment I walked into the car club I knew it was going to be a positive experience. I applied for a vehicle that day and before I could even make my way home, Trevor phoned me to let me know I was officially the owner of a 2018 Subaru Impreza, I couldn't believe how quick and easy this process was!! Something that felt so impossible just days before. Trevor truly made my dreams come true and I couldn't be more thankful to have had the pleasure of doing business with him! I've had the privilege of dealing with Brent Keating at the Stittsville location on Carp Road. It took him 2 months to get me to come see him lol. He was patient, cordial, knowledgeable... I changed my mind on what car I wanted about 10 times. Went from dealer to dealer, did my homework. Brent knocked it out of the park. I was convinced I wasn't going to get financing but I had to try. Moe, Brent's affiliate is a lending Yoda, I now call him Moda lol. From the time I picked a car, 2020 Maxima SL V6 300hp, I was literally driving it plated certified, within 24 hours. Stealth, class, efficient but most of all, experience and wisdom. They didn't feel like salesmen at all. Stop searching buy from these guys and tell them Scotty Sent you!!

Wow quite the awesome experience I had for the second time around with Car Club. My vehicle was no longer safe to drive so I reached out to the same place I got my SUV in 2017. They were more than happy to treat me like a returning VIP. Brent attended to my immediate needs while Trevor greeted me for the test drive. Smiles all around, fun test driving, receiving nothing but a great experience with these guys. Chose the vehicle, Moe the finance guru made it happen and to my surprise Brent drove the truck to hand deliver it to me and fetch my old one, a 2-hour drive!!!! A huge shoutout to Trevor, Moe & Glen for all of their help here at the Stittsville Car Club. My partner and I went to a used car dealership and had absolutely no luck because of the way they applied for loans. Luckily I saw quite a few cars driving around town with the car club sticker so I looked into it and was contacted by Trevor after being preapproved online. The whole process took only a few days long before we were able to drive out of the lot with the perfect SUV, everything it came with hit the main points we told them we needed. The absolute worst vehicle I've ever bought in my life. I've had it for a year and my equinox has literally fallen apart. I have put more money in parts then I have made on payments on the vehicle. The car is a complete lemon. The guy selling was in a complete rush for me to buy this specific vehicle. I spent 5k over other asking prices of the same car, I never noticed until I looked into it because I was in a rush and without a vehicle. I'm not impressed with this place what so ever. Now I'm stuck with a vehicle I would not sell to absolutely anyone Shady

They were great and very professional. I have a driving job, hence my car is more than essential. My previous car, did fairly suddenly needed replacing. Trevor had me in a new car, pronto. The KIA they sold me, is incredible. Their inventory is beyond belief. There are so many options, you can find what you need. Their multiple location options makes things very easy, for everyone. The customer service is far beyond expectations, even picking me up. Trevor was amazing! I very much recommend Car Club.

Of all the dealerships I’ve been to, none of them come close to the Car Club on carp. They by far had the best customer service & prices! Paul was super personable & attentive to exactly what I needed. He even came to pick me up for our appointments & went above & beyond helping me with insurance matters. His manager Phil was also great. Genuinely cared about his customers and provided service in French which is rare & lending a helping hand wherever he could. 10/10 would recommend!

Bought a 2018 Ford fusion from them and they messed my case. I was asked to bring a co-signer for my car so i brought my cousin into it but, they made new a co-signer and my cousin the actual owner of my car. Neither i have my name on ownership nor in the loan. I went to Lys, she handled my case. Now my cousin is the one who’s paying the loan. I went to ask them to solve my problem and they’re completely denying for that. So disappointed with the service…..

Be careful, I bought an SUV in 2022 and I just got a call to adjust the interest rate and I've just noticed that they fraud my bank papers. I signed for 72 months and the bank has an indication that they put down 78 months. BE CAREFUL AND CHECK YOUR CONTRACTS THOROUGHLY
