If this company could get less than 1 star they would! They are predatory in nature and very unprofessional. He showed up in an Audi SUV with no company branding. His clothing looked like we called him away from his pool again with no company branding. We lost the primary key to our car, tried to use a second key we had but it needed to be reprogrammed. Company refused to state service charge rate prior to getting on site. Then proceeded to sit in the car with the doors open, headlights, dome lights, and hazards on for about 60-90 minutes. The battery is now dead. He then said he could not do anything as he needed an email from Europe and would come back in the morning, but he never did. $50 Service Call $98 PIN Code request (I assume this is the email he needed) $126 Reset Interlock (This is 100% not needed) $178 Program Key $452 total Contacted him to cancel the service call as my insurance would tow the car to the dealership at no cost and the dealership would reprogram the key for $125. He then tried saying we owed him $150. When I told him he can then pay for my battery (Starts at $159.99) or we can just call it even he proceeded to call me a slaver. He has also tried charge the full $452 rate, I now have a key that is not programmed and a dead battery. Please do not use this company! **Edit** As you can see from the company's response. They are very unprofessional and will charge for services that were not completed. Paying the service fee would have been one thing but you charged the full $452 and never completed the service! Then called my phone twice, I assume in an attempt to harass me.

I had to get a key replacement because I didn’t have the original key on me. I paid $250 for a new key to be programmed and cut, thinking it could be used as a spare. When the key was cut, I had trouble turning the key to start the car, but it worked if I flipped the key and tried on the other side. The locksmith said to keep locking and unlocking the door, it’ll help smooth out the sharp edges and will eventually work. I took the car to my local Firestone to get an oil change, and after it was complételes, Firestone was unable to get the key to start the car at all. I called and complained to the company, and the manager said he would be at the Firestone the next day and fix it for free. I was told he would be there between 9-10, and as of 3:30, he has still not shown up. No one is answering when I call and they refuse to refund me. Now I’m currently without a car, I now have the original key, but I was not informed that the original key needed to be programmed with the spare in order for it to work. I’m very dissatisfied with this service and their lack of willingness to assist.

I called this company because I needed a Key made for my vehicle and the lady gave me a rough estimate and had the technician call me! The technician should’ve known how much he was going to charge when asked. It’s probably not the only car he’s ever done. He continued to say I will let you know when I get there as part of the of the scam to take the money for the service call. Their prices are extremely high and the front desk service lady talks to you like she is the owner or Manager of the company and their communication skills are not good. If you have any concerns they will make you feel like you are wrong.I would definitely recommend looking for a different company /more professional.

Amazing service, good pricing, fast response. my car key was junk, literally. It was held together by duck tape and the lock and unlock buttons didn't work, can't tell you how many times I would be locked out and be SOL, and locking my car was even more annoying. This business is amazing, I called at 6pm, and they called back immediately and offered to make it that night and allow me to me to pick it up right away.. at 6pm! I went in the next day though (due to my schedule) and they were there and made me a new key within 30 minutes, best money I've ever spent, way better than going to a dealership! 5/5, would definitely recommend!

I lost my car key fob and needed a spare for my vehicle. Called them up if they have an OEM replacement key for my vehicle. I was told that they have one in stock. I was then given a reasonable quote prior to ending the call which didn't take that long. Went to their office to verify. Looks exactly as my spare so I agreed for the replacement. I got my spare car key in less than 30 minutes! These guys also figured out what's wrong with my current key fob free of charge. Don't waste your time (and money) to have your car keys replaced at the dealership. Would definitely recommend these guys if something happened like this again.

First, I had to search hard to find a key fob replacement service company with good reviews in Phoenix and eventually found this company who was “guaranteed by Google”. I have no idea how that works, but they also had great reviews. Having received dealer quotes prior I had some context of cost and they were able to quote me on the phone and send a tech out within less than 2 hours. The tech was very professional and reviewed the situation and confirmed the pricing. It took her about 20 minutes and she left me with two working OEM key fobs. did have one working key fobs. Would have given more stars, but when I tried to contact them at the email address provided on the webpage I got an email back saying they were not existing email addresses. They made a car key for my car 3 days ago and now my engine immobilizer system light flashes when I drive and stays on when the car is off. I'm hoping to get my issue resolved, but not sure because after reading the reviews I noticed the only reviews that get no response from the managers are the ones that had an issue or gave low stars.

We bought a used BMW X5 that only had one key. Maor gave us a very reasonable price. When finding out it would take longer than we expected, he offered to come to our house that night to do the work instead of making me wait. The outcome was good but there are a couple of remote items that don't quite work with the new key that do work with the original key. Otherwise, we are happy with the job and would use them again.

I called this company not knowing a single thing about key replacement for my 2016 Audi. They were so informative and so very honest on how the process works. I ordered a keyfob for my 2018 Hyundai Sonata from EBay not knowing it needed to be programmed by a locksmith. I called in and they were able to have me come in right away. When we got there I found out I ordered the wrong one but they had the right ones there in stock so could have just come in to buy it here right away. They took great care of me and would recommend anybody use them for your auto keyfob needs!

I called because I locked my keys in my car. He came fast and left fast. I just feel like there was no communication. When I called he didn't ask any questions about what kind of car, pricing, or acceptance of insurance. When he got there I was of course not aware he didn't accept insurance and I definitely wasn't prepared to spend $95. Only giving 4 stars because he gave me $25 off for writing a review.

Very bad experience i called in to get prices on a replacement key the Representative i spoke to gave me very poor information had a tech come out to charge me 50$ Just to plug in a computer system to tell me what was wrong with my vehicle which i already knew the prices are way to expensive 290 just to replace a remote key the dealership only. I lost my 2006 Toyota Camry key called the company and the tech came in 20 min .. I could tell he was a professional and did this many times before. My car keys were stolen and I didn't have a spare. This company was referred to me by a tow truck company that towed my car home. Called them around 11am the next day and they were at my door by 12! From all the other locksmiths they were the cheapest by far. My tech Luia was good, friendly, fast and was quality work. I would definitely suggest them to anyone!

Used this place to get a copy of a key for my Nissan Pathfinder. Very fast service, everything in my key works, promises kept. Would recommend because the price is fair and the key actually works. If I went to the Nissan dealer I would have had to pay almost twice the amount.

These people were great had to get a second key made for my 2015 Toyota Corolla S Plus ended paying 175$ TOTAL which is cheap the dealer wanted 320$. I showed up to the shop to get it done but they also drive to you and cut on site as well.
