This is an unbiased comprehensive review of their service. I own a Honda City 2010 model and engaged Car Helpline for AC service and gas top up to avoid going to the Honda dealership. It needs to be mentioned that I monitored the entire process from A to Z. Their technician sajad carried out the AC service in a professional manner whereby he thoroughly cleaned the cooling coil and the fan blower motor parts along with the condenser. The Gas top up phase was rather tricky and below was observed: 1. The Gas pressures of a R134A system are always checked with two gauge manifold with high and low sides. However the technician had only one guage on him (Low side) through which he estimated the pressures which in my opinion is a trial and run process of checking the gas pressure in the system. 2. I scanned the QR code on the gas cylinder brought by the technician. It can be easily done by installing the "Genetron" app from play store. Upon two scans the cylinder was verified as R410A gas and NOT R134A, although R134A was written on the cylinder so I took the risk and got the gas topped up. There is a lot of fake "Honeywell" gas in circulation in the market and professional companies should be extra cautious in what they are claiming to fill and what is actually filled. All in all for me, the overall experience was 5/10.

Just experienced their services today and they did an amazing job. One of my car's Ac service was due and the other one had some fault with it's injector. Both issues were resolved very quickly and professionally. Most importantly, the amount charged for the work was quite reasonable as i am sure most shops out there would have charged double than that. Life savers and excellent service in professional way. Last night around 11:20 pm i was stuck on the road, there was a mechanical issue in my car. Their mechanic was experienced and fixed my issue very quickly. I found their charges are reasonable and mechanics are honest. Mechanic said we are also offering car maintenance services at doorstep, i was very happy to heard this because it is very helpful for me, definitely i will use carhelpline for my car maintenance services and will recommend them to others.

Want to experience service better than a developed country like US or Canada? I did experience such an amazing service when my car was stranded near center point in Lahore bcz of radiator fan fail. Not only these guys solved my problem within few minutes, their excellent and courteous staff (both guys: at call center and the mechanic) were extremely polite and caring in their professional behavior. Would give a million stars if I could!!!
