They saved my silencer cleaning and break shoe replacement after checking that it is not required right now. This transparency and communication were greatly appreciated. Absolute cheat. Assured me of original Honda parts when I got work done on my shocker replacement. The replaced part started providing me a stiff drive again after a year of driving. My original Honda part had lived for 5 years and this one hardly for one year. When I pointed this out, the owner asked me for replacement of few other parts which again will cost me dearly. His agenda is to bring the customers back to his place and get them to replace parts to make money. No customer loyalty.

Inspite of multiple visits and various telecall the owner could not reply for replacement of side mirror, even if it was not possible a simple reply was expected, personally not happy with this basic customer handling approach.
