I arranged to sell my Landcrusier to Carhops. I signed the sale contract, they collected the car and they paid a 50% deposit into my bank account immediately. Two days later l experienced a significant change in my personal circumstances that meant l had to rescind the sale of the vehicle. Much to my pleasant surprise when l phoned and spoke to Kevin about my changed circumstances he was completely understanding and pleasantly amenable. I refunded the 50% deposit and for a minimal fee the vehicle was returned to me. It was indeed refreshing to deal with such a helpful, honest and professional auto broker like Kevin. Fantastic service. After I submitted inquiry, was called same day to organise inspection. Inspection carried out same day and offer was presented, signed and money was in account 24 hours later. They then picked up car and deal was complete. Professional service throughout whole experience. Jay and Andrew, the 2 reps I dealt with were respectful throughout process. Could I have gotten more money if I went via private sale? Of course, but quote and sale price on offer was similar/better than other quotes.
