Alyse is absolutely amazing. Not only does she explain in detail what treatment could assist, she follows through with an emailed programme which I followed to a T. She is friendly, supportive and knowledgeable. As I am following her exercises and all we discussed -I feel amazing. I’ll def be back to follow up but for now she has pointed me in the right direction. Thank you
