A little tale on doing something slightly out of character for me. So on December 23rd I made visit to Dino’s Auto in Orleans just to have a look at a beater car. I chatted with Matthew & walked away after being told there were a couple of cars that were in my price range. I looked at three vehicles, a Jeep SUV but it didn't have heated seats. I also looked at this Mazda as part of the ones in my price range, but it was more a ploy to get my own SUV back to see if the dear daughters would like a “sporty” option and then this Subaru Legacy Wagon. It had potential. So I get a call from Matthew the next day and we chatted. I didn’t want leather; not keen on a hatchback, but the price seemed palatable. So negotiations began...a couple of hours later we came to an agreement on the Subaru. So Christmas Eve I committed to getting this wagon. Yes this SUBARU Legacy WAGON would be a car that I would drive around. The DD’s were more than happy to hang onto my SUV so literally took this a sign that I’m losing it. :) So if you’re looking for a true Customer Service experience like no other consider Dino’s Auto on Innes in Orleans as they made this purchase of the Subaru extremely easy and enjoyable! Also if you want to be part of the #FraserCrazyFace family you have to give them your business. April ‘21 update: Driving back from a run and driving home from Kanata the Subaru felt like the wheels were going to fall off. Pulled over didn’t see anything wrong and made it back. Had someone from home follow me to the nearest garage and mechanic said the drive shaft was gone. So now I wait for a part and hope I’ll be able to enjoy this ride and be safe.

Spread the word and let others benefit from this exemplary local business. It is hard to find a car dealer with care an integrity that has clients best interest in mind and practice. Dino's Auto may not offer you the top of the line vehicles, but surely they help you to find the best car matching your budget and needs. I remember back in summer I went there with my family and they gave me the keys for all the care I had my eyes on, with no pressure before or after the test drive only me and my family. I walked out of the dealer with a good feeling that I found an option so lets look at the others. Honestly none of the competitors were a match to their services. Honest sales people, great manager and above all a very good car with three months warranty. My family is still enjoying it.They even took the afternoon to drop it off in Down Town with my office after the registration and transfer was done. Provided a head rest that was missing for one of the seats a few weeks later and I picked it up at no charge. I recommend them. By the way i kept forgetting to put my 2 cents here since last summer.Mathew Fraser was my sales person and he came to work on his day off to deliver the car to me. I seriously did not think that buying a used car could be this easy. Sarah was fantastic - attentive and focused when discussing the things that were important to me about a vehicle. I came to look at a specific car they listed on their website and there was no attempt to upsell. The negotiation over the price, usually uncomfortable with sales reps, was totally painless. Paperwork, payment, financing, all done with a minimum effort and maximum efficiency. There was total transparency and Sarah offered documentation and a range of options at every step. We were all squared away in what felt like minutes with zero pressure and total comfort. They clearly took to heart that our purchase was a family vehicle and safety was paramount and the work they did during the safety inspection reflected that. The one glitch was a bit of damage the car picked up between purchase and pickup, but even that is getting resolved within a week (despite the Easter long weekend). I'm super happy with everything and am grateful to Sarah and the Dino's team for making this the easiest big purchase I've ever made.

I just purchased a used vehicle from Carloft Orleans. My search started with a phone conversation with Ryan, who was so helpful and friendly. The car I was interested in was in Kingston, one of Carloft's other locations, and Ryan managed to have it brought to his location the very next day. Amazing! The customer service just got better from there. Both Jason and Ryan are extremely easy to talk to. It was like buying a car from friends. There was absolutely no pressure at all. I was given all the information that I needed and was then able to go home and discuss things with my husband who couldn't go with me for the test drive and initial viewing. I can't say enough about Jason and Ryan.They are all about customer service, (like in the good old days). I am very happy that I bought my car from them. I was stuck looking for a car for over 4 months, I had the intention of buying any simple car when I visited Dino's Auto... but I ended up leaving with a 2008 Lexus ES 350! I was pleased with the selection and all their prices are very reasonable, not to mention the excellent condition my car was in upon delivery, inside and out (with a full tank of gas too!). Above all, they were very transparent about all the details and they were beyond helpful when I had any questions; before, during and after the purchase. The few adjustments that were required on the car were done promptly and I was also given options to how much I wanted to spend based on the quality of the repair. Very happy with my ride, I told myself I would wait at least one month after the purchase before writing a review, and so far so good! These are good people who actually care about the customer and I strongly recommend you pay them a visit for your next car purchase.

Does buying a car get better than this?! A month ago, my husband and I bought a 2017 Subaru Impreza at Dino's. And we're loving it. Matt Frazier took care of us like we were VIPs and believe me-- we were high maintenance through the whole process. Despite that, he was patient, knowledgeable and fun. Plus, Dino's did EVERYTHING to ensure we were comfortable before making any decision or signing anything. No high pressure tactics or sleazy sales tricks. Talk about easy breezy, lemon squeezy! We test-drove a few cars, and took 2 to our mechanic for 3rd party inspections. Dino's even dropped the vehicles off for us. And they made sure any issues we had were fixed by their awesome mechanic. I had a great experience purchasing from Carloft Orleans! Ryan and Jason are the dynamic duo and do everything they can to make sure you are satisfied. After my Scion got written off from a rear-end collision, I was looking to replace it and decided if Carloft had something suitable for me. Their online selection is vast and if you're interested in a certain vehicle and it's located at another branch, then they will easily bring it in within a few days. I ended up getting a Rio Ex and it has served me very well. Communication with Ryan was smooth and convenient and we just texted each other. Also, they will put up the license plates and fill up the vehicle fully just before you take it off the lot. Very satisfied customer!

I bought a 2013 Hyundai Accent back in late August of 2019 from Dino's and purposely waited about 6 months before writing a review to see how the car ended up performing. When looking around, they were really great to deal with - Sarah was available by text, no pressure, and very accommodating. You can tell they care about selling quality cars to their customers and their reputation. I've done a lot of commuting with the car, taken some road trips, etc and it has been perfect; I've had 0 issues whatsoever. A really great place to purchase a new vehicle. I got into trouble with my older vehicle. While searching for a replacement I came across Carloft. Sal was the main one I worked with and he found me a great car at a great price. I got it with new tires and a safety.
