Dodgy dealership they sold me n accident damaged car in 2019 its been over a year now m still fixing it cz when I fix 1 part the ada falls apart n I struggled with paying for a vehicle license disc cz apparently they didn't take the car for roadworthy test before selling it to me n I had no idea so I paid the penalties n took the car for a test at my expense n lastly a few months after buying the car I got a visit from the police apparently they said my car was involved in an accident n fled the scene only to find out that it was a similar car with exactly the same Registration number as mine.... So all in all carmart is a scam I wrote to Reatsotella show on dstv channel 157 so that they can help me to get my money back n return the car expect us soon with cameras I want the whole of SA to see that u r big scammers.

Very bad option to go to this dealer. Very dodgy. Vehicles on ads doesn't exist. I drove from Mpumalanga to Johannesburg after phoning and confirming the availability of a specific vehicle they advertised. Got there and the people did not want to help then sent me to another garage trying to sell a different accident damaged vehicle to me. 530+ car ads on Automart.co.za alone for this dealer but none of that stock available. Also...they advertise specifications to vehicles that does not exist on said vehicles which means they just copy and paste ads. Also...the cars you see on their website looks flashy and nice but when you get there you realise it is fake advertising as everything on the website is fake.

Don’t bother wasting your time or money at this dealership! They want you to pay for EVERYTHING, R3500 admin fee before you push chase the car, R3500 for a COO, they even give the I correct paper work for me to do a change of ownership.. they even swear and physically hit each other i from of clients. WAST OF TIME… PELASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE AND THIS DEALERSHIP. They don’t even have the cars that they advertise.

These people are fraudsters and full of LIES… some cars are accident damaged but they lie to your face !! They even advertise saying the cars have a full service history, when you get to the dealership and ask for the history they tell you they don’t have one.. please STAY AWAY FROM THESE NIGERIANS … and support your own local dealerships where you get value for your money and not accident damaged cars.

Unreliable, rude and very shady. If you call asking for details on a car they will tell you to refer to the ad even if the details you ask for aren't on the ad itself. Also when asking for the VIN or engine number to check the history of the car they tell you to come and see it and then hang up. If you have any questions that they don't want to answer they hang up on you too.

I give them zero ,today on the 4th September I transferred them R95k as agreed when I have to take the car they telling me about R3500 fee so that I can get papers I'm still coming to them with legal ppl ... This must be shut down ppl will loose their money,I need to sort them out ,they needed me to pay them they they run with the car

The worst scamers . SCAM DETECTED. They wanted to sell car to me without papers. Whatever car u want they tell u they hv. They call their friends to bring it u see then no papers. Please if see this don't try to make business with Nigerians or u gonna regret. I found other lady crying there bought car that is stolen.

Very bad communication. Advertise a vehicle which is not there. Then the lady still tell you to come thru! When you go they tell you wait 5 mins. But after 45mins they say the car in Pretoria then eastern cape and must come back next week. Bad experience. Really regret going there.

Stand around for 45 minutes and wait for a car that was advertised on FB Market place, which conveniently has been sold, only to be braught a car that is 3 times the price. Lol! If this is the business strategy I really don't see how it's going to work going forward.

Absolutely a waste of time I enquired about a vehicle I had seen advertised, arrived there and waited for it for two hours to be told it's been sold after it was reserved for me ( recorded communication to back this up) don't waste your time or money going here!!!!

They place advert for cars they don't have, and will put a lower price to attract customers but by the time you get there the price is way higher than what they put on the advert, they will waste ur entire time and petrol.

Very dodgy and non-reliable. All vehicles were previously on an accident and clumpsly repaired, but they telephonically deny it until you get to see the actual vehicle. Also, ads does not talk to what is on the floor.

These guys are horrible. How they in business is beyond me . Nothing short of shocking! Every single car has been panel beated to the death and papers is a luxury option of 3.5k . They don't have it!

The staff is very courteous the cars we saw and test drive were of good quality and the overall service was hospitable. It took longer than expected but it was not a bad experience.
