Recently, I endured a sever hamstring injury and I was worried that I might need surgery. I decided to see a physical therapist, first, to see if I might be able to get better without surgery. Dr. Gaige at Carolina Sports Clinic Southpark worked with me to get my hamstring back to tip-top shape. He spent a lot of time explaining my injury and the recovery process and he created personal exercise plans for me to get better. As I met with him each week, he noted my progress and continued to adjust my plan as my leg got better. I would highly recommend Carolina Sports Clinic and Dr. Gaige to anyone who is looking for a caring physical therapist.

I was referred to Carolina Sports Clinic by several family members who said the would not go to any other chiropractor but Dr Andy Roland .Dr Andy is excellent, professional and very skilled.He listens well and is great to give food advise also. Every time I go he works on certain parts of my body. He was very helpful with my getting back feeling better after I accidentally fell.Dr Andy , once you feel better will help with a personalized plan so he keeps cost and visits to a very reasonable minimum. He is a great chiropractor!!!

Dr. Caroline Grosso is D Shiznit! I met Dr Grosso by chance in an intramural soccer league, and shortly after I came in need of some physical therapy/chiropractic Care. I developed some pretty bad tendinitis and numbness with very little feeling in my ring and pinky finger on my left hand. Dr Grosso recognized the issue pretty quickly and a couple months down the road now, my issues have been resolved rather quickly with much improvement in the use and movement of my hand. Could not recommend Dr. Grosso enough!

I’ve seen 5 or 6 chiropractors over the years and Dr Roland is my favorite. Most seem to be against physical therapy and but CSC integrates physical therapy with chiropractic and my results have never been better. They also bring nutrition I to the equation which has been very helpful as well. They are convenient with three locations (I use two regularly) with some different services offered at some locations. The Electrons Plus (PEMF) made me a lot better through some issues when nothing else helped.

Dr. Caroline Grosso is the best! I was referred to her by someone in my run training group, and we now all go to her. I originally went in with a mild hamstring sprain, and she had me back in training in a week. I’ve recently dealt with some calf pain, and she got me in quickly to ensure I’d be race day ready. Shes given me peace of mind while training for my first half marathon and is always there to ensure my body is performing at its best. Thank you for everything Caroline!

Dr. Caroline Grosso is the best. I started working with her back in October when my other chiropractor retired. I feel the best I have in years and appreciate her taking her time and being thorough with her work and asking what needs I have. Updated 1/17/2023---I still can't say enough good things about Dr Grosso and the entire staff at CSC! The new SouthPark location is also amazing!

Zack and Gaige have saved me more than once to keep me moving! The all work together here and enjoy being here which makes all the difference. Their approach is wholistic and progress you as you heal. If anything is bothering you or you are I training, having these folks on your team is essential.

10/10. Dr. Caroline Grosso is amazing! You can tell she is very passionate about what she does. I left her treatment feeling soooo much better. She is very personable, detailed, and knowledgeable. Everyone should go see her!
