My partner and I had a wonderful time! Lovely staff, and very clear check-in instructions (we arrived outside of reception hours). Great location, very close to shops and not a far walk from the beach. We loved the room itself - the layout was great and the room was very clean and comfy. We especially loved the smart tv in the lounge area, as we could access our own streaming services! We’ve stayed in a few different hotels and have never had this before - so so great! Some other reviews mentioned the sounds from the train, and I’m a light sleeper so I was anxious about this, but this wasn’t an issue for us. Could have been the positioning of our room, but we didn’t really hear the trains too much. Our only nitpicks: - There could have been more tableware, we couldn't locate a bowl in the cupboards (but we also didn't ask for one at reception, which we probably should have done) - Instead of one solid king bed, our bed was two twin beds pushed together. This was slightly uncomfortable, but again we did not contact reception to see if this could be changed. All in all, we loved our stay and look forward to returning!

Travelled from Adelaide for a girls weekend for wedding dress shopping. Booked a premium/premier 2 bedroom apartment. There were a few things needing fixing in the room we stayed the carpet had dangerous lumps and bumps (I tripped walking in not thinking this would be an issue) need to be re stretched or replaced, the walls had a few very large chips of paint missing and the main bedroom shower is a bath with a screen. The location is superb which is why I chose the apartment close to church street as well as the balcony, parking and also 2 single beds in 2nd room. The balcony had 2 chairs and was small so we didn't use anyway. Requested 2 single beds in my original booking but it didn't bother me after we had the best sleep the beds were comfortable. Would be nice to have spare blankets though. Thank you for having me at the apartments

We stayed for the AUS GP with friends over the course of the whole weekend, and were surprised at the great value! The rooms were much bigger than I expected! The mattresses were comfortable, the rooms were clean and the kitchen had everything you could want? The TV's were a great size too AND there was a second one in the bedroom!? Honestly, super keen to stay there again next year. Additionally, the communication was quick and friendly, the cleaners were delightful when we walked past them in the corridors and said hi and asked if we needed anything. Just so unexpectedly great in every way! Zoe at the front desk served me when there was a last minute booking change and she was lovely and helpful.

Arrived during a very cold period in Melbourne and my heater didn't work. Room freezing. Flagged it with reception that morning, went out, came back late afternoon, not fixed. Raised it a second time - no one seems to care. The blame game starts.. "the girls on reception thought it was ok". Well, it's not. I had to walk the evening receptionist in and show her it was not working. Not in the slightest. Now I am stuck in this tiny freezing room that I'm paying quite good money for. Disappointed no one took the opportunity to address the problem in the morning when it was raised. Had all day. Reception very lazy and unmoved by my case, still. Guess I will just have to freeze then for $200+ a night.

I was very happy with the studio apartments I stayed in recently, on two separate visits to Brighton. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the house-keeping people were happy and approachable with any questions. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and I was able to request different, lower pillows and have them provided straight away. The noise from the trains luckily did not interfere with my sleep. I am happy to recommend this establishment.

I recently booked a one-night stay, and I was quite dissatisfied with my experience. The room was chilly, and despite my efforts to adjust the heater to +30 degrees, it failed to provide any warmth. I contacted the reception, and although the staff member attempted to address the issue by inspecting the heating controls for repairs, the heating still did not function properly. Unfortunately, the lack of heating greatly affected my overall comfort during the stay.

We stayed two nights in one of the one bedroom apartments!! Great location beautiful place! Walking distance to numerous shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and train station!! Walking distance to the beach and board walks past the Yacht club and salt baths. Highly recommend

Still a decent place to stay, but the noise from the pub next-door and the trains is just getting insane. If you have a room on the other side of the building, it’s fine, but a room next to the train lines means you won’t sleep at night.

Very clean spacious bedroom apartments with spacious verandahs. Studio rooms are a bit small. I stay here for the location price and cleanliness. It is noisy due to being next to train line. Doesn't bother us but may not be ideal for everyone
