Came out tonight for a later dinner (8:00 ish) and as we walked in I joked with my husband that every time I come here the service gets increasingly worse with no manager interaction or involvement. Usually it takes at least 10 mins to be greeted then another 20 to even get drinks. Tonight was of course no different. Food was good. However it wasn’t busy at all, it took ten mins after we were sat for a server assistant to come get our drinks then another 7 for another assistant to bring our drinks (coke and a water, not even mixed drinks or bar drinks.) another 10 for the server to come over. Then they were out of the first two items I tried to order (the filet caprese special and the filet and shrimp pasta entree.) okay whatever I ordered my usual and my husband ordered his. Our salads came out quickly but the server didn’t come by again until after our entrees were brought out. My side order of parm truffle fries never came. But yet the entire staff was on the line, hanging out and talking and giggling and playing and while we sat with my side order nowhere to be seen, the server was using her phone to video record her friend (another server) in the kitchen while he screwed around. Which also seems like maybe not something you want to do when you have an OPEN KITCHEN Having fun and goofing off and being silly on a slow Friday isn’t what bothered us. What bothered us was we spent $70 to not get a single refill, our server to not check back on us, and for two other guys to do 90% of her job while she played around. We literally watched her standing on the line. Doing everything except the bare minimum of making sure we had at least half full drinks. It’s not like she had a full section and was running all around the place. If you’re going to work in a place with an open kitchen then be mindful of that and what your guests see. None of it would have been an issue had there been a slight hint of attentiveness and had I not sat with an empty drink and then was literally ignored when I tried to ask for one to go. Not going to be that person that says I’ll never return but if I want a sit down meal and I know I’m going to spend over $50 for two people with two entrees and one soft drink I will definitely be seeking other options to spend my money at first.

This was by far my worst visit to Carrabba's ever. I was there by myself the day before Father's Day at 11:00 a.m. when they opened. There was a table of six and me that was the only people that came in the door. It took over 20 minutes to get a drink 30 minutes for bread almost 40 minutes for an appetizer. Speaking of the appetizer I had the musels, which were wonderful but I found two mushrooms in my mussels. I'm glad I wasn't allergic. When I got my meal part of the scallops and shrimp were burnt so I asked them to redo that part I was willing to keep the rest of the food and eat. But they took everything back and I waited another 10-15 minutes for my entree. When I showed the waitress the burnt part of the food, since she wasn't the one that brought me my entree she said yes I agree that is burnt. I can hear her as she goes back to the kitchen "she said this is burnt". I waited 30 minutes for napkins . I spoke to a manager about the issues that I had, told him up front I didn't want anything. I just wanted him to have some feedback and be aware of the situation. He looked like a deer caught in headlights, just no response to anything, he did end up taking an entree off again I did not ask him to do that. But I wasn't going to wait another 20 minutes to have them change my check. All together I was there an hour and 45 minutes for a single person dining with an appetizer and an entree. Part of the problem was the kitchen part of the problem was the waitress. Again it was the day before Father's Day they should have been staff to expect higher volume, again it was just me and a 6 top so the really wasn't any volume at that point. I love Carrabba's I eat there as often as I can but this was just by far not an experience I ever want to have again. It's going to be a while before I go spend any kind of money at Carrabba's again. Truly disappointed

Honestly one of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had . We came here for a family dinner, it was a 20 minute wait to get a seat. After that we were taken to a table, and told our server would be with us. 15 minutes after sitting down and NO ONE coming to our table, we stopped another waitress and had to ask who our server was, and if we could get some bread/ lemonade. The woman brought us the lemonade and bread and said she wasn't our waiter and we "should" have one come to our table soon. 15 more minutes and I had to get up, go to the front host/ seater and ask who our waiter/waitress was. The man said he didn't know but would get them for us. ANOTHER 10 MINUTES later we saw the waiters talk to each other, walk by and look at us, and still no one came or took our order, said they were our server, nothing. My wife got up, asked the host what was going on, he said someone should be with us soon. We told them we'd been waiting for almost an hour and no one even acknowledging us, and wanted to leave. The host said we wouldn't be charged for the lemonade and bread, and we left. We asked for the manager's name, they said it was Jamal and Will. Hopefully Jamal, Will, and corporate read this and realize the wait staff here were just plain bad tonight. The young man/ host was nice though, he tried to get some wait staff for us, but the waiters/ waitresses were unwilling and avoidant. I get it restaurant's are short staffed, but the staff were seemingly intentionally avoiding our table. Never coming here again.

Believe it or not, this was my first time having Carrabba's ever. My husband had eaten at a different location years ago and never wanted to go back. Needless to say it took some convincing to get him to go, and the gift card we had helped a lot. We decided to pop in as they opened for lunch. We took our picky 6 yo for a nice family meal. When we walked in the first thing I noticed was the atmosphere. It was slightly dimmed with light music, making it calm and inviting. The staff was very friendly and welcoming as well. We ordered and appetizer, kids meal, and steak to share and I'm happy to report everything was perfectly cooked. They start you out with bread that has a lightly crispy layer on the outside and an almost steamed soft center. The calamari, fried mushrooms, mozerella sticks, steak, and mac & cheese we ordered were also so delicious! This was the first time my son tried calamari and he loved it! On top of that, my husband enjoyed the whole meal and is actually willing to go back! The fact that he hasn't wanted to eat there for years speaks volume to how wonderful their food was. I wish I had taken more pictures but we were enjoying the food so much i kept forgetting to.. I can't wait to go back for another family meal and I highly recommend them!

It was colder inside than outside. Mind you that it's December the 22nd, and temp outside was 62. That is not comfortable to eat when you are cold. Ordered waters, and the bread for the table while we look over our menu. Then we orderd our entrees, and more bread. Our entrees and soup came at the same time, (soup supposed to come first) still no waters for the table. I then realized why I haven't been here in over 4 years. Our waitress seemed good. But I'm flabbergasted at the rest of operations. My wife doesn't eat meat, she is a vegetarian Hindu, and ordered a pasta with no meat inside. Well, her pasta dish came with one big shrimp dug at the bottom of the bowl. Our experience was terrible. The only decent thing about our trip was kids ravioli, and the bread and oil with seasoning.

I have been a loyal customer since the place was on Wells Road. (About 20 years ) This place has gone down hill to say the least. I don’t know who is running the place tonight but who ever it is they need to be retrained. (1) My pork chops were cold. (2) My pasta was also cold. Very disappointing. (3) My spinach was rotten. It looked like there was rotten spinach mixed in with good spinach and it tasted horrible. That spinach should have never been served to a customer. (4) I was served one glass of water to drink and when I finished it up I put the empty glass at the edge of the bar for a refill but the bartender was running around waiting on so many different tables plus the bar and the bar area and running her own food so I did not get a refill. Instead I paid my bill and tipped her 20% and left disappointed in the entire experience. I don’t blame the bartender… it looked to me like she was expected to do 2 or 3 jobs with no help. I have never had such a disappointing meal at this CARRABBAS or any CARRABBAS. Very very disappointed in the food and the management.

This was the most disappointing to-go order that I had received from any restaurant. My family ordered nearly $300 worth of food that we ended up throwing it away. The fettuccine alfredo was basically dry noodles. The pork chops were old and unseasoned. I paid extra for the marsala mushroom topping and got watered down marsala with 1/2 a mushroom. The best thing was the bread and salads. When I called to complain the hostess and manager were nice. But the kitchen manager I spoke with was extremely rude. He proceeded to tell me that he inspected my to-go order and it was fine with him. That the reason my order was not acceptable was because I didn't eat it in the restaurant. He told me that he would give a refund if I agreed to ***never to come to the restaurant again.*** He doesn't have to worry about that. After the food and poor customer service, Carrabba's will not receive any future business from me.When I asked for his name he hung up in my face.

Today was my attempt to show my wife that Carrabbas is better than Oliver Garden. Called in to place an order to go and had to wait a little over 5 minutes on hold. Lady who took my order was very nice. I asked for two orders of chicken marsala and to substitute the mash potatoes for fettuccine alfredo instead. When I arrived for pick up I wasn’t exactly sure what to do but someone eventually came out to help. When I was told my total something didn’t seem right. Found out that my substitution didn’t get put in. I let the server listen to my dash cam recording and she confirmed that I was clear on my order. She asked that I wait 5 minutes for the kitchen to make some and that they wouldn’t charge me for it. Me and my wife really enjoyed our chicken marsala and the potatoes were yummy too. Little disappointed on the fettuccine alfredo though. It came in a small cup and you can tell it was just put together real quick. Definitely not what I am used to and my wife now thinks Olive Garden has better fettuccine alfredo. But! She did admit the chicken marsala was definitely better.

The only good part about this visit was our waitress Blue. We typically go to the Mandarin location and have had 0 issues there. Our to go food came out before our entrees. My meal came out cold and my husband's steak was not fully cooked (completely raw, definitely not medium rare), his pasta had the wrong sauce on it, his broccoli was yellow, his plate was dirty and his food was cold. When our food was taken back to be fixed, my husband's steak was put on the grill to finish cooking and his sides were replaced. My plate was microwaved and STILL cold. The manager offered to take my plate for "30 seconds" to reheat it and I declined, specifically telling him that I didn't want my food microwaved for a SECOND time. The only comp we were given was a piece of tiramisu and a sincere apology from our waitress, not even a manager. Next time we will go to the Mandarin location for a better meal.

My wife and I were craving Italian for late lunch. Her and I decided to go eat here as we had never tried it before. We had tried other places before that we considered to be good. From the beginning we were treated with open arms. The waitress and staff were all nice, polite, and very professional. It took us awhile to decide what we wanted to try, it all looked and sounded good on the menu. We ordered Sweet Tea, and my wife had the Italian Trio and I had the Lasagna, and for appetizer we ordered the New Tuscan Breadstick Tower. Her and I were speechless from the wonderful flavors and quality of the food. We had never, I mean Never had such a great experience and professional service with this top notch quality of Italian. We are so full, I couldn’t stop eating. We Love Love Love this place! Thank You So Much for such an unforgettable 1st experience and we are looking forward to the next time. My Hat is off to the Chef, the crew, and the Management Team!

One of our families favorite restaurants, but not today! Waited for 30 minutes and entered a half full restaurant, our server was very welcoming and that was the best part of our visit. Drinks, bread, herbs were served, 30 minutes later the soup and salads arrived and then we waited and waited and waited. Every time we looked for our server she was waiting at the counter to pick up the Oder. Some of our food came about 45 minutes later and it was not even Luke warm. The server sent the manager over and he wanted to take and warm it up for us, really? We were not asking for anything just acknowledge someone really failed in your kitchen. As a token he offered us a dessert, which we did not want. When you go out and pay the prices that are being charged you just want to enjoy yourself, still left a tip for the server as it was not her fault.

This used to be a great restaurant but the quality of the food we were recently served was awful. We had to send back our calamari because it was fried so hard the squid had actually dissipated, same with the truffle fries - they arrived lukewarm with barely a puff of potato inside. Somehow they nailed the calamari on the second round so they are capable of cooking good food, they just aren't doing it. My son's Alfredo sauce tasted like it was from a jar. My other child's meatballs had a weird texture and tasted off as well. We had 4 Caesar salads and only 2 of them were properly dressed. I ordered a sirloin steak and it was full of gristle, I spit out 3 bites then gave up. The herbs that were served with the bread were incredibly salty, I love salt but the amount of it in that herb mixture actually burned my tongue! We will never be back.

My wife and I ordered the Italian Classic trio to share for dinner. The kitchen split the combo for us and gave my wife and I both the Fettuccine Alfredo. I got the chicken parm and my wife got the lasagna. The alfredo was good, but my chicken parm tasted different, almost rubbery. My wife's lasagna was really good. We told the waitress and she said she's heard that complaint from a few customers today. She asked if I would like the lasagna and I said yes and asked her to put it in a to go container. I only expected the actual portion size you usually get with the mall. She put a full order of lasagna in the container. You can say the customer service was excellent. Food is usually great. It just might have been an off day. We will definitely return.

I've been a long time customer to Carrabba's in OP. I've had many good friend dates where you can just relax and talk. And the food is always good! But my husband and I went for lunch on Sunday and the service was ridiculously slow. We have never sat and waited for our food at any other restaurant as long as we did here. There was a very long lag between each of our courses. It wasn't that crowded and there were plenty of empty tables. But there were very few servers and they were stretched to the limit. Even though the food was good, the very slow service may keep us from wanting to go back.

Did a mobile order don't know what happened the day we went to this location but it took them close to 30 minutes to even come to my vehicle I had to ask the manager who was handling an escalation from someone who was sitting there for close to 45 minutes for their mobile order. Maybe they were short staffed maybe the kitchen wasn't ready for the nightly rush but that night was not a good night to go. Plus the food this time was meh been going to Carrabas for years this was one of the worst meals I've gotten. I won't rate lower because I saw the staff struggling and I work retail with short staffing it's brutal especially in the restaurant industry. I may give then another shot so maybe my rating will change hopefully for the better but could be for the worst.

Food seems to have changed taste somewhat. Still yummy but different. Our server was the worst we have experienced here ever. Seems we were a definite second place to whatever else was going on. If it weren't for a different server noticing that we were not being served we were about to leave because of the inattention. I have to add there were not that many people eating, and there appeared to be sufficient staff. We just drew the losing hand that visit.

Place was empty and was not approached for 15 after sitting down at bar. Bar server was there, said nothing to me, and the second I sat down, said nothing then left. Did not return for 15 min. Then asked what I wanted to drink, (I’m still waiting for a menu). After asking for a water, she says okay and instead of getting water, gets on her computer, again saying nothing. After messing with the till for several minutes, goes a grabs water and menu. I’m the only person at the bar. Food comes out and bread is soggy, not remotely what was advertised and not very good at all. 2 bites and I was done. Paid for entire meal, left a tip and rolled out. If this is service and food when slow, I would avoid. This was the one off of Blanding & younger man circle

Came in later on a busy Saturday but overall the wait wasn't unacceptable. Party of 4. Bread was brought out quickly and drinks followed closely. The wait time for food was acceptable for the current situation. I ordered the chicken and shrimp spaghetti carbonara fall special, shrimp was cooked perfectly, the chicken probably a minute or two over but overall portion was good (could feed two adults really) and I'd definitely order again. One kid got the sirloin and it was above average in her opinion. The wife got her usual mezzalunna with Alfredo instead of tomato cream, again was to her liking. The staff was friendly and we experienced no issues.

I am usually an Olive Garden girl. But I went to Carrabas for the wait. I am so glad I did! We started with the Fritto Miso. Normally we do Calamari and this was a family hit. Fried Artichokes, Shrimp, Zucchini, and Calamari. Served with a spicy cocktail sauce with a Garlic sauce. I brought home a bowl of the Garlic Aoili and have been craving it since. Its the first time I have had the Johnny Trio. The flavors were absolutely incredible. I didn't love the Ravioli but my family sure did. We shared the chocolate dream. Oh holy guac it was fantastic. The changes at the Orange Park Carrabbas is definitely noticeable and in a good way! From the Manager, Will. Who is like a Jack of all trades, he was everywhere, always with the biggest smile to Kristina, our server and even the runners were so on top of it! We didn’t have to ask for anything! We had refills before we even knew we needed them! Kristina knew we were in a hurry and she had everything out quickly! Super pleasant experience. Thank you Will for changing the game in restaurant management! The way you run this location, you wouldn’t have thought it was a chain restaurant but family owned

Carrabba's will always be a favorite place to go as a group and solo. I enjoy eating here. The food is always delicious. Unfortunately, lately the service has seemed to go down a notch. One of our party joined late and we had to ask for our waiter twice. Then we had to ask for the check twice. As always the ambiance is a great place to sit and chat. We enjoyed ourselves while there. I will return and hopefully the waiter will be a little more attentive to our table.

Long wait but good food and drinks. Seems there is always a wait at this restaurant. Our waitress was new, but she was awesome and took care of our needs. It was weird having to wait 10 minutes for a table, then walking in the sitting area and seeing half the restaurant empty. We then got seated right next to every other party eating, when there were plenty of tables open to space people out.

I had the Linguine Positano with chicken for the first time today. I closed my eyes when I took my first bite and the flavors burst like the scene on Ratatouille when Emile tasted a bite of cheese and the strawberry. It was wonderful! The server, Raychel was kind and quickly took my order. Within a few minutes my beverage, bread and salad were brought to my table and the manager, Will place my meal before me. Dinner last night w/ the bestie! OMG Mariah!! What amazing service from this sweet young lady. She was so pleasant. It was a busy night, but she was very attentive to our needs, she knew the menu & was very friendly. The BEST customer service, I'll definitely request her on my next visit. Not only was our service exceptional, the food was amazing! Everything was so seasoned, cooked well. Shout out to the kitchen! It was an Unbutton your pants kinda meal. Haven't been in years, asking myself now " What was I waiting for?" Thank you Mariah for making our night perfect.

It's been awhile but my dinner companion and I shared a chicken trio, had a bottle of wine and mussels as an appetizer. Our server, Lori, was great and attentive. The mussels were dry and somewhat fishy, but the dish we ordered (which included the Chicken Brian) was tasty, with much smaller pieces of chicken than they were pre-pandemic. Overall, a consistent experience.

Restaurant needs a good cleaning especially the windows, walls & window shades… my second time eating the food. Once in Orlando and once here in Orange Park. It was very nasty in Orange Park. The Calamari is full of salt and fried too hard just horrible. My food was nasty as well the shrimp scampi taste like old sauce was added to it. My daughter barley ate her shrimp. Will not be going BACK!

I've been coming to Carrabba's for many years. It was always my favorite place to eat. But over the last couple of years, the food has been changing for the worst. Nothing we ordered today was hot. And the Marsala was not the same. It wasn't flavorful, and it was very thinned out. Very bummed!

We used to enjoy coming here every week or every other week and sit up at the bar on Sundays. The server there is not friendly at all and will not look at you when she takes your order. I believe her name is Barbie. But here we sit in a quiet Monday night and we were so excited to see that Pinky was still working here! She’s the absolute best server at the bar. We plan to make Mondays our day to visit now. The food is great and we got plenty of it. Fettuccine Carrabba and half eaten Mahi Wulfe pics attached.

Excellent service at Blanding location. $50 for 2. Tuscan grilled chicken and Fettuccine Weesie, 2 salads, 2 orders of bread/oil, 2 soft drinks. Clean and inviting atmosphere. We really enjoy every visit here. Update: splitting the Rosa stuffed chicken dish, truffle fries and Ceasar salad = $28 + tip. This was plenty.

I hadn't been to Carrabba's in a while...I should have come back sooner. We were seated without a long wait. The restaurant was clean and service was excellent! The food was fresh, flavorful, and hot. I like that the food has more of a "real" Italian taste. The chicken soup had tons of veggies and was seasoned perfectly. The complimentary bread was soft and warm; pairing well with the olive oil and seasoning. The menu is diverse, which accomodated us well. We'll be back for sure!

Worst lasagna I ever had. Once again I'm tricked by corporate restaurant claiming to have good food. Way way way too much salt in this food here. Lasagna had some type of ground meat imitation looking something that I could not decipher. Was definitely not ground meat because I make lasagna all the time. Still cannot believe how terrible the lasagna was definitely came out of a prepackaged from some factory in America

This was my first time visiting this location. The customer service was great from the moment we entered the establishment. The restaurant was clean as was the women's restroom. The restaurant was not too noisy and our food was served in a timely manner; the food was delicious. I enjoyed a Sicilian prickly pear margarita (my compliments to the bartender) and the shrimp and scallop linguine alla vodka (my compliments to the chef). I will definitely visit again.

We had a large group of 12 for a birthday party for our 77 year old grandmother and were unable to get a reservation or seating at Red Lobster and called Carrabas. They were wonderfully cooperative and had no problem seating us. Everything was excellent. Thank you!

Ordered take out and so disappointed. My wife’s food didn’t even have sauce on it just dry noodles and chicken. Cut into the chicken and it wasn’t even edible, truly truly disappointed we paid $62 for absolute garbage. My wife had to make herself food at home anyway and it was suppose to be our cook free night. We will never be back, just absolutely disgusting food.

If you want flavorless food, or for have your food completely over seasoned, and over cooked. Then come on down to Carrabba’s on Blanding! I’ve been here and ordered multiple times and unfortunately the only thing that has tasted good was the salad. Do you want us all a favor and go somewhere else so we can get a restaurant that can actually deliver some good food.

We have the family bundle Alfredo Penne! OVOID THIS! Over cooked pasta very over cooked. It was mushy and Alfredo sauce had no flavor. It’s like they put the pasta water into the pan and added some cheese sauces. The best part of my meal was the bread. Won’t be eating here again. I’ll stick to the one in mandarin.

Love the food but service is the worst today! Had more than 10 employees make eye contact with me with nobody approaching to take my order. There were almost no patrons in the restaurant at the time. Fortunately, there are lots of food options in the area. Will absolutely not be back as they apparently don’t need the business. Grrr

Service tonight was terrible. My waitress was OK but the food.... terrible. I get the Johnny Trio every time I come and this was anything but. Steak was way under too. Wife did not even want to eat hers. We didn't even eat. So, what does the manager do. He removes the entrees and sends me the bill for the app and 2 sweet teas. Nice send home Carrabas. Tonight was an EPIC fail.
