I used to love CaryRX they always treated me kindly and made sure to have my medicine in stock but then they all of a sudden changed right after they started to gain more popularity. Every time I came for my prescription they were never in stock although I called a head and came the same time every month. Now the last few times I’ve dealt with them I call they have them in stock I have my doctor fax the prescription when I show up to pick up they have me wait then they tell me they don’t have them. They’ve even told my doctor they have them in stock and when I get there they say they don’t. I can’t say anything bad about one person who works there and that’s Kevin he’s great and has always been great but whoever and whatever they’ve done the past few months that place has gone downhill and they’ve treated their loyal customer like trash. I’ve been with this pharmacy for over a year and to be treated the way I’ve been treated the last 4 or 5 times has been horrible

Be careful. Ask questions if you have to pay for certain medications. My doctor prescribed a certain brand of glucose monitor for my gestational diabetes. Already anxious about doing the right thing, I didn't think to much of it when I had to pay $50 for the kit, but I did ask in the chat if there was a different brand that would be cheaper. I didn't get a response. I learned later when I tried to refill that my insurance does cover another brand, and CaryRX completely withheld that information from me. That's $50 and $40 monthly refill. _____ Update: Changed this one star review to 4 for the prompt response to resolve the problem. They offered to cover one prescription refill. Though I will be paying the $50 monthly refill until I no longer need it because I'm too mentally and physically exhausted at 37 weeks pregnant to deal with changes. I wished I was given the choice before I committed to a brand that was not covered by my insurance.

After searching for my medication, that has been out of stock at not only my local pharmacy, but other pharmacies, since November. I reached out to CaryRx. They had my medication and the specific manufacturer that I needed available. The app was really easy to use and I was able to communicate with the pharmacist. They resolved all my issues with ease. My physician sent my prescription around 5 pm and not only was my prescription ready shortly thereafter, but delivered early the next day. All without having leave the house or run into issues at the pharmacy! Talk about premium service! I highly recommend CaryRx to anyone! It is one less thing to worry about. CaryRx is incredible—I can’t recommend them enough! I switched to them because my insurance stopped being in network with CVS, but even before that, my experience with CVS in DC had been a nightmare—constant mistakes, literal hours wasted on hold, long lines, and severe understaffing. CaryRx, by contrast, has been remarkably seamless at every step. Their pharmacists are also super responsive to messages (no more waiting on hold!). I’ve always been able to get same-day delivery, too. It’s really a huge relief to have such an easy option for filling my prescriptions—if your insurance is in network with them, I highly recommend switching.

Incredible. I was looking for a pharmacy and decided to try CaryRx after seeing other positive reviews. After having been a customer for some months now, I can confirm how amazing they are. The latest example? I had a doctor's appointment today, received a prescription, and CaryRx had it filled and delivered to my house all in under an hour. I was shocked at how easy and quick it was. I am crossing all my fingers that they're able to weather the upcoming economic crosscurrents and maintain the awesome service as they have it today!

Great. Stuck in hospital post op and med I need is non formulary and hospital wouldn’t obtain and I have no one available to bring it to me. CaryRx got me what I needed and was able to deliver within a day. Driver was patient in waiting for nurse to come to security desk and get it as guard would not accept delivery. CaryRx was great at communicating every step of the way. CaryRx has been a lifesaver several times through this illness and can’t say enough good things about them or their ease of use for me and my physician.

In a world where nothing seems to work properly anymore and customer service is a joke everywhere, Cary RX is a breath of fresh air. They even have free same day delivery, and the shipping has always been fast and accurate as well. Before CaryRx, I felt like I was living in the Stone Age before by walking blocks to wait in line forever at CVS or Walgreens. This pharmacy is just wonderful. The chat feature on your smartphone is truly amazing, replies often within a minute and the service is incredible. They are always happy to same day deliver and if not, it's in the mail in a day or two. So good, I had my wife use them as well and she loves them equally. Cannot say enough good things and the prices are the same or lower.

The service here is fantastic - I struggled for years trying to get my ADHD RX refilled every month. Cary Rx always has it in stock, and gets it to me the same day it’s approved by my doctor. A miracle if you’re on meds and are sick of dealing with the overworked underpaid folks at CVS. They always deliver the same day or the next if it’s not in stock. Super easy to get questions answered by the pharmacists in the chat if you need them. They even answer the phone! And I love that it’s a local independent pharmacy.
