It wasn't a terrible experience, it just wasn't the best I've had. I've gone to my fair share of salons. I have curly thick hair which makes finding someone to cut it even harder. My experience wasn't terrible but it's not one I would go about recommending to anyone. To start the person answering the phone the day I booked my appointment was not nice in the slightest. If I had a question it went unanswered or you should've started with that. When my appointment confirmation call came in they got me confused with someone else and told me multiple times for my appointment and told me to get my times right. Upon arrival I was greeted fairly warmly with an offering to water or tea. They hand you a form to fill out which I've filled out online as well but no call back from that. Once it is filled out your stylist comes out to greet you. She was kind but I felt the conversations were forced and a pain to have. Like I said I have curly hair and they took it upon themselves to try to teach me about the hair I've been living with and managing quite well. I did feel a sense of hurry from the stylist and a push to buy products at the end of my appointment. I left with still wet hair and was asked to set a second appointment upon leaving. I will say I liked the mini massage and deep conditioner treatment. It could have been an odd night for the stylist but it wasn't a welcoming experience. I am unsure about whether or not to come back.

I'm extremely disappointed with the beginning and end result of my visit and haircut with Natalie. I've been in search of a new hairdresser. I took my chances with her because of the person who initially set me up said she was one of the best. What I asked for was not what I received. The beginning of my introduction and all the way through my time with Natalie was a very unsatisfying experience. She was not very friendly and made me feel very uncomfortable. As I went into great detail of how I want my hair cut and how I blow dry my hair, she seemed annoyed by this. She is a very unprofessional hairdresser. I had to go home and wet my hair and blow it myself to see how the hair cut came out. I am so unhappy!!!! I couldn't tell you what kind of haircut this is...unbelievably horrible. I have been wearing it up almost every day until it grows out. I'm so livid with the struggle I go through to make it look halfway decent when I'm going out for the evening. Natalie, you need a Personality Class to teach you how to interact with people and to change your horrible attitude. Customer service is so important with the field you're in. Also, while you're at it, I would go back to Cosmetology School!!!! I feel sorry for her next client. Boo Natalie! Over Rated!!

Cayla was an outstanding stylist! From the moment I walked in the door until the moment I left I felt so welcomed and cared for. They offer you a warm hand towel that is spritzed with an essential oil blend when you arrive. They offer you water and get you checked in quickly. The first thing they do is give you a scalp and neck massage which let me tell you is awesome! Then they take their time washing and conditioning your hair. It’s truly a relaxing and wonderful experience. Cayla took the time to listen to what I was looking for in a haircut. She gave me her honest, professional opinion when I asked her questions. She was efficient but I didn’t feel like my time with her was rushed through. This is my fourth time coming here and I have never left unsatisfied. Definitely my favorite salon in the area.

I’ve been seeing Natalie for 3 years and I just love her to pieces!! My hair is always fabulous because of her. I’ve gone from extremely long hair to a bob and back again, going from brown to bright blonde to a chocolate brown to creating beautiful customized dimension, and Natalie always wows me. She’s so good at interpreting what I’m looking for and gives her own suggestions when I have no idea what I want. The rest of the staff and stylists are so nice, too! It’s such a great experience every time I visit.

I hesitate to share how amazing Natalie and Casa Verde is because I am selfish but I can’t keep it to myself any longer. Natalie listened to my hair wants and then delivered a final result I couldn’t have possibly imagined! I get compliments everywhere and people consistently ask me if my power red is natural which is such a huge compliment to Natalie’s talent. And it grows out in the best way, natural and people still ask where I get it done! I trust her implicitly.

I came here first for my new hair color which I absolutely love. Alexis got the color I wanted along with keeping my hair healthy. I came back a week after for my haircut which has brought even more life back into my hair. I then went today for my Brazilian wax ( first one) with Sonia. She guided me through my first ever wax and helped me with after care. They are absolutely wonderful and this is definitely one the only place I want to go☺️

I go every two weeks for waxing with Alex or Madi. They both do a wonderful job and have helped me find skincare products that work for me! Their schedule is flexible and they are always able to work with my crazy work schedule. The salon is clean and relaxing. Everyone at the salon is welcoming! I am grateful to have found Casa Verde and I will continue to go back!

Casa Verde sets the standard for excellence. Natalie is the master of hair. Her knowledge and execution is impeccable. Alex is a great esthetician, she handles your skin with such care and dexterity. I had been growing my hair for 7 years before going to Casa Verde to get a new look and donate a lot of my hair. They staff was so kind and nice to be around and the facility is sick too. A lot of products and tools I don't understand but it was a very extensive line up of products and services. Great hair cut and great staff.

I love this salon! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming with a hot towel for your hands and a cup of tea while you wait. Cayla is excellent and always knows exactly how to cut my fine, thin hair even when I'm not sure what I want. I can't say enough great things about my experience, but you won't be disappointed.

I was so excited to get a new look before summer. It took me four years to grow my hair long. I had pictures of what I wanted my hair to look like. I showed it to my stylist, and she liked it. Unfortunately, she chopped it up; another stylist had to step in to even it out. As you can see they totally messed it up.

Maddie and Alex are fabulous! All the staff are helpful and friendly. I love how the owner Donna is so involved with supporting local communities with fundraising efforts. The donation to my son’s football team was greatly appreciated. I give them a 10 and highly recommend supporting this local business!

I use the waxing service at Casa Verde Salon. Alex services me. She provides great service but what I like most is her calming spirit. Every visit is refreshing and relaxing. I also enjoy the specialty items the salon has displayed for purchase. I usually find “just the perfect gift” for a family member.
