WOW! I haven’t had a cafe experience this pleasant in so long. Everything was lovely. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and given excellent menu recommendations, and the customer service was consistently good the whole time. I watched the people behind the counter offer to hold doors open for people and greet returning customers with sincere friendliness. The space itself is beautiful; the furniture is tasteful, comfortable, and really showcases the woodworking the shop was originally meant to highlight. I had a great time sipping my drink on a comfortable chair under lovely warm accent lighting as the sunlight shined through the windows. We ordered the vanilla rosemary latte, a strawberry matcha drink, avocado toast, and the savory crepe. Although it was expensive (a little under $50 for two drinks and two entrees) we definitely got what we paid for. We ordered the rosemary vanilla latte based on their recommendation and… wow. The rosemary flavor was so perfectly complimentary to the vanilla latte that I was shocked. The strawberry matcha drink on their specialty menu was a solid choice and I took home what I couldn’t finish. I don’t even know where to start on the food! It looked and tasted like it was made by somebody that was really looking forward to eating it themselves. I couldn’t personally afford to be a regular here but if I could, this would definitely be my regular coffee shop.

Case Study is a total gem! As soon as I walked in it felt so warm and inviting. We were immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They have all the classic Espresso drinks plus some really creative ones. We have the Vanilla Lavender and one with update 1/6/2024 - They are now open Friday and Saturday nights playing some great beats with coffee and tea infused cocktails and amazing food offerings! We still continually visit Case Study on a regular basis! Bee Pollen. They were both crafted with expertise, perfect flavors and beautiful to look at. The Overnight Oats with blueberries, coconut and slivered almonds was delicious and the Savory Crepe was something to crave! The space is beautiful with the mill work done by the owner himself. Great job to all today and will be back again soon!

I visited Case Study today and had a lovely experience! It was beautiful, most of the wooden furniture was crafted by the owner, who has a shop where he crafts his furniture right behind the coffee shop. The owner was there serving at the counter today and was very kind and hospitable. The cappuccino I ordered was one of the best I’ve had and it was fun talking to the owner about his methods of making the drink, he talked about how he likes to make cappuccinos in a very traditional way! While I was there, I got the prickly pear crepe that came with locally made prickly pear sauce and caramelized pears, and my fiancé got the brown sugar applewood smoked ham and cheddar crepe that was served with arugula. We both loved our crepes, they were very well balanced and tasty! Definitely check Case Study out!

Just finished breakfast and coffee at Case Study Coffee and we can’t stop talking about how delicious the crepes were, how perfectly crafted the drinks were, and how comfortable and cozy the shop was. We tried a savory crepe and the peanut butter protein (gluten free!) crepe. The flavors were incredible and so well balanced. We had a matcha strawberry rose latte and the espresso. Both drinks were so fragrant and memorable. We will definitely be back and are so pleased we decided to stop in for breakfast.

Five stars for coffee and experience. Case Study nails it. Located inside a strip mall, the logo on its storefront draws you inside to a beautifully-designed and quirky space. The baristas are very friendly and clearly are passionate about what they do. You feel their energy in a good way. The coffee menu is bold and memorable. Never have I ever seen a “Brown Sugar and Sage” latte on the menu. I ordered it and I’m so glad I did. It wasn’t overly sage-y, but just enough to make it pop. My wife loved her latter and my six-year-old daughter enjoyed the chocolate milk.

The cardamom and mint cold brew is the best coffee I’ve had in the valley. Edit: Came back two weeks later for a second one because it’s been on my mind everyday. As I took my first sip, I couldn’t stop myself from saying aloud, “Oh my god, there’s just nothing better.” Seriously the stuff of dreams. Final edit: Consistency of the drinks depends heavily on staff. My last 3 cardamom and mint cold brews have ranged from the best drink I’ve ever had to just pretty good, with significant variances in appearance and cold foam, from no foam to a large, delicious minty foam head. I’m still chasing the high of the best and will keep coming back!

I literally can’t stand how amazing this place is. The vanilla rosemary latte is perfection and their Americano really showed that their baseline espresso itself was fantastic! I hate overly sweet coffees so normally I avoid fancy lattes, but this one hits different with the herbs playing off of the flavor tones in the coffee more than just you’re average sweet Starbucks coffee. If you’re one who cares about the actual quality of the coffee, brew, and ingredients this is a place that does not disappoint! I would be here everyday to write my PhD dissertation if I lived in Phoenix ✨

Five stars for friendly service, delicious drinks, and a comfortable inviting atmosphere. Good wifi. Good taste in music, at a good volume. Loud enough to enjoy but quiet enough to be involved in conversation. Very interesting in checking out their wood-working studio now, too! It is okay for writing a few emails, but I would not take a work call in here. More of a hang-out spot. It is a bit pricey, but that is to be expected for quality as well as a new and family-owned business. Happy to support.

Holy smokes, this might be the best coffee shop in the Valley! You can see the craftsmanship in every detail from the furniture, the tastefully appointed fixtures and interiors, to the design of delicious menu and finally to the preparation and presentation of the food and bev. Super cute spot in a location that really needs more businesses like this. Nice music and menu! However my experience was a bit disappointing as I was quoted a 20 minute wait time for food and finally had to walk out, hungry and foodless, 40 minutes later. I wish the time estimate I had been given had been an accurate one so I wouldn’t have wasted so much time and missed the opportunity to eat elsewhere or at home before work. They seemed completely unprepared for opening (no menus out, food not prepped, etc). I’d probably go back but would skip the 7-8 hour as they seem to slowly open/get ready for the day after officially opening to the public.

Great new little coffee shop! I skated here while I waited for my truck to get an oil change. Super cute, intimate, and clean. Surprisingly packed for how new it is! My matcha latte was great, and the service was friendly and quick. I do wish they'd had Gluten free pastries, but all in all, that's a minor complaint.

damn the inside is beautiful. the woodwork is impressive and really shows the craftsmanship that goes on in here. enjoy the seating arrangement, get a crepe or avocado toast, oat milk latte with honey, or a cold brew. i also admire his taste in speaker selection, Sonos great choice. also notice the light fixtures or switches made by buster n punch are cool. it's like a woodworking showroom with a coffee shop. awesome experience. go take a selfie in the bathroom.

Cute, quaint shop, wifi, intimate seating and good drinks… (and by the looks of it, the food is tasty too although I haven’t ordered food yet). The owner is really nice. They use beans from Cartel (special roast.) The parking lot is small but I didn’t have issues parking. It’s great to have a new shop in the area with craft coffee and yummy eats, I’ll have to try the crepes next time. I had the strawberry rose matcha and it was delicious!

Got to talk with the owner & batista. This is a great spot for coffee. I had the old-fashioned & the vanilla and rosemary (iced) yeah sounds interesting but it's very good. I'll be going back for sure. This atmosphere is unlinked any other coffee spot I've been too. When I went it was very chill, but im sure it can get loud in there. Either way very inviting spot. The best coffee shop in PHX. The baristas and staff are friendly, helpful, and highly skilled. The drinks are fantastic and there is a traditional menu as well as a well-developed seasonal menu. First time going and I absolutely loved it. I forgot to ask the baristas name but she was incredible. Very attentive, friendly and welcoming. Loving this spot in the phx area! Have visited a few times and it has not disappointed. The barista always has great recommendations and the owner is very kind, if you get a chance to meet him. Excellence. That’s the word I would use for Case Study. Every element is curated. The coffee is incredible and you know they make a great latte when they take the time to measure everything. The owner is fantastic and kind. It’s like an art gallery of incredibly created wood furnishings. If you are looking for coffee in Phoenix please come here. I put this shop in the top 5 in the valley.

10/10 overall. The barista was awesome, and made an excellent cortado. They did such a high quality job with their design, and hired the best staff who are friendly and kind. I cannot speak highly enough of this place. A top notch coffee lounge experience. Beautifully designed!

Wonderful new coffee lounge! Tried a rosemary vanilla iced latte for the first time and it was delicious! The savory crepe was so good too - hand grated cheddar with applewood smoked ham wrapped in the homemade crepe batter and a small arugula salad on top.

One of the best iced lattes I’ve had in Phoenix. I would give it 5 stars if not for the limited seating — just 4 seats with a working surface. Some additional seating available with a sofa and a handful of chairs, but overall a pretty small space. Coffee is great though!

Been looking forward to stopping by since we heard it was coming. The protein crepe was amazing as well as the coffee, and both the vibe and decor are on point. Cannot wait to return!
