My wife found an outdoor couch on their website, so we arrived just as they opened to make sure we were the first to buy it. We then took the ticket off of the couch and paid the $180 on card. We then went and picked up a car to fit it in. Upon returning the warehouse staff scanned the couch when they were taking it out of the warehouse, we were then informed that the couch had the wrong tag on it. The warehouse/ office staff then checked the security cameras to find out what had happened, we were then informed that someone had placed the wrong tag on it yesterday and that it was actually sold, and that they don’t check what stock has been sold. We were then told to go to the counter for a refund .The man behind the counter tried giving my wife $80 cash, $100 short!!. My wife then demanded a refund for the correct amount onto her card (which was provided). Upon complaining about the service the only apology/ attempt was “I’m sorry I wish someone didn’t put the wrong tag on it”. If I was in that position I would have offered to help find a replacement, or offer to let us know if a similar item comes in at the very least Can provide photos of transactions/refunds.

Delivery guy refused to take the lounge in a single story house:(, they were happy to leave in the Gurage I even offered extra money they did not cooperate. I bought other furniture from other shops they all delivered inside the house. Please if you purchase from THESE PEOPLE make sure you get in writing as they can turn around and say YOU ARE MISINFORMED and will not fix your problem now I’m stuck with my lounges in the Gurage

The amount of reviews this business has about their poor customer service and business practices I should've steered clear. Laughed at by the business manager and the owner. Plenty of better products with much better staff elsewhere and less ACCC violations. I'll be buying from any of their competitors to avoid being treated how I was. The Warehouse, Clayton and The Furniture Trader, Dandenong have much better reviews; I'd recommend exploring there. Edited to add: Hilariously, my name isn't Kirby and that isn't my situation. But nice to know you're having so many issues with the public's perception of your customer service team you can't keep track of them. Might be time to review the practices and attitudes in house and see why so many of your reviews say similar.

Absolutely disappointed. We asked before hand if they can deliver the stuffs that we win, around 4pm on Monday since we will be at work. They said it shouldn’t be problem we can request that. Came on the day they call us at 11am saying they want to deliver now or else we have to pay again for delivery. Long store short they made my husband to drive from 1 hour away. Since he couldn’t get home straight away. They throw our stuffs in our driveway, Resulting in a bit damage to the furniture. They could have gone missing etc. really unhappy not worth it they have a lot of hidden charges. The counter girls are full of attitude. Save yourselves headache and shop other better places around.

I am hesitant to give away the secret, but after such a great experience I feel obliged to leave this review. I went last week for the first time and some of the prices here are incredible! The auction day was a lot of fun, they have a sausage sizzle (all proceeds went to cystic fibrosis), a comfy corner with movies and stuff for the kids, and they were welcoming of a couple of well behaved dogs too. Very inviting and non intimidating family environment. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I picked up a couple of items for about 10% of their RRP and couldn't be happier. Going back again this week!

Wow amazing place ! So much variety and great prices , i scored bigtime and i was only going for a look for the first time in a long time after they moved. Ample opportunity for parking, even if you need to bring a truck around if bought heaps like i did! Before you even get started be sure to get yourself a sausage sizzle with onions and your choice of sauce which you'll be able to smell from the parking lot outside. Definitely heaps better than the bunnings sausage sizzle any day! Happy bidding guys........

Grest range of items. Recently purchased leather couch. Upon setting it up we noticed that the connector parts were screwed in upside down. So we had to borrow a drill to unscrew them, and turn them the right way up. The couch itself is gorgeous. We had good customer experience here. I took off a star due to the lazyness of whoever attached the connectors incorrectly. But I would recommend this place. We have purchased here last year too, happy with all our items and they look amazing in our new house.

Old wine in old bottle, just with a new label. Don't be overwhelmed with prices. The stuff in auction is seconds item which may have been sitting in shops either as returns or unsold for ages. There is no such thing like auction here as minimum start covers the actual cost, rest is the increment which bidders put into auction house pocket. Think wise think twice before you bid. Staff is blunt, they don't answer if you have any concerns.

The worst customer service. Rude. Lazy. Passive aggressive. Sold me something that was already sold to another customer. Did not apologize. Did not offer to help me find something else. Tried refunding me in cash. Dodgy operation. You’d think 50 people working in a warehouse with 100 pieces of furniture could manage their stock better or find at least one pleasant customer service person.

First time coming to the auction a couple of weeks ago and I must say that I was highly impressed but also highly disappointed that I didn’t discover Casey Furniture Auctions earlier! Great quality products going at fantastic prices. Make sure you inspect the items before the auction and you won’t have any surprises. Staff are great and super helpful! We will be back!

My parter and i purchased a table and just got it delivered. We live in a building and the table could barely fit in the lift so it really wasn’t easy. I honestly thought they were going to be annoyed and dump it there but actually I can’t believe how nice the 2 guys were. So helpful and patient and we had such a good laugh too! Very happy with the whole service.

Great value furniture. You can buy from the auction or on the sale. Auction every Sunday. Log in to facebook to see the some of the items after Thursday. They also got wall pictures and indoor plants on auction.You'll get ripped off with a collection of fees and charges unless you take cash with you. Fees for EFT & Credit card and even stock list.

Extremely poor customer service. As I was about to post this review, I have seen that they have multiple customers with complaints and have wrongly addressed another disgruntled customer as me! Ha. It speaks volumes for the customer service provided (or lack there of) as I am obviously not the only person with issues from these obtuse scammers.

I have purchased furniture from Casey Furniture Auctions a couple of times. Once at an auction and the other on Facebook during Covid restrictions. I can say that the furniture I have purchased is of great quality at exceptional prices. I will definitely be purchasing from them again soon and would highly recommend them.

Great deals and so many options to pick from for every room of the house. You can't choose your day of shipping which was the only downside in the process but everything arrived smoothly and in excellent condition. Definitely recommend Casey!

Reasonable prices for sale but I miss when they actually ran auctions. Then you could get bargains and there seemed to be a better variety of furniture. Gone the same way as Johnnys and gone from great value to just a furniture retailer.

It's great place to pick up a bargain! If you have nothing better to do, by all means go for the auction. But sometimes you're better off going there while the auction isn't on and just picking up an item you like for the price they set.
