Last night I called 6 different stores looking for a Nintendo64 at the best price and this store had it. I also searched craigslist for a while and no good prices. I asked the CAP clerk not to sell it and hold it for me to pick it up in the morning. I wake up this morning, drove here 30 minutes, and the guy that just got back from vacation tells me it's been sold. I'm standing there surprised with all sorts of negative emotions kicking in. I'm a man of my word and if there is anything that pisses me off, disappoints me, and angers me it is someone who lies like them. The guys from last night should have told me "we can only hold it for 30 minutes from when the store opens and if it is not picked up within 30 minutes then it will be sold". I would understand that, but he didn't even give me a warning. I called corporate, filed a complaint and await the District Managers call. I'm very very very pissed. I've been in customer service for 10 years and they lack experience. I'm a store manager for Cricket Wireless and I make sure that things likes this happen as little as possible at my store. Cash Pawn America you have NO CREDIBILITY and you have just lost 6 customers because my whole family shops there.

Lazy, lazy and very unprofessional workers every thing in the store that has not sold because it was over priced then when the marked down price comes in to efect ,they are too lazy to go look for the chargers and batteries shown on the ticket , they just say o there,s nothing with it ,how stupid and sorry are these people ,it's a cordless drill ,without the battery & charger it's worthless ,fire these stupid lazy workers ,l have been buying from cash America for 30 years ,this store has turned into the sorriest on my list ,you can call me if you want to know about any cash America in the state almost.

This store is amazing. Never have I felt so welcomed in a pawn shop. Clean, very well lit, displays aren’t cluttered or empty. Staff are courteous and knowledgeable. I went in to get a loan for some surprise auto mechanic bills. Gabi helped me get the best amount possible for my loan with the lowest payments. During my payment dates, I would make payments with Gabi or Glen. These two are like personal shoppers, with little info they always know of something I may be interested in when walking through the door. And the layaway program is great!

Paid off a PlayStation 4 I was making payments on in layaway and when they went to get it out the back II realize it wasn't the PlayStation I put in layaway 2 months ago, and the console was switched from the slim to the 1st Gen and the games I chose to go with it we're switched out too. After I get my laptop out assuming it's the original one I put it iI' done the this Cash America

They wouldn’t accept my 2018 MacBook Pro with Touch Bar in perfect working order minus the charger, or my 27” apple Cinema Display which was also tested to be in perfect working order nor the rechargeable apple Magic Mouse and keyboard. That’s literally $1500+ in tech when all I needed until pay day was $50!! I will never do business with any Cash America Pawn again. $50!

I’ve been coming here for years and the staff is always very nice & professional. They are informative with their stuff and always provide courtesy calls on your last day of grace. I’ve even come close to losing an important item to me and Oscar and the team worked closely with me so that I wouldn’t lose it. I greatly appreciate them!

This pawnshop is very reasonable and they would try to help you to get withdrew need and very respectful social destiny and very polite and very harrest can make people and bring out the very best when there are in a row back move they put up with the loudest dove but they are very calm and very luscious and very good

I was able to buy a keyboard from here that was pretty good the service was a little subpar but eventually I was able to get the help I needed so all the visit was a success they did have decent selection of instruments and tools but most of the cameras in electronics there are from the early 2000s for the late 1900s

Very lazy staff and rude and they give the lowest pawns in city smh. Also the older Mexican lady lies ALL the time. I've called and required about items ive seen there and she will tell you they never had item's but items are there somewhere close to her counter when i come back and check in person smh

So I went to this Pawn shop to buy a ps4 controller and I paid for the warranty.. so when I got home I tested it and the speaker on the ps4 controller didn't work no sound now I'm disappointed and have to drive back again to get my refund back. I won't be buying anything back again from them.

It is the laziest staff I have seen wear a piece of white gold that has a lot of platinum 1 because I already pawned it in other places and here they tell me that it is not now, it has caused me quite a lot Thank you should hire a jewelry specialist and not The first fool to stand in front

They have a lot of stuff but poor staff. Walked around for maybe ten minutes and even stood at the counter and was totally ignored...even though the store was almost empty. I was interested in purchasing something but just ended up leaving.

Staff are lazy and unreliable liars. Get told one thing by one person and told another by someone else. Bad customer service all around. The manager needs to learn basic communication skills with her customers and staff.

The staff there is amazing! When you need to pawn something or wanting to buy a item from then I recommend y'all going to Daisy , Gabriella, and Gleen they have excellent customer service!

Good selection but the staff is beyond lazy. They sit at the back desk all day and crack jokes without working, no wonder one has lady has a big ol gut hanging over her pants. Avoid.

Called 30 minutes for an item and (Isiah) gave me a price over the phone. When I arrived, he said he did not remember talking to me and jacked the price up.

I love it. The employees make me feel like family . I have been going there for years. I will not go anywhere else. I love there business.

They have a lot of products, but if you are pawning or selling anything other than gold, you may want to go elsewhere for a better deal.
