I called to see about having them pick up my van. They quoted me 400 but then I told them that pick-a-part offered me 550 but wouldn't come get it because I was too far. They then told me they could give me 500 and be to me within 2 hours. So I agreed as I was ready to get it gone. I waited the 2 hours and they had not arrived. I called back and was told I would hear from the driver within 30-45 minutes, okay no big deal. Another 2 hours later and nothing. So I called back yet again to be told he was getting fuel and would be to me. Finally at 9pm, 6 hours after the original call the driver shows up. I was agitated but okay I understand people get busy, so it was what it was. But then.... He briefly looks the van over with a flashlight and feeds me a line saying that the catalytic converter isn't the original one and he could only give me $400. I have never replaced the catalytic converter, not to mention he said they were just going to scrap the vehicle anyway (even though the transmission was the only thing wrong with it). At this point I am just ready for it to be done so I just took it. Not sure I'll use them again. Very very frustrating.

I was told it would be picked up one day but it to another 2. OVER THE PHONE I WAS WAS QUOTED 650.00 for 2 cars only to receive 500.00 because they stole my Catalytic Converter off one of them before coming to pick-up caught on the ring doorbell of the neighbor. I had list looked at it the day before it was there. I’m assuming that’s y it took the extra days because they needed to come steal the converter

I was able to make an appointment for my vehicle to be picked up during my first phone call. The driver was no nonsense when he arrived and loaded my car with ease. Once loaded I signed over title and had cash in hand. Quick and painless. I would definitely recommend to friends, family, and use them again.

The gentleman picking the car up was very professional, courteous and helpful. My son had items from his father's funeral in his trunk. We were unable to open the trunk to retrieve items. Driver worked with car until he was able to get us access to the trunk. He went above and beyond for us.

Lack of communication relaying information, tell you one price but when they come to pick up the vehicle they make up a reason for it to be cheaper than what they originally told you on the telephone, has an “oh well, take it or leave it” attitude not very customer service friendly

I feel like the entire experience was great except the fact that I was told one amount and got another. Other then that I would have given 5 stars. The pick up guy, Jim was awesome very friendly. If I needed to I would use this company again. They by far had the highest quote.
