I ordered an Xbox with Kinect sensor online for my son's birthday. I was really nervous about ordering a second hand xbox after doing a bit of research online but unfortunately we just could not afford to buy new. My slightly lower offer of £100 was accepted for a boxed Xbox and Kinect from Leeds, Bramley store and I received the product within the week. It came well packaged by city link courier. I was delighted when I discovered that this Xbox looked like it had never been used. All of the cables and kinect adventures game were still sealed in their original packaging. The same package is still selling for £220 in Argos. This was a huge saving to us. Needless to say I have a very happy boy and I am a very happy customer. I would definitely recommend this branch and would buy from here again.

If I could give Cash Converters in Bramley, Leeds zero stars I would. Was looking at short term lending.The problem is that the male that served me tried to get me to borrow more money that I was planning to borrow therefore would have to pay back more interest. Didn't explain APR the true cost of borrowing that under the FCA he should of done. As it's mandatory to do so. Even though I had informed him that I had already spoken to a person on the phone the day before. That the information was written on a piece of paper in front of me. Then stated that would have to do an acid test that the gold is hallmarked.As you can fake it only if you melt it down to a gold bar. Then the company won't deal with complaints about the staff.

Bought a mobile phone worth £150 and realised it wasn't good battery was fault. Brought it back to the shop to either get it fixed or swapped. I looked around and seen another phone I liked and it was advertised cheaper £120 .Took the cheaper one to the till and I was surprised the guy on the till changed the price to £150 so I didn't have to be refunded the balance. Complained but he wasn't having it. After all the phones had different value. I didn't need money back wanted the difference in vouchers so I can spend in shop. I was not happy but I was told its the policy. If I remember correctly he was actually a store manager .

I use this place quite often and sometimes my pay date doesn't land on a day around the end of the 28 day contract, so most staff will keep my goods safe for the extra few days even up to a week after the 28days are up but today I spoke with a guy and he flat out refused to hold onto my item till weds because it's a new month Monday so if ever you need to use these try middle of the month! Don't understand why this makes a difference? So now the £30 I had 4 my electric has been used for these because they couldn't keep my item longer than 1 more day, thanks guys put me in more financial difficulty than I when I started,

SCAMMERS - DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING I bought some dj decks online for £600. Received them and found them to be clearly faulty. Returned them to the store and they got damaged during transport, OK my fault, I didn't package it well enough, i'm not a professional wrapper. Now they keeping my full £600 and offering me nothing towards fixing the issues which were present before I ever seen the decks, I am more than happy to pay for the damage I have caused, but they should pay their share. If they tested them properly this can all be avoided. They sell faulty products and keep all your money. Beware and avoid.

I am a regular customer at Bramley cash converters and I am always pleased with the service I recieve. The staff are very friendly and always welcoming. The staff always have a friendly hello to give and a young man who's name I believe to be Andrew offers fantastic customer service with extensive knowledge of the products sold. I will be purchasing the majority of my electrical Christmas presents from the store and I am thankful to have such a lovely store so close to home. Well done Bramley

I buy items from here all the time, and the great thing is that you don't have to worry so much if things are faulty as they give good warranties and they don't quibble when giving you your money back or an exchange and that's what's important. . Yes there is the element of disappointment when it goes faulty or doesn't work but to be fair the chances that they can rigorously test every single item is pretty impossible. So far so good I have no issues with buying from here.

Walked in as a new customer too a manager being abusive and threatening towards staff, threatening to take away personal items(mobile phones) and "hide them around the store for anyone to find and have". Kicking off as staff have called in professionals too fix a drawer lock and not do it themselves. Person is a larger coloured man. Obviously needs some training or a p45. I'd suggest p45. I WILL NOT be coming back here.

I want to give you 0, awful con artist of a company, bought a £130 Samsung phone of then took it back 6days later because battery was awful and not refurbished like they claim only to be told we can only give you a £100 back, the receipt says 7days, thieves, liars and cheating people out there hard earned cash in the day and age is disgusting, AVOID THESE THIVES AT ALL COST!!!!,

Excellent service when buying phone and tablet recently. Staff very helpful & resolved my issues very well. Sold them 2 items so far, and my advice is do some research on prices before you go in. I didn't, and was misled about current retail price, which obviously affects the amount they will offer. Not planning to make an issue of it, but will be better prepared next time.

Not a bad store has a good range of items but have walked in a few times where they have been a bit busy but not enough staff as i have had to waited quite long to get some help went in the other day wanting to look at an item seemed like the staff was ignoring me and after waiting for around 20 mins and getting no staff to help me i decided to give up and left the store.

I've bought a few things in the past from here and it's most definitely NOT 100% reliable that what you buy will actually work (games and DVD's - but electronics, I believe, is altogether different, though can't say for certain)..Also the prices they offer on selling are horrendous too, though not for everything - 3 's is the very best I can give for this place.

Wow just wow. I travel round all of the cash converters up and down the UK for the best deals. I went to visit the Bramley branch for the first time in about 6 months. I was shocked to see how much it has changed the staff were extremely helpful as was the manager who even gave me a little bit of a discount (win). One of the BEST stores in the UK !!!

Went into cash converters last week to sell some unwanted scrap gold I was served by a larger gentleman who was extremely helpful and happy. I asked for £100 after he had worked it all out it came to £140!! Vert happy woman. I had been a few places and that by far was the best price and best service will definitely be going there again.

The manager Paul has a serious attitude problem and clearly shouldn't work in retail as his approach to customers is dispicable hes rude and not not 1 bit helpful I would seriously never go here again clearly has little man syndrome power of management gone to his head absolutely disgusting!!

I went there to buy a game and the employees were all very nice. Th game I bought unfortunately had the ring of death, meaning it wouldn't work. However the employees kindly searched everywhere and eventually found one that had recently been sent in.10/10 would do again.

Bought an IPhone 7 for my Nephews Birthday present, I was served by Reece and Andy who helped me so much in making sure he would be able to play all the games he likes! Would highly recommend these guys the phone is like brand new! & I have one happy nephew!
