I am from Minnesota, but I recently used Cassese Funeral home for my beloved brother who passed away at age 40. It was a sad event, but the owner, Mr. James, did everything he promised to make my ordeal bearable. He was compassionate, easy to talk to, and extremely flexible. The building was spacious and clean, smelt good, and had all of the items that one would expect, such as hand sanitizers, napkins, toilet rolls, etc. The lady at the front desk was courteous and did her job very well. The entire process went smoothly, from the beginning to the very end. I would like to add that the Mr. James (owner) was everything that he appeared to be over the phone. He was a trusting person, someone that cared for others and the grief that they are going through. Thank you Mr. James.

Don't trust them with your loved ones funeral or a gold fish ... they try to extort cash out of you instead of life insurance !!! Told my the owner they can't wait that long to get paid ... disgusting nasty old woman day of left alone to help us and she was hard of hearing !! and I ran my loved ones funeral myself !!!! They kicked us out and slammed the door behind us . She didn’t even know what had to stay in the coffin and what we should take home . We had to remove jewelry rosary ourselves oh and tag the flowers and clean up

My 27 year old Son Passed away on 08/26/16...We had his wake here...They did a beautiful job on my son and they took wonderful care of us very compassionate people made us feel like family Pat Rolff was an amazing person who put all this together for us. The Owner I believe his name was James ...he was so good to us I will never forget their kindness ..

Well let's start with the place is old. It smells. And there was no sanitizer anywhere in the room . Being in the middle of a pandemic there should be sanitizer. You where not greeted at the door as to where to go. Been to other wakes this week and every funeral parlor had a person greeting you, sanitizer, masks for everyone to use.

The funeral home staff and the owner James was amazing. They did a beautiful job with my father's services and were very compassionate and helpful. James went above and beyond for my family and we are truly grateful.

My mother passed away 5 yrs ago. The funeral was held at Cassese Funeral Home and they did a great job by taking care of the preparations for me. This was a great help since I was not thinking clearly.

Jaclyn was awesome! She made sure the makeup and hair was perfect on my Grandmother. Jaclyn was very helpful and accommodating in every aspect. Thank you so much again for everything, Jaclyn
