Very good medical centre with a radiology unit on site. Staff were courteous, polite and knowledgeable. Very spacious and nice ambience including a small play area for children. I saw Dr Sharlene Li.. what a marvelous and absolutely thorough doctor with a very friendly disposition. I was there for Yellow Fever vaccination. Due to my age she cautioned me against having it and typed a letter in case I needed it, and she also recommended having 2-3 vaccinations if I wanted it due to my travel to South America. The nurse was very experienced... was very quick and easy and she explained each vaccination. My first time at this centre and would highly recommend Dr Li and attending this medical centre.

I have been a patient (not a client!) at this medical centre for 25 yrs +. Over the last year their admin services by phone via one young female person has been somewhat lacking in empathy and all about the cost of the appts almost like she has been trained to get money first. She comes across like she does not like her job. Front line desk people are always wonderful as are other people I have spoken to on the phone. I am not happy with the Hotdoc surcharges and refusing to use it for bookings. I am at the stage where I am starting to look elsewhere where patients and their healthcare come first not $$!

Due to my usual doctor being unavailable for a period of time from this week, it was easier to schedule a phone consult than a face to face. Why charge more if a person hasn’t needed to present to the clinic in the last 12 months? Specially if they have been going there for a number of years?! I’ve had a really shocking experience seeing alternate doctors at the clinic so I wasn’t leaving it to chance. If anything phone consults should be cheaper. My consult went for 4 minutes!! Where do I send my invoice for 2/3 of my 15 minute consultation?!

I was very happy with my first 75+ annual health assessment. Easy to book, on time with both assessments, thorough and pleasant consults, and a great thing to do. Keep ahead of issues rather than react when a problem occurs. Well done. And now I've just had my next annual assessment. Same level of service with a more thorough medical exam (with medical student also in attendance). Some follow up for me to do but all in the name of preventative healthcare. Again, well done.

I have been attending the Castle Hill Medical Centre for many years now. The staff are always helpful & professional & I love my doctor (but when she's been away I have been happy with another doctor who was looking after her patients). Would recommend this practice to anyone on the area needing excellent medical care. They also have a special "nurses station" & I've always had good treatment there as well. And I should know, as am a retired registered nurse!

If possible I would put minus star for this place. MONEY IS THE ONLY MATTER IN THIS MEDICAL CENTER. They charged me for providing a simple 2 sentenced letter. If you don't pay for an invoice, they are very quick in emailing and calling you. If you need something/letter or whatever, they always say, Drs are very busy and we can't promise and... Terrible service, rude and arrogant receptionist Definitely find another medical center and never go back again.

If I could give this centre 0 stars I would. Appointment was booked, confirmed via email the day before. Checked in for my appointment, wait 15 minutes then get told the Dr not coming in today and they were just going to start ringing patients now as the Dr decided to change her days. What an absolute disgrace. Spoke to management who simply didn't care less.

The Castle Hill Medical Centre has been our medical provider for well over 25 years and in all that time the doctors and staff have been fantastic. A special shout out to our family doctor, Bob Elliott, who is a gentlemen and a very caring GP. There are many great GP's in the practice and I highly recommend the CHMC to all.

I had a skin check and mole removed by Dr James Bennett this morning at Castle Hill Medical Centre. It was the most thorough skin check I have had, including from other skin specialists. James explained each step prior to and during the procedure. Both James and the other assisting staff were very friendly and professional.

CHMC has been my centre for many years. This is a very professional Centre. Even during Covid the staff at CHMC maintained a high level of care. The Centre was upgraded a few years ago and has excellent facilities. They constantly update their technology. They are always friendly and courteous. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I injured my hand and Dr Armand Edison was calm, gentle and very capable at cleaning, gluing and taping me back together again. I had to take my elderly father to Castle Hill Medical Centre last Sunday 12 March as he needed urgent attention for a hand wound. Dr Sharlene Li attended to him and the service provided by her was excellent. This has also been my experience on several other occasions and I can highly recommend this practice.

On several recent visits to the centre, for wound treatments, to go there, I have found the whole team of nursing staff to be of the highest calibre. Furthermore I've experienced minimal waiting time at each of my visits (unlike other medical establishments). It's almost a pleasure to go there)

Doctors do not provide scripts for medications even if specialists instruct them to and it’s on your treatment plans, just because they personally do not like the medications. Do not recommended. They used to be good but now they’re just in it as a business venture.

I find Castle Hill Medical Centre provides excellent healthcare. The staff are just wonderful. Dr Cheung always apologises when she is running late. I has a flu injection today and the nursing staff were working very hard to satisfy everyone's needs. Thank you.

Plenty of doctor's, so easy to find one that suits you. They are usually on time, so not too much waiting time. There are also X-ray facilities and a nurses station. Overall, as good an experience as is possible when you are not well.

The practice itself over charges compared to other medical practices. The costs for a basic consultation it is over the average consultation price. Some medical staff don’t do their due diligence before confirming a diagnose.
