I bought medication for my mum from this pharmacy, exactly same medication with same box, 3 months ago I paid 76 for 6 boxes but now I paid 22 each box. I phone them ask the reason but they explained as buy more with less dispensing fee, 56 dollar different for them to bring your medication for you. Ridiculous. Same medication with other chemist only 7.99. That is how this pharmacy rob your money and that is how they run their business. Customer service there is really nothing could be comment, bad, worse, worst.
Bought a thermalmeter from there for $62.99 and found it inaccurate and sometimes not functional - it showed 33 degrees on my son, and when I repeated it showed 35.5 degrees. What surprised me was the phamacy refused to refund the product and claimed it's covered by the product warranty. John offered to contact the manufacturer but just wouldn't refund it. Have they ever heard the consumer law of Australia??? Not to mention that the same thermal meter was sold for $49.99 in Chemist warehouse...
Friendly, caring and very informative. The staff always take the time to explain new medications and products, and all are incredibly kind. Higher prices, yes, but they are an independent pharmacy so they wouldn't be getting the bulk discounts of the larger chain and franchise stores. If they don't have something on the shelves they're happy to order it in for you. It's nice to have a quality neighbourhood chemist who knows your name after two or three visits.
Good customer service as the pharmacists or staffs would listen to your needs and recommended suitable products to you. I had visited a few times encountered with a few staffs whom they were kind, caring and professional in giving out their advices.Different from those large pharmacy chain service which is focusing only on discounted prices. You may have to pay a bit more but eventually you got what you needed most.
Advice, information and service. They give good advice here, the male pharmacist guy is very helpful, he took the time to think about my issue and give good targeted information and product which helped resolve it completely. Price wise it is average as compared to the hills area, the homeyped shoes/slipper/sandal prices are also reasonable. Come here for advice and guidance.
I bought some life long medication from this pharmacy recently and found out that their price was three times higher than those from other places. I went back and asked for an explanation but the staff , a man and a woman there were very defensive and reacted very negatively to my query! I didn't feel that they were willing to hel! Very poor customer service!
This pharmacy rates zero star if not less. Medications were charged almost 3 times more than Chemist warehouse, no wonder why they don't have much business at all, as they don't need much business, as they can rip off one customer as much as they want, suck them dry until they realise they have been overcharged.
Very expensive!! Interesting business practices requiring payment upfront for medication you need? 3 x the price per ml compared to another chemist in Ryde NSW. First time we needed a compound chemist and having just got a repeat elsewhere feel totally ripped off. Trust me, spend the time driving elsewhere.
Staff always very helpful. They have provided copies of receipts on request for claims with no issues. Chemist has taken a lot of time to help my elderly parents and makes sure they understand how to use their medication. My parents are very happy with the 25+ years of service from this chemist.
Cost of meds for my dog were $150 and dural had them for $88... I was told to wait for 25 minutes while it was being prepared then staff told me there was none of the meds in stock i needed...never going there again. Save yourself a few bucks go somewhere else with better prices and service
Showing experience with the Pharmacist that has Justice of the Peace status but only use for his home benefits. I stop to see John and get some copies to witnesses, hi refuse to provide the service. justice NSW should cancelled the JP status to people who do not serve for the appointments.
I love this Pharmacy, it's the only one I use now. Incredibly helpful and friendly. Plenty of selection. Take the time to remember you as a frequent shopper. They also do compounding, which is great. And when you need to order in they do it quickly and efficiently. Love this place.
Might want to change your opening hours on Google so customers don't show up to closed doors at 12:00pm on a Sunday (your hours say you close at 2pm). Also yes, more on the pricey side of things.
wasnt paying attention to price, but doctor rang them to ask if they could stay open for me to get some medication and they were happy to stay open another 15mins. which is nice
Very expensive price. I paid $6.30 from somewhere else with same brand medicine instead of $19.30 they charged. Plus rude customer service. I wish I can rate 0 star.
Really expensive: a medicine I but regularly costed $26.30 here, $19.15 at Mullanes in Baulkham Hills and $13.99 at the Chemist Warehouse up the road.
2 to 3 times more expensive than the pharmacies near by. EG: Prexum 5mg Tabs 30BP and Atorvastatin SZ 20mg 30 tabs, other shops $14.00 Why?
Always friendly and ready to help, this is the quintessential neighborhood chemist.
Price is double or triple, much higher than other chemist shops, seriously.
DO NOT COME HERE. Rude customer service, everything is overpriced.
Very bad customer service, the Lady at front is so rude.
Great helpful polight customer service! Very happy.
