I have played contact sport since I was 6 years old and I have to say that the Physio treatment I have received from Denise on two separate occasions has been outstanding. Both occasions involved a shoulder injury with different causes. She methodically and carefully worked slowly through a series of recovery steps based on the extent of the pain and movement restraint. It was a very first-principled approach and within 5-6 weeks I had full movement again. The last one involved serious AC ligament damage but I was back in goals within 2 months without any hindrance at all. I can not recommend her more highly! Graham Kirkby

I am now 75 and very satisfied customer of Fiona Arneil , since I was 45 , when she used to be opposite side of the same road, where she also then founded her own practices with full of will responsibility and dedication. I never stopped to continue to see her whenever , I feel the need to see her to resolve my aches and pains issues, always done it to my full comfortable fillings But I found the other practitioners are just as fantastic as Fiona all friendly and hard workers and ready to do their very best with passion and dedication,, I wish them all a very happy Festive Season with a happy and well deserved break ..!!

I've been seeing Denise at Castlereagh Physio on a weekly basis for a longer term injury for over 6 months now and I would never go anywhere else. I've never had such a thorough assessment with a physio. It identified issues throughout my body which contributed to my issue and pain experienced and other areas which were painful as a direct result of my issue. Denise really pays attention to your whole body, not just the injured area and I always feel so relaxed and at ease with her- going to physio each week is a such a pleasant experience. I have had many sporting and running injuries over the years and Denise is by far the best phyiso I have seen. Speaking as another health professional I really appreciate the holistic approach she takes by not only easing symptoms but searching for the underlying problem, which is often somewhere else in the body. She is always keeping her self current with latest changes in evidence based practice so I always learn from her as well. I've had my lower back pain that never really went away for more than 3 weeks and only after 2 meetings with her, the pain has significantly disappeared!! She did not only focus on the area of injury but also the fixing the problems all over your body that you did not expect to have or even notice with her expertise. Not to mention she's really friendly & extremely professional. Highly recommended! :)

The guys at Castlereagh Physio were brilliant. I suffered an injury early in my soccer season and the team had me back and playing in no time! I felt very comfortable and in good hands from start to finish. They also had everything in place to keep safe during covid which was great! This has been a great experience! Denise has gradually unpicked a whole succession of knee and leg problems gradually working through to the root causes of the leg problems. It has been a transformation from crippling stiffness and unexplained leg pains to being able to move freely and begin to run again. I started seeing Denise at Castlereagh Physio for frozen shoulder, which is very difficult to treat. I chose Denise because she combines shoulder rehabilitation experience with training in Connect Therapy, blending these approaches with exercise and soft tissue work. My progression has been quite remarkable and I will continue to see improvement. The practice is in a very convenient location and the reception team is friendly and professional.

Castlereagh Physio, and Denise in particular, are nothing short of miracle workers. I have suffered from a combination of sports and work related injuries over the years and Denise has always managed to schedule me in with immeadiate results and relief. Im not one to post reviews on websites, but in this case I feel compelled to sing their praises as the professionalisim and skills by Castlereagh Physio are second to none.

For the second time in four years, I managed to severely damage myself with tendon/ligament injury. Despite thinking both times that it would be near impossible to get fast benefit from therapy, I was amazed at how knowledgeable and effective Denise's treatment was. Despite the long period of pain before treatment, on both occasions, I achieved for complete recovery in no time thanks to Denise.

I've been a regular at Castlereagh Physiotherapy for many years, due to many and varied sports injuries. Denise, Fiona and the team have always got me back on the field/surf ski/mountain bike etc in minimal time. Great treatment and service, and always looking for the long term solution. The city location is a real bonus for the convenience, with appointments starting on time.

I saw Kate for a serious sports injury. I desperately wanted to repair and recover fast and get back into it. Kate was amazing. She went above and beyond to understand my goals and to get me to where I needed to be. It was a 10 out of 10 experience. Kate knows exactly what she is talking about and I’ll definitely be back if I need a physio again.

The team at Castlereagh Physiotherapy are fantastic! They're personal and professional and always go above and beyond to provide the best care available. I was unfortunate enough to tear my ACL and MCL and Denise had me running 15km after 8 weeks and back to training after 10 with no surgery. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Denise and her team are amazing. She's incredibly thorough and knowledgeable and works through any issue systematically. I don't work in the city any more but I come in just to see Denise. So many physios don't know their stuff but Denise really does. She's lovely too, as it Kathryn and the rest of the team. Highly recommend.

Excellent - I found this place because I had an injury and couldn’t walk properly. They diagnosed the issue (even though it was a super random thing) and went above and beyond to make sure I was OK before leaving. Will be back, new preferred physiotherapist in the CBD.
