"Arrived before the friend I was meeting"
"I had the worst coffee ever!! I ordered an oat flat white, thought the strange taste might have been because I'd done my teeth not long before I got there"
"This is 26 dollars, your call"
"Gorgeous lil cafe with vegan and gluten free options"
"Awesome breakfast, brunch and lunch spot"
Arrived before the friend I was meeting. She picked the restaurant due to its proximity to the car park, for both our convenience. Ordered a cold pressed juice, only to be told they were all out. Drinks were apparently bottled, not freshly made as I'd expected from the title. Instead, I ordered a lemon, lime and bitters, which arrived in a jam jar, not a bottle, heavy on bitters, light on the lemon. Friend arrived, we ordered falafel shawarmas and chips from the limited menu. Falafel was very dry, and the shawarma was overwhelmingly sour - too heavy on the dressing, perhaps, but quite unpleasant. I couldn't finish mine. Chips obviously frozen and tasteless, not fresh. Wasn't going to say anything, but the cashier asked how the food was and I told him. He told me he'd never had any complaints before (which I wouldn't have done if he hadn't asked) and told me he'd pass on that feedback. Hopefully he will. I won't be back.

I had the worst coffee ever!! I ordered an oat flat white, thought the strange taste might have been because I'd done my teeth not long before I got there. One of my friends tried my coffee and said it was awful. We told the waitress, who kindly brought me another coffee, sadly it still had the same awful taste. When it came time to pay, they didn't charge me for either coffee, which I greatly appreciated. They apologised and said the problem with the milk was because it was probably an old batch of oat milk. The food wasn't great either, I ordered corn fritters, they were highly deep-fried balls with a weird salad, not sure why the place is popular??

This is 26 dollars, your call. The bread is half the size of your palm, two oily fried eggs, 3 tiny sausage. After the dish was send to our table, I asked the waitress to come over twice to check with her if this is the “Lebanese Breakfast”, why does it look different from the picture? No falafel, no beetroot hummus, she double confirmed that this is it, and I have to pay extra for the falafel and beetroot hummus which was written on the menu as part of the dish. The owner who was making coffee( I assume he was the owner, not sure) was busy talking to other customers close to him, we’ve called the waitress over twice to enquire about the dish, I’m sure he noticed and just didn’t care. We drove 15 minutes to try this cafe, will never come back.
Gorgeous lil cafe with vegan and gluten free options. We had the Acai bowl, Vegan B.I.G waffle and turmeric latte with almond milk. Acai bowl was good except my partner had to cut up the fresh fruit, instead of just digging in. I had the Vegan B.I.G waffle which was delish. It wasn't as crunchy as I would've expected, still pretty good though. I left the vegan snickers bar to the end, super sweet! Should've had it during the meal to balance out with the pineapple or grapefruit. Turmeric latte was nice, not to spicy or overpowering. Lovely little stop in on our way to Lake Macquarie. Carpark is right next to and just off A1. Lots of dogs around and appears to be pet friendly for outdoor seating. #veganoptions #glutenfreeoptions #wahroonga
Awesome breakfast, brunch and lunch spot. An expansive range of coffee choices, including a Lebanese style coffee and more. My partner had the grilled chicken mish sandwich with gluten free bread, (GF is a prominent feature in the menu) and mentioned that it was amazing. I got the special menu fried chicken burger (chik chik bang I think?) This was the best fried chicken burger I had all year, and I'm a man who likes to eat. Will be coming back as often as I can to get through to the rest of the menu.

One word: Amazing! We tried the Midnight Pasta and the Crispy Chicken Charcoal Burger. The Midnight Pasta is honestly the best linguine dish I have had! The seasoning was absolute perfection. The garnishes complimented the dish perfectly. We honestly cleaned our plates! The restaurant decor was modern rustic and the view was quiet nice. The prices are on the expensive side but worth every penny! I noticed the way the chefs worked in the kitchen and it was so professional and their passion was so good to see! The waitresses were friendly and welcoming.
Been a while since lockdown, drove past the cafe and decide to stop and order something to drink. I ordered Lebanese Tea which I don’t see in other shops. The tea has a hint of honey in it, feels refreshing, comes with this little dessert, definitely great to escape the road on a Friday morning. There are outdoor seating as well so it is also a dog friendly place. Parking: plenty of on street parking, there’s also a council car park next to the shop. Train: 200 metre walking from Wahroonga station. Time of visit: 11am, 28/10/2021
Cedarwood Cafe is a Lebanese cafe offering a wide variety of breakfast food, along with traditional Lebanese dishes. I tried the Fattoosh salad with corn Fritters. These were very healthy and delicious, although a little expensive. Recommend coming here for special occasions.

Vegetarian options
Lebanese cuisine is rich with veggies, so finding vegetarian options is not difficult.
Drove 45 minutes to get here only to find out the previous reviews were irrelevant and menu items were not available, so I decided to get an orange, turmeric juice that was on the menu but it wasn't available. Only plain orange juice was available. We left and went to the Sushi House nearby and then for Gelato a few doors down.

Took my family out to lunch and everyone loved it. The chilli prawn linguine doesn’t joke about the chilli in the name and tasted sooo good, the big breakfast was amazing and my dad loved it and the açai was one of the best I’ve had. If you’re ever in the area I would definitely recommend. The only thing I would suggest is more attentive staff and having water bottles for the table, not having a staff provide cup refills.
This cafe/restaurant has a pleasant feel to it and the interior feels spacious. I’ve had great coffee here multiple times and this time we decided to try some of the interesting food items. I ordered the avocado on charcoal sourdough with poached eggs and a side of bacon. Delicious, filling and perfectly cooked, the beetroot hummus and Persian feta on the side is a lovely touch. Coffee was great again.
The Lebanese breakfast and zataar chips were amazing. I love how there is a middle eastern theme to the food in this cafe. The coffee was very decent as well. The staff were friendly and helpful when I had to move a few chairs for some pram space. I love how they add a marshmallow AND a snake to the babycinnos!!

Felt like we were having lunch at a mates place. The Cafe has a welcoming atmosphere, delicious food and the staff are friendly and accomidating. Unlike other restaurants that can feel transactional, Cedarwood felt more personal and homie.

I went to buy charcoal bread and the workers not even bother to contact the owner for selling me the item. Other time the owner sold me . I just couldn't get how lazy it was from them to not reach him for knowing the price

My partner and I had brunch at the Cedarwood Cafe today and we loved it!! We ordered the Truffle Mushroom with poached eggs and The Cedar Bowl to share. Thr Ceder Bowl was our favourite. What an explosion of amazing flavours and all cooked perfectly!! We would highly recommend it! Quite friendly environment and staff too!
Very nice lunch with friendly staff. Unfortunately on a second visit there were multiple mistakes on the order. Once it was all sorted out, the food was delicious.

I usually drop by for a hot chocolate and banana bread, and Cedarwood Cafe has the best banana breads I've ever had. Absolutely delicious. Great service, friendly staff, often gets quite busy. Highly recommend. They have an awesome selection of coffee and delicious meals too.
Undeniably one of the best cafes I’ve been to lately. My partner and I ordered 3 dishes because everything on the menu looked delicious. We were not let down! The flavours were incredible and each meal was 5 stars. If I had an extra star I would award it.
The food is presented so well and tastes delicious. The food is fresh and amazing. It is a little bit expensive but unfortunately healthy food is always overpriced in Australia in general. It would be great if the prices were a bit lower
Good portions, friendly service! We had the corn fritters and shakshuka, both of which were perfectly cooked and mega tasty. The shakshuka had a touch of some spices to it (turmeric, maybe??) that truly made the dish pop. Fab!
Amazing coffee and food! The falafel was fresh and the best I’ve ever had. I had to get a second coffee before I left it was so spectacular. Lovely staff and quick service! If you’re ever in Wahroonga, it’s worth a try!
Great Cafe. Good food choice from the all day menu and some options were nice and different. Indoor and some outdoor dining options. Staff friendly and helpful.

My sister in law and I had the yummiest brunch at Cedarwood. Corn fritters and avocado toast were fantastic. Bit more on the expensive side for brunch, but the food was really good. Will be coming back! More
Had the fattoush salad with falafel. The salad was simply awful but the falafel was nice. Coffee was good

Table of 4 returning from a bush walk. Stumbled on Cedarwood Cafe and were pleasantly surprised by breakfasts with generous portions of excellent food, well presented. Definitely be back..thank you.
Gorgeous experience. Staff are lovely and very accommodating. Food was fresh, hearty and clean on the palate. Extra effort was put in to presentation and we were impressed. Thankyou for having us.
The coffee that they do here is great! The baristas do it a lot of justice. Though a filter option would be nice. Food was exceptional. Flavours in the cedar wood bowl were well balanced and
The corn fritters, with it's own spices twist is to die for!!! The kids brekky is amazing value too. Love.

Fantastic service and food. We enjoyed the lebanese breakfast which was a lovely find on the menu. Thank you, we will definitely be back.
Four. My girlfriend says: "I like their service and their food and their tea". If that isn't a good review, I don't know what is.
Love the food here and the service is always superb. Food and service are equally important to me. This cafe nails it on both!
Best coffee and service in Wahroonga!! They also have raw vegan desserts. We had the special of the day which was divine.
My go to place for coffee beans! Experience with staff has been a mix depending on who you talk to!
