I’ve tried communicating with the front desk how difficult it is for me to get an appointment since my husband is in the military and he watches the kids if I need to go to an appointment. I got to my appointment yesterday about ten minutes early for my 3pm appointment to fill out paperwork since I was a new patient. By 3:55 I left because they were running behind and they didn’t let anyone know they were running an hour behind. I had to leave because my kids were getting hysterical at home. This was very unprofessional and the lack of communication was appalling. I will definitely be letting the other military families know to avoid this optometrist at all costs. Update from a reply they made: I understand appointments for new patients can take a bit. But why is it that I was able to make the same appointment at Optic Gallery and they were able to have me in and out within the hour with a contact lense fitting, glasses exam, and an order for both. I went through the same process of giving my insurance info over the phone with them the exact way I was able to do with your staff. The paperwork I needed to fill out takes 5 minutes because all of the information needed was already given. Nothing excuses the fact that your office was late by an hour and wasn’t even giving the courtesy of letting patients know that you guys were super behind. That is not how you run a business and is completely unacceptable.

This is the worst experience I have had. The employee Debra hall made racial remarks. Also I was there 3 separate times I was told both times my entire glasses and frames would be covered. Both times they lied and when I went to pick up my glasses . First the wrong glasses were ordered. The 2nd time I was told all materials. Glasses and frames were covered when I came to pick up my glasses the 2nd time the told me insurance didn't cover $62 . Which was the second time. They refused to let me speak to anyone above the office manager . And then tried to refuse service, because they made 2 seperate mistakes, none being my fault. All I got was attitude and no one took responsibility for not 1 but 2 mistakes. I will be filling a complaint with the Attorney Generals office as well as the office of optometry board with the state of Nevada . I was told my record would be emailed and they were not. I had to make several other calls. Do not go here. I have vsp insurance for the past 15 years and have never had any issues with another company. The staff is not understanding of the time I had to miss because of there mistakes. Don't get scammed here. I rarely write reviews, but I definitely wanted to warn other potential customers.

Unpleasant Staff I recently moved from Summerlin to Centennial Hills and decided to try this place due to their high reviews. Below are a few things that I did not enjoy about this office 1. I called a few days before my appointment, and good thing I did, because when I tried to confirm, they had me listed at a different time that when I originally scheduled an appointment 2. Walking into the office seemed very unpleasant. None of the front staff was smiling and no one really looked like they enjoyed being there 3. While checking in, I was asking questions about why my insurance did not cover my contacts exam, and the 1st lady who was helping me replied with, "we charge these hundreds of times a day, and this is usually not covered." 4. the 2nd lady who brought me in for initial eye screening on the machines, also did not seem happy while she was taking measurements 5. When we checked out, the third lady who took our payment accidentally overcharged, so we had to come back the next day since they could not refund without the physical card (we initially paid with Apple Pay) I will not be coming back to this office

Go somewhere else.. they don't value their customers!!! I paid the team to replace my lenses As Suggested by them because I purchase the same Frame every year. $177 for no change in prescription and frames I previously purchased for $400+. I received a text, went to pick up my glasses. When I arrived, the young lady brought them out in a zipped plastic bag, handed them to me and sent me away. I left, got into my car and realized that the glasses were filthy! When I spoke with the young lady at the office, she stated that I was given dirty glasses because I had not made an appointment....I reminded her that they sent ME a text to pick them up....unbelievable!!! I don't buy terribly expensive frames...my husband is the $700+ person but I found this to be unacceptable for any amount of money. I was supposed to receive a call from the office manager, I haven't heard a thing. Terrible service...Stay Away!

The receptionists at both locations are very rude. I have given this place multiple chances and it gets worse every time. Today was my last straw and my family will be finding a new optometrist. The first time I called and made an appointment and I guess the appointment was never made.. The second time I went in person and the receptionists looked so irritated with me when I told them the skye canyon location made me an appointment the same day due to the reason stated above. The third time was today. The receptionist rolled her eyes when she called us up to help us. We just asked for a perception to be printed.. We called in advance to get it emailed it, but it was never sent.. Please reconsider the staff in front.. I have been nothing but kind to all the staff here..

Update: Since the clinic had to close due to Covid, I missed the 90 day period to add on contacts. After asking further questions Dr. Wang assisted me in getting contacts for no additional charge and saw me same day. Also Dawn helped me and took me right to the kind of glasses I was looking for. She gave me exceptional service, and is very professional. Honestly the whole staff was helpful and this will be my families new eye care clinic. I saw Dr. Myers in clinic. He was very friendly and answered all of my questions. He gave a thorough assessment and has a calming effect. I'll be seeing this provider again.

Great office! I was in my appointment on time. All the staff from the reception ship, to the nurse, doctors, and eye glass specialist were beyond courteous. Each employee really took their time to get to know me as I was a new patient. Questions were answered in great detail and I did not feel rushed or like my questions weren’t important. I worked with Dawn to pick out the perfect frames and ‘extras’ that I wanted on my lenses. I was not high pressured at all when choosing. Dawn took great care to keep me in my budget and wildly satisfied in what I chose. My family and I will continue to be patients there.

Dr Cutinilli is a very kind and caring person who know his trade very well. He is very personable and I would recommend him to anyone seeking eye care. I was fitted for glasses and had the distinct pleasure of working with Alexis who is also very knowledgeable and knows the products very well. She has an excellent eye for the best fit, function and fashion and has a great sense of what looks best on her clients . I would highly recommend Centennial Family Eyecare to any of my family and friends that would like a positive and supportive experience. A fabulous team !

I was surprisingly amazed by how the staff was so welcoming to me. The team was very concerned about their clients needs. The doctor was so honest with all my questions. He lead me in the right direction to care for my eyesight. I am so glad I found Centennial Family Eyecare. I was proud they weren't pushy to make a sale,; more concerned to educate their clients. I was searching for an optical near my area that accepted my eye insurance and came across this one. Had great reviews so I said why not? And I don’t regret it. The staff are very careful with Covid and immediately have you wash your hands and social distance. They were very friendly and professional. I saw Dr. Wang and he was very nice, had great manners, very informative, and clean. My glasses were done in a week and the script is perfect! I see so clearly now. Definitely will be a regular client here, thank you so much everyone!

Dr. Wang is and his staff are wonderful! Such a kind, friendly and knowledgeable practice. The best part, staff/doc are almost always on-time (minimal wait time) and they are open on weekends, as early as 7am! Dr. Wong really cares about his patients and your eye health. He takes the time to listen to all your concerns and makes you feel at ease. I love that the practice provides a range of fashion glasses/sunglasses for anyone’s price range (low end-high end). There is never any pressure and they take a wide range of insurance.

I’ve been to see Dr Myers twice now, and I have to say that he is a very nice man who really seems to care about his patients. Also, all of the staff at Centennial Family Eye Care are extremely professional, friendly, and quite fun! A big shout out to Dawn for her help in picking out my new frames. Her honesty with my different choices and how they looked on me was refreshing. It’s not everyday that people tell you the truth, and not just what they think you want to hear because they just want to make a sale. Thank you!

Just okay, felt like the office was disorganized when we got there. The visit with the doctor was satisfactory, and he addressed my concerns and didn’t push to make me buy glasses which I appreciated. The front desk seemed like they just wanted to leave and were overall lacking some of the customer service aspects that I would have expected from a highly rated office. Not a terrible experience but I don’t think I’ll be returning as I believe there are better run offices in the valley.

My family always receives great care from everyone at this office. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The doctor is thorough in the examination, taking the time to explain each step and answer any questions. The office itself is clean and well-organized, making the entire visit comfortable. I highly recommend this practice for anyone in search of a reliable and family-friendly eye care provider, including for young children.

i was referred to Dr. Wang by my surgeon and i couldn’t be happier. They were quick and on time. Dr. Wang listened to me carefully and even provided me with possible solutions i would have never even known about had it not been for him. I feel like good doctors are extremely difficult to find these days and i’m beyond grateful to have been seen by such an amazing doctor today, thank you for helping me and treating me like a real person !

They're in the business of selling glasses. If you plan to get it elsewhere, they will NOT give you the full prescription. They'll only provide the generic figures for a readers glasses. Info like distance, reading and bifocal add power are deliberately withheld, even though you're the patient asking for it, the insurance paid for your check up, and they already collected my copay. Wonder if the medical board should investigate on them

Eye exams and doctors are great, one of the best experience I have had in my 53 years. The issues are with the staff and eye glasses fittings, three times they tried to get my progressive’s correct. Failed all times and ask to speak to my old place that did the progressive’s. Don’t buy glasses from them go to another place if you don’t you will regret spending all the money and time. I have a 700 dollar pair of glasses I can wear.

Jessica and Dr. Wang were amazing. Dr. Wang did my exam and we chatted about what was causing me the most grief with my vision. They offered me 2 prescriptions one for my ever day wear and one for computer work. Jessica went through many frames with me and we kept going back to my favorites. We settled on one that we both really liked. I'm very happy with them and look forward to going back next year for my annual eye exam.

The receptionist is very nice. The young man Isaiah that helped pick out my glasses and explained to me extra add on and prices was very helpful and kind. I offered him a tip because he did such a wonderful job he said no this is my job. The location I went to was on Durango in Las Vegas. The place is kind of small but a very good collection of frames and high-end. Dr. Wang was very pleasant as well.

Very professional staff and service. I appreciate that they allowed me to sign form online ahead of time and there was very minimal wait time in office. Doctor was friendly and available for questions; he did a good job of explaining the process of the eye exam. I just wish there was a bit wider selection of frames at varying price points. I'll definitely coming back with my family for future visits!

Centennial Family Eyecare makes it easy to be a patient. The front office staff are always so helpful and accommodating but have the best attitudes on top of it. Dr. Cutunilli is the best, I took my small toddler to see him first and he was so patient and caring that I began to see him for my eye care as well. Im so happy that I did and I will continue to recommend this office to anyone I know.

Stated appointment will be considered not made without email confirmation. They never sent me an email. Told them when I was making an appointment, followed up a week after and even sent text a day before. However, nothing. They do Shamelessly calls and assumes that everything is fine when I have repeatedly stated no and does not act on things client requested.

Dr. Wang and his staff are the best. My husband and I are always treated so good. We had the pleasure of meeting Dawn today who helped us pick out some glasses. Dawn and Ray were AMAZING!!! We had an issue with my son’s glasses that I wasn’t sure was going to be able to be fixed. They both went well above and beyond to make our experience amazing! My son walked out with a perfectly fitting pair of glasses and a big smile on his face. We are grateful for the wonderful service that each of them offered us!!

Dr Meyers was wonderful. I usually see Dr Wang but he wasn't available when I was. Dr. Meyers knew my whole background and was able to help with my vision issues. The girl that fit me for glasses, I'm sorry but I think her name was Melissa, was so helpful. She told me all about my options and helped me pick out great looking frames. Thank you all.

It was an amazing first experience for my son and myself. Dr. Wang was very professional and efficient. The was no long wait. They practice all health protocols for this pandemic. The staff especially Dawn was very sweet and helpful. She made picking our frames a very good experience. I would highly recommend going to this optometrist.

Had a second visit here at this location. Brought my daughter this time. Again the staff was super friendly, very kind and comfortable. Dr C is such a good doctor and takes the time to teach everything you need to know before you leave his office. He will be our family's eye doctor for as long as we can keep him!

I don’t know much about this place other than exceptional service. We are not from the area and my daughter broke her glasses. Not only did they get us in a timely manner, they adjusted the glasses, gave us information on care, and the most unnecessary thing they could have done was do it all for free.

Kim went out of her way to help me fix the nose piece on my very expensive Monte Blanc frames. She went above and beyond to help me find and fit nose pieces that would allow me to save buying new frames! I really appreciate her effort and care! Give that girl a raise, she deserves it!

I did not expect to be taken care of that day, as I was just a walk in. To my surprise I was helped immediately. I was treated professionally and friendly. Kim helped me pick out frames, she was wonderful. I even had an Eye exam done on the same day. Very happy with my experience.
