I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Centennial Subaru , and I must say that my experience was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I stepped foot onto their lot to the final paperwork, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and care. I wanted to take a moment to share my wonderful experience and give credit where it is due. First and foremost, Ousmane Ouzy at Centennial Subaru was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He patiently listened to my needs and preferences, providing valuable guidance throughout the entire process. His expertise in the automotive industry was evident, as he answered all my questions and helped me make an informed decision. The dealership had an extensive inventory of vehicles, catering to various budgets and preferences. I appreciated the wide range of options available, allowing me to choose a car that fit my requirements perfectly. Our purchasing experience at Centennial Subaru was amazing! I helped my elderly mom with upgrading a car that she has been driving for the last 14 years. Having 5 different Subaru vehicles in my family, we decided to stay loyal to the brand due to its superior safety ratings, all wheel drive capabilities, and the plethora of features/equipment that come standard with their cars. This was our first purchase at Centennial Subaru and it was by far, the most easiest and streamlined purchase ever! We first met our salesperson, Elijah Sem (Brand Specialist) last month on a visit to the dealership to check out the new models in person. Right away, we knew he was very knowledgable with the brand; but additionally, he was very kind, attentive, and patient with my mom's hearing impairment. We left without purchasing a vehicle that day but we had an idea of what we wanted to get. Fast forward a couple weeks later, we went onto Centennial Subaru's website and found a 2024 Impreza that was in transit and applied for financing on the site and got approved. We reached out to Elijah and he took care of everything after that. It took about 2 weeks for the car to be delivered and during that entire time, Elijah kept us updated on the status regularly via text. up until the vehicle was ready for pickup! If you're going to purchase a Subaru, we highly suggest going to Centennial Subaru and getting help from their awesome team! Elijah was a superb salesperson and will go back to him for our next Subaru purchase! Additionally, Kevin Watt in Finance made finalizing the purchase a smooth process! Honorable mention to Nate Petit in the Service Department. I've taken both my Forester and WRX there for routine maintenance ever since the dealership opened up last year, and he's been great to work with as well! Update: I had my WRX towed to the dealership due to mishap during my morning commute last week. My vehicle had to stay at the service department for a several days while the techs diagnosed the issue and order the proper part. Roberto in the Service Department was amazing throughout the time my vehicle was kept. He provided a loaner vehicle so I was able to get to work. When it was ready for pick-up, he waited past his work time understanding that I had a long commute from Boulder City. He was a great service advisor who maintained patient throughout what was a stressful time for me.

Not only was he unhelpful, but he was also dishonest about the discount on a car we were interested in purchasing. From the moment we stepped foot into the dealership, Jonathan seemed disinterested and unenthusiastic about assisting us. We had done our research beforehand and knew exactly which car we wanted to test drive and potentially purchase. However, Jonathan seemed more interested in pushing us towards other models that were not even close to what we were looking for. After finally convincing him to let us test drive the car we had our eyes on, we asked about any available discounts or promotions. To our surprise, Jonathan claimed that there was a significant discount on the car, making it seem like a great deal. However, upon further investigation, we discovered that the discount he mentioned was nowhere near the amount he had led us to believe. It was a clear case of deceptive sales tactics, and it left a sour taste in our mouths. Furthermore, Jonathan lacked the necessary knowledge and expertise to answer our questions about the car's features and specifications. It was evident that he had not taken the time to familiarize himself with the products he was selling, which is unacceptable for a brand specialist. Throughout the entire process, Jonathan displayed a lack of professionalism and integrity. He consistently failed to follow up on our inquiries and seemed more interested in rushing the sale rather than ensuring customer satisfaction. It felt like he was solely focused on making a quick commission rather than genuinely helping us find the right car. In conclusion, my experience with Jonathan, the Brand Specialist at Subaru, was highly disappointing. His lack of enthusiasm, dishonesty regarding the discount, and overall unhelpfulness made the entire car-buying process incredibly frustrating. I stopped by this new dealership to look at cars, Crosstreks specifically. I planned on buying a new Subaru but not on that night. After a short exchange with Ousmane, I was in! I pulled the trigger and bought what is most definitely the best car l've ever owned! But I want to talk about Ousmane. He was the salesperson that helped me. Never once in the whole process did he make me feel pressured or have that "car salesman" vibe. He was incredibly friendly. He listened to me, what Iwanted! Did you hear that? He listened!! Not once did he talk over me or suggest something other than what I wanted! He was knowledgeable about the product and patient. He explained that they had ALL of the colors available and the specific model I wanted. I explained to him that I didn't want certain options and he didn't try to sell or push them on me! The process was fast, way faster than my last buying process. I should note that I showed up close to closing time and never felt rushed! He was first class! I have since made several trips back to the dealership to look at accessories and other things and every time he has been there. He didn't forget me after the sale and still keeps in touch! That is great service! I bought the car January 5th and I am just now leaving this review because I wanted to see how the car would do over a couple thousand miles and more specifically to see what after the sale service would be. I am not disappointed! In fact, they now have a customer for life! Do yourself a favor, check them out and ask for Ousmane, you'll be happy you did!

I worked with Nikolai in sales and Kevin in finance. Fantastic car buying experience. I’ve purchased too many cars from dealers over the years and this was one of the easiest and non forced/ pushy experiences I’ve had. Nikolai was patient, attentive and a car guy so that always helps. We purchased a new Wrx and the negotiating was very stress free. It wasn’t the normal let’s go back and forth, let me walk out and come back bs or waste of my time. I went in knowing what I wanted to pay and they were able to accommodate that and we hit a deal. No pressure in finance since it’s a “performance” vehicle and I can’t really use certain products due to modifications. Everyone was friendly including the sales managers. The dealership also has an awesome kids area that kept my toddler busy while we test drove and talked numbers. In the end I had a nice bow on my car waiting when I picked her up (first time a dealer has done this for me) and a great walk through on features of my new car. This attention to detail on the customer service aspect is why I’m bothering to leave a review. They even handle dmv which is a very pleasant surprise since Nv dmv is a bother these days. This is my third Subaru and I drove from mountains edge (south Vegas) up to centennial (north Vegas) because this is the Subaru dealer to use hands down locally. Very blessed and thankful for the positive experience and I hope to buy again if and when the time comes. Thanks Nikolai for the picture!

Our experience with Subaru centennial was a literal nightmare. We made a verbal deal on the phone with an exact price quoted on a Monday with plans to pick up the car that Friday. When we checked in Wednesday to make sure we were still all set, it turns out they “dropped the ball” and didn’t have the car in stock after all. How can you sell us something and make a deal when you don’t have it? Hmmm. Then their idea of a possible solution was to upcharge us on a completely different model? Cmon guys… just admit you reneged. Give your business to Subaru of Las Vegas (Findlay) not centennial. Subaru of Las Vegas is actually transparent regarding the vehicle you will be purchasing. We wound up going to Subaru of Las Vegas and they took care of us right away. ADDING THIS BECAUSE OF THE RESPONSE THAT YOU GUYS PROVIDED TO MY INITIAL REVIEW: DO NOT DISCREDIT ME BY SAYING I DIDN'T HAVE AN INTERACTION WITH SUBARU OF LAS VEGAS BECAUSE I DID AND WE ENDED UP GETTING A SUBARU IMPREZA FROM THEM INSTEAD. ALLAN WAS OUR SALES REP AND THE EXPERIENCE COMPARING THAT TO YOURS IS NIGHT AND DAY! SEE: Photo of when we got our car at Subaru of Las Vegas PS: We tried calling you, Robert. I was very hesitant going in. This was my very first car purchase experience at a dealership, as both of my first two cars came from family members. I also wasn't expecting my next vehicle to be new, but used car market being what it is, it just made financial sense. That doesn't change that it was a pretty substantial sum of cash to fiddle around with and that spooked me a little. Despite all that, Kinzie, the sales associate (or whatever term y'all use, I'm not actually sure) who assisted me and my partner with the process was incredibly pleasant. I've spent so much of my life hearing dealership stories and I think those put me in a little bit of a defensive position but she was very disarming and that was incredibly helpful. She did a wonderful job handling my general skittish-ness about the whole ordeal. In addition, the gentleman who helped us with financing was thorough and patient with explanations. I don't have his business card on me as I type this but I do believe his name was Kevin? He deserves a gold star. My partner works ar CarMax so the two of them had a great rapport talking about insurance and the like. Was fun to watch. Anyway, everyone was stellar. Thank you.

My very first experience with Subaru was amazing. I first got the idea of purchasing a new car from Hugo Martinez (service department). I had a 7 passanger Highlander and I found that having 2 captian seats was more undiserable than I had thought with having 3 kids. Having my two 8 year old sons climb into the back was always problematic. Hugo was a great listener and suggested the 8 passenger Ascent. With the bench seat in the 2nd row my life has been so much easier. I still have the option to have more passengers with the third row if needed. Hugo brought us to Steven Hans who was very patient with me. I was at one point in between the Outback, Forester, and Ascent. Steven pointed out all the highlights and finally helped me narrow it down to the Ascent. As I was going through the car buying process, my husband ended up leasing a WRX the same night. Steven did an amazing job handling both deals at once. So a huge shootout to Hugo Martinez, Steven Hans, Steven Fulco and Ryan Walter. And finally Mark Csentery in finance who is a very funny guy and explained everything in detail. Also, having the playroom and snacks was great for keeping my kids entertained! Thank you!!

I cannot say enough about our amazing experience at Centennial Subaru! We came in a bit late on a Friday, exhausted from the heat and negative experiences at two other dealerships. Michelle greeted us warmly and put us at ease. She answered our many questions, ran some numbers for us, and there was zero pressure from anyone in the dealership. We ended up needing to return the next day to bring in our old car for trade-in. Again, we were greeted warmly, offered refreshments, and were treated like royalty all day. Michelle was simply the best! The entire process was smooth and I didn’t even want to leave! I’ve never looked forward to an oil change before but I’m now excited to drive back to Centennial in January to chat with all the lovely employees and wait in their comfortable lobby! I also wanted to shoutout Dominic who helped with financing - he was so helpful and patient. Also Jordan, who handled our Love Encore experience. Jordan took his time with us and kept answering questions even after we’d said we were done asking multiple times (ha!). Five stars to Michelle, Dominic, and Jordan and the whole team at Centennial Subaru!

Everyone I dealt with at Centennial Subaru was excellent. Devonte was my main sales person, but when he wasn't available to meet with me he made sure I was taken care of and set me up with John C and Patrice on different visits. All three of them were friendly, knowledgeable, and low pressure which I REALLY appreciated. I only buy a car every 8-10 years and normally it is a high-stress situation, but not with them. Devonte was patient and cheerful throughout, and when I finally came in to finalize my purchase he stayed long past his shift to get me through the buying process. There was a snafu with my reserved car, and everyone worked to make it right so that I drove out of the dealership with a beautiful new Crosstrek that I absolutely love at a great price and finance rate. Dominick in Finance was so helpful getting me through the financing process, letting me know my options with additional warranties but not pressuring me. I so appreciated that! Overall, this was a great experience with great people and I will happily recommend Centennial to anyone I know who needs a car.

Nikolai was the best salesman. He's super laid back and gets you whatever you want (within) reason. He is not a pushy salesman. You actually wouldn't even be able to tell he is salesman bc of how laid-back back he is. My car buying experience with him was most definitely a 10/10. I would recommend anyone going through him. I can't say enough good things about him. All in all the car buying experience was pretty great, I didn't care much for the finance guy, but honestly he was just doing his job (and might I say he is good at it) the finance guy was not rude he just seemed a bit pushy for my taste but again he was just doing his job. I had a large group with me when buying my car (My parents and my finance and me) & never once did they make us feel like there was to many of us or that it was a problem that so many were with me. They were all very welcoming. Also Nikolai manager (I wish I could remember his name) he was also really great, he negotiated with us and even got us some swag which we really appreciate it.

I do not have enough words to describe the appreciation and gratitude I have for the folks over at Centennial Subaru. Due to some personal issues, the sale process became very stressful and almost fell through. My sales person Kinzie, Leigh (General Sales Manager), and Marc (Finance Manager) were the kindest and most genuine people I've ever met...especially for the industry they are in. They allowed me to cry, laugh and more importantly, made sure that at the end of the day, I was able to walk out with my car. Oh...and can I say Subaru has stepped up their game! I have looked at every car dealership in Vegas, driven at least 15 cars and Subaru's product was unbeatable. If you are looking for a Subaru in the Las Vegas area, Centennial Subaru is the place to go. They have an awesome sales team with deals other dealerships cannot match. Jordan (sales) helped us throughout the buying process. He was very friendly and never pushy. He did his best to make sure we got everything we needed. Definitely recommend working with Jordan Dominic from Finance was also extremely helpful and walked us through the entire process very patiently. He curated the best package for us with only the things we needed. The service team is great as well. Had to take my car in to get a few things checked. They accommodated me without an appointment. The staff was very knowledgeable and explained every little thing diligently. Very happy with the overall sales and service experience. Highly recommend Centennial Subaru!

I always dread having to go to a dealership to buy a car but will rethink it after this instance. We worked with Jessica to purchase the car and she made the experience very comfortable. She was prepared and was able to answer all of our questions. We did a lot of work prior to our arrival and, once we arrived there, she was ready with all the paperwork and was able to answer all of our questions. We then moved to financing and worked with Dom. He was great and was able to explain everything to us. I have a pretty hard rule that I NEVER buy any form of an extended warranty. That said, we did purchase a warranty. Dom really worked with us and was able to drop the interest rate and give us a really good warranty. We bought this car for our daughter and this warranty will give us peace of mind as she drives her new Subaru.

Last month I traded in a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek and purchased a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek Sport from Centennial Subaru.  I was highly impressed with my sales man Johnathan B. and finance specialist Dominick.  They both went above and beyond to make sure that my purchase went as smoothly as possible. There were a few hiccups in the financing process,  but overall in the end I got what I wanted to include Warranties, features, and a quality product. Place is super nice and well laid out. Stopped in on Monday to look at a used car. Salesman came over and went to find the car. Showed me the car but it had not been cleaned or gone through service. Was told it would be done on Wednesday and I could come back and buy it. He said the manager didn't want to do financing till it went through the shop to be sure nothing came up. I stopped back in on Wednesday and was told they had it out to repaint a bumper. Salesman called me and said it would be ready Friday. Saturday I still hadn't heard anything so I stopped by early and got told sorry you didn't leave a deposit so we sold it lastnight. Guess as a customer I have to try harder to buy a vehicle here lol . Oh well found a different vehicle at a dealer down the road.

I had an amazing experience at Subaru Centennial. I received exceptional customer service from Tyrone May (Brand Specialist) and Kevin Watt (Financial Services Manager) in checking out the vehicle. Tyrone helped answer all the questions I had about the car. It was very hassle free, no pressure applied, and very honest -- I felt like I was talking to a friend. The best part was getting the vehicle delivered directly to my house (for FREE) where both Tyrone May and Rene Pico taught me how to drive a manual as a first time manual car owner. Very friendly and very patient as teachers. If you're looking for a great car with great customer service then Centennial Subaru is the way to go. Their facility is very clean, comfortable, and provides a family-friendly atmosphere.

I had been looking into leasing a car for months. I was very disappointed by other brands as they tried to rip me off. I went to this location to simply ask a question and I ended up getting a car. Customer services is A1. Attention is A1. Location A1. We were offered snacks and drinks every minute. I felt comfortable and not pressured. Rene paid attention to what I was looking for and gave me the best rate in the market with excellent milage. They were honest, patience, and caring. I came to get my boyfriend's car serviced and left with a new car that is absolutely PERFECT for me! After having such a bad experience at another dealership, I was skeptical. I had shown interest in a different car and Jessica F. noticed that it didn't have the features I was looking for. She went out of her way to find the car with all the features I wanted and was so friendly and easy to talk to! Dom helped educate me on banks vs credit unions and Debra, one of the directors, even looked at my file and knew my name when there were some troubles getting approved. I recently bought a new Subaru Outback Wilderness at Centennial Subaru. My sales person was Jonathan Balangan who was on top of his game. After working with Jonathan for about a month he was able to get me the vehicle I wanted at a fair price. Jonathan and the whole team were friendly and professional. Went there for my first service, and stayed for the wait. 1hr and 15 minutes, and left with a smile and sparkling washed Crosstrek. Waiting area was nice and comfortable, clean, and spacious. Watched a cooking show, time went by quick. Snack/drink station was great! MP (wasn't sure if I could put her full name), was great, very friendly and gave me updates on the process as it took place. UPDATE FOR 11/22/2023: Purchased a new 2024 Crosstrek. Another amazing experience!!! Elijah and Dominic were great; polite, informative and listened to all I had to say/ask. Everyone they introduced me to was very friendly! Centennial is my new spot!!!

I had a great experience here buying a Forester! Nikolai, Tyrone, and Dominick were all great and very helpful! For great salespeople ask for Tyrone or Nikolai; both of them were very kind and down to earth. They answered all the questions my husband and I had and didn’t have any hiccups or problems in the process. They were always very quick and resourceful when helping us. We understood everything and had everything we needed. We’ve been to quite a few dealerships now, and this has probably been the best one we’ve been to in terms of quality of service. We had an amazing experience at Centennial Subaru. We met Tyrone May on Saturday and he took us on a test drive. He answered all of our questions and was never pushy. We left knowing that we would return and he would be our salesman. He was very polite, professional and well spoken. He is very knowledgeable. I contacted him several hours before the dealer opened Monday morning and set up our appointment to buy our new car. I highly recommend Tyrone. Our finance representative was Dominic and he was professional and fast. Everything was explained well. A great overall experience.

Nikolai was an amazing salesman. The entire time we were working with him, we felt very comfortable and did not feel any sense of pressure like we did at other dealerships. Very nice facility, staff, and selection. They have quite a few overpriced dealer add ons and fees that you "have to" pay. I doubt I would buy here again and why I give them 3 stars because of the ridiculous stuff they add on. Update: the sales manager called me to apologize for the experience I had and that kind of customer service deserves at least another star. I'll be buying my next car from them to give them another try.

Outstanding place to buy a vehicle. We had such a terrible experience across the street at Toyota that we came back to buy here. You still get a car wash after oil changes and I heard they do loaners if needed. The parts store is easy to deal with, with no attitude at all.
