So serene and peaceful when we went for an evening stroll. The weather was on our side which made it even more enoyable but all in all a beautiful little park hidden away at the start of the glebe area. Visit if youre in the area and 2 hours of street parking INCLUDED! …
Absolutely beautiful! Split into multiple sections because of roads and each one is a little peice of heaven. Not only does it all back on to beautiful houses but the best part is theres a pond! It has tons of fish including some huge carp. Walking though here feels magical!
As a wheelchair user, this park is not accessible. Was here to see an art show. Wrote them to ask for drastic changes or a move to a flatter location. It's down a big, grassy hill in all directions! Didn't see much!
Always a good dog to pet
Playground
No playground.
Restrooms
No bathrooms.
Dog-friendliness
Very dog-friendly
Picnic area
Lots of grass - shaded and sunny - to set up a picnic
Art in the park. A cool respite in the middle of the glebe. Situated by Patterson Creek there's a couple of benches but not enough benches. This seems to be a trend in most parks I've been in Ottawa.
Lovely park, inserted in the heart of the Glebe. Tons of great shaded spots to read, benches, normally dogs run free here, and it's a great venue for the summer art festival in the area.
This is a long narrow park in the middle of the city it's a nice place for a walk or picnic and popular with dog walkers. There are no play structures on the west side of bank St
The only time Central Park has a pond is when it's flooded. It's Patterson Creek Park across the road which has the pond. However both lovely in a green-space deprived area.
Beautiful little collection of parks in the area that attach to the canal. Unfortunately though there is garbage everywhere and sometimes it gets blown into the canal.
Tiny space I discovered recently during a walk. Unfortunately I could not go inside, because of the freezing rain, but I will definitely go back in Spring to explore.
Beautiful and peaceful, with the location in the heart of the city this is an ideal place for an urbanite and a tourist to get some R and R .
Gets extremely muddy after a rainfall or thawing. Sometimes there's so much water its difficult to cross the park. Dogs love it though!
The nature is just breathtaking. Serene feeling while your walking through. There are some quaint looking houses to see as well!
Very nice, and quiet enough. Fish in the water, enough trees to choose between sitting in the sun or shade. Perfect picnic spot.
Such a quiet, beautiful and relaxing park. My favorite place to have a picnic near centretown is by Patterson Creek.
Yet another nice park in the Glebe. This is a lovely region with lots of greenery and shopping and eating out
Right now is in construction until Dec...you can not go into the park... good place for walking your pets
Amazing fire works display on the ottawa bridge(Central park) right behind the Canadian parliament.
Great place to walk through, off leash dog park, so only social friendly dogs, no pond here though
A nice park with nice views! You can sometimes find events happening. Good place for a stroll
More of green space and walkway than a 'play' park. Scenic views and pleasant surroundings.
Didn't explore much of it, but the stretch close to bank was enjoyable to hang around.
The field was nice but it doesn't drain properly. The whole parameter was swampy.
It's actually Patterson Creek. And it's grassy, and shady - literally perfect.
What a gem of a place, with lots of green, trees, historic homes, few people.
It has always been a lovely park, just wish it waS more wheelchair friendly.
Love this place, wut a nice place 2 relax and hv ur lunch. Always clean....
Nice quiet park, by Patterson Creek is my favorite place to have a picnic
Nice tiny park, very picturesque, only accessible in the summer though.
Open nice space in the summer. You can find some seats in the shade.
Beautiful place to relax and have lunch...only in the spring/fall
It was nice. Would have been good to have some picnic benches
Favourite spot to bring the pooch and chat with neighbors.
I live here. it is 10x better than Patterson park
Nice big park. Good for dogs. Few sitting areas.
So many friendly dogs don't forget too say hello
Nice path, but short. Great walk in all seasons.
A nice park to sit in and chill on a hot day.
Nice open space for our dog and others to run
Un des plus beaux parc d'Ottawa. Très calme.
This is a great place to visit with my dog.
Great park for picnics and exercising....
Nice place to walk a well socialized dog.
