Take everything fast track not semestered and do not go to the tutors they are annoying and take more time to think about the material than actually helping just take notes the in class and you'll be fine. Beside the mirror of the main bathroom there is a message that is apparently intended for the girls that go there and the message wants to convey to girls who are looking at themselves in the mirror should be lucky and privileged that they are getting an education bcuz there's millions of girls who don't have access to it. Uhhm OK? We are not in a third world country and Centre high is full of guys too. we shouldn't be lucky...it is our right to an education just as it is for guys. It isn't some opportunity that by a mistake of birth and a gender that we DO NOT GET TO CHOOSE, that we should look ourselves in the mirror and think that we are lucky. We are not in a developing country and we sure as hell should be allowed to get an education. At first i was like Ok they mean well but the it bothered me after awhile especially after being in the classes and experiencing the different style of teaching and some other stuff that I'm not going to get in to- there are so many things that hold people back from learning in a regular high school it's not like us girls chose not to learn. If you are smart and act like it the teachers get super annoyed and they naturally think that everyone is dumb lol especially if ur a female. But i proved it wrong. My sister knew i wouldnt like this place but i really thought i would and didnt listen to her. when she had to upgrade a course she paid to go somewhere else, and I told her she was right, i didnt like it at all. Other than that it's an OK place with tons of help if u ask for it. The counselor is a super nice guy too, helps with career path and what and classes to take. Librarian is a very helpful and sweet lady too.

I went to this school from 2019-2020 to upgrade in a total of four courses. My experience at Centre High Campus (CHC) was unlike my graduating high school. The schedules were very flexible and relaxed. Relaxed in the sense that you would only have to come to the school for when you have your classes. It wasn’t like a typical highschool schedule. The teachers that I had were completely different from the teachers I had when I was in highschool. Though the class sizes were the same to my previous school (approx 30-40 students) I felt more of a personal connection to the teacher. As if they cared about mine and each students academic success. Just to add this is my opinion. So yeah. Also, for students who are deciding to upgrade at centre high don’t let the horror stories of some students who attended this school ward you off. CHC has had this stigma that if you go there you dumb AF. But that ain’t true. Though, the more lower level course you take, such as a grade 10 course or -3 course the more likely your class will be ghetto. But since I took 30-1 level courses everything was fine for me. Now wrapping this up, don’t let the stigma surrounded by CHC ward you off. I graduated highschool in the normal 3 years and I spent and extra year upgrading some course at CHC and now I’m in my third year of engineering.

Back in 2014 I was one of those people who thought school was a waste of time, and people shouldn't be bothering with it. However, after attending this school my perspective changed forever. It was defiantly one of the best decisions that I've ever made in my life. I actually accomplished more in a short time than I ever did from my high school. The school has an amazing atmosphere, and I felt like I was making a difference in my life. The students were really friendly. I didn't have to pretend to be someone that I wasn't, and it helped me out a lot .The teachers were very supportive as well, and amazing to be around with. I really want to thank them all for believing in me; that I can accomplish a lot in life regardless of who I am. If you're someone who is trying to start a new life, or maybe upgrading. Don't hesitate, just do it.

some teachers were cool, helpful and informative when it came to needing some of my courses upgraded. but my worst experience was the blonde assistant principle, skinny build... sunken cheeks. (unfortunately i forgot her name but i had her as my AP) she was unhelpful, belittled you and made students cry. before seeing her, she was helping a student with an issue. i couldn’t make out what was being discussed. but all i heard was the girl crying and she left her office crying. like?? isn’t your job to help students? not make them feel worse? how unprofessional, what a cow. this is quite a late review, i don’t go here anymore but the worst experience i had was this lady. i advice anyone that has her as your Assistant Principle, see if its possible to get help from another AP.

Centre high teacher is 100% vain teacher. Why they take gate test? I had an amazing experience at Centre High. If I could have spent my entire 3 years here for highschool I would have. The teachers and staff, especially Mr. Amerey truly care and want the best for students. Although I cannot say the same for Dr. Branco who would become involved in my business when she wasn’t even my AP! The tutors and cousellors are all amazing. During the time I was enrolled here, i truly enjoyed coming to school. Thank you very much Centre High!

I attended night classes here a few years ago. I found it to be a very nice setting for a school. Easily accessible by bus and there was also enough parking. Lots of restaurants and places to shop are nearby. The teachers went out of their way to make the class enjoyable which to me that says they care. Definitely attend this school if you have the opportunity.

I spent one and a half years at Centre High and it was amazing. The school has top notch teachers which are well experienced in their teaching and want their students to succeed. There are tutors for all subjects in the library for any additional help. Highly recommend this school for any academic upgrading!!!

This school isn't very great for education purposes, the teachers slack off (or teacher in particular), the teacher I'm referring to puts questions on their tests that weren't studied or discussed at all, they're also oblivious of their students grades in the class.

I thrived at this school. All of my teachers were amazing and helpful, and I ended up leaving the school with straight A's in all of my classes. I was originally embarrassed to come here, but I have to say it has been one of the best

Great teachers. Usually quiet which I like. The students tend to be more mature than High School students which is nice. If i had the chance to go there for High School, I totally would.

  • Mason Hebert

The school can be a hit or miss depending who you get as a teacher. However the school environment is very university like, and offers alot of help with tutors and guidance counselors.
