Before hiring them make sure you take pictures and videos of your whole property before they start painting. If I am only reviewing their painting job I would rate them 4 out of 5 stars. But for customer service and their response to handling a problem I would rate them a 1. In my case an employee broke my rv grate off my wall and tried to blame us. Then it was a hassle to get them to come out and “fix” my gate and fence. They did a poor job fixing my fence since it used to be easy to close and now the metal rubs against each other and you have to apply more pressure to get it to latch. I told them I wasn’t happy with the fix since they didn’t fix it to be like it was originally before they broke it and they decided to tell me they repaired it the best that they can and that’s all they have to do based on our contract. Even though the manager said “that it isn’t repaired perfectly but its repaired and can shut”. I didn’t realize that I would end up with a poorly done “fix “on my fence when they were the ones that broke it. Apparently they think you should just be happy that they even “attempted” to fix the problem. Also once I notified them of the problem the manager kept rescheduling on me to even see the problem in the beginning. If I am honest they did a decent job painting but I would cross your fingers that they don’t break anything of yours becuase you will get poor customer service and a poorly done “fix”. I now will have to pay out of pocket to fix their mistake since they refuse to give me any of my money back and just want to send out the guy who did a poor fix back out to “fix” it again. However I no longer have any trust in the company to provide quality service for the gate repair so I will not be having them come back out to just make it worse.

Our Estrella Mountain Ranch home exterior painting was completed yesterday by CertaPro of the West Valley. This is the second time we've used CertaPro and it was an exceptional experience yet again. From the on-site estimate to the completed job, the process was simple, professional and completed in a timely manner. The 2-man painting team of Luis and Jonathan was nothing short of amazing. Their high skill level, experience and attention to detail was evident throughout. They took great care in preparing our home for painting and they went above and beyond when several unexpected concerns arose. The workmanship of the completed job is of superior quality. They were also very friendly, prompt and respectful. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and have already referred CertaPro to friends looking to have their home exterior painted.

Fernando and Colin were awesome! Fernando especially as he was considerate of my schedule, fast response time, and just genuinely nice and accountable for one small mistake. Colin was awesome for an amazing quote, immediately after inquiring and very competitive pricing. They use SW paint which is awesome! I’m going to hire them when I need my interior painted! And one more for one of the painters, he was caught in some school crossing traffic at the corner of my street and was so apologetic for being only like ten min late. He said he hates to be late. That’s incredible because usually I wait for hours for contractors and sometimes they never even show. He had outstanding ding work ethics and I wish I knew his name to include it here but I hope the owners can do some detective work and give him a kudos of some sort.

I have used Certa pro for several jobs. I love this company. They have always done a fantastic job. Everything from the employees, the communication, the actual paint job... it's always a great experience. Unfortunately my last project was not to the standards it has always been. The communication was terrible and the crew that was used to paint the building was not to the standards that they have used in the past. Having worked with Certa Pro for several years, I know that the subpar service is probably due to being extremely busy and not having the staffing to keep up, which is a problem world wide. I will still continue to use Certa Pro in the future because I know the service I received in this current project is not their norm.

CertaPro painters did a phenomenal job with my house! To say the least, my house is a prep nightmare of windows, wood, stucco and shingles, as well as some woodpecker, stucco cracking and wood repairs but the two painters worked diligently to complete the project in five days! The painters were the hardest working contractors I've ever had, arriving early in the morning and departing after dark, rarely taking breaks. And they were friendly, professional and polite. My house looks great! I couldn't be happier! From the prompt, extensive, comprehensive project estimate and price proposal to the professional execution of the painting, I would recommend CertaPro Painters for any household painting project!

I highly recommend this company. They were amazing! our painter, Wilmar Santizo, was fantastic!! He had our house painted in less than a day and a half! I work from home and I am on the phone all day and I couldn't even tell he was there he was very quiet and respectful. Also, not that this was his job and honestly I doubt he even realized he fixed this but our back sliding glass door would stick and it was a real pain to open and close. After Wilmar did his thing it slid smooth as silk in the track! (That alone was worth the money lol) thank you Wilmar and CertaPro for the great service. Give that man a raise!!

Didn’t do all the things promised like sealing the eves and the base below the stucco wall in specific areas. Also, pointed out how their up/down and side to side painting covered the stucco properly, pointing out the previous inferior paint coverage, but there were plenty of places that didn’t have full coverage. There was also a lot of old scraped off paint all over the ground that made a mess. If not for criticizing the old paint and promising things they didn’t actually do or didn’t do that well, I would have probably rated higher. But with the high price, I expected better.

CertaPro did a great job from start to finish. It started with a very detailed estimate, multiple options for paint and services, and good follow-up. They were less than half of another large competitor which really surprised me. Their painters fixed the paint matching that I messed up and got a nearly perfect match. The painters were in time everyday and envelope worked on Saturday when the schedule got behind thanks to my color mishap. When completed, they even came back to touch up a couple of items. We are very happy and I would highly recommended them!

I Had the interior of the house painted. The job took four days. I actually let the painters paint the home without any supervision. Overall, they did a good job. The color looked good, the house looked substantially better afterwards and they were professional. The price seemed reasonable based on discussions I had with people familiar with these types of jobs.

The painters were awesome and very professional, the estimator lied to everyone about me. They were supposed to paint my interior and exterior, they were also supposed to stucco part of the outside, but when they showed up to do the job they told me the estimator told them that I canceled the stucco. That was a lie

This company is very responsive. The work crew did a very professional job, and followed the color scheme required by the HOA. They use Sherwin Williams paint which is better than the typical paint used by most companies.
