I'm a new handicapped customer have had problems with the license plate reader. I informed the the intake girl at the pay island i was having problems and she was extremely rude! As a result I asked her to just cancel my account. While in line I thaught I would wash my truck sin e I have payed through the month. My knee scooter was strapped down below the top of truck bed like it was the first time I purchased your service and was allowed to wash my truck. The girl rudely told me I had better not damage her equipment. Her and the entrance wash girl got together when i was entering the wash, talked and laughed. The wash girl had no patience with me getting my wheel in the auto track, she angrily kept scolding me while rolling her eyes and gesturing. She only pre scrubbed the driver side glanced at the pay island girl and hit the button to send me through. I have never been treated to bad at any establishment. No shown any of courtesy or professionalism at this location.

Me and my best friend had a great experience at this new car wash! I loved the smell of the soap and the flashing lights. We didn’t try the free vacuums yet, but I’m sure we’ll use them the next time we come by. Everyone was very helpful and friendly, except for the people loading vehicles on the conveyor. I wouldn’t use “rude” as the word, but they seemed a little frustrated and annoyed about stuff, but I’ll give them a pass, since working with customers on grand opening day can be a little challenging. All in all, we had an awesome experience and we’ll definitely be back very soon! :)

Mr carwash who?! My partner loves washing his car and decided to try Champion Xpress since it was new. The membership is a bargain and no brainier. Not only is the membership price great the staff is truly amazing! Every location is well kept and has machines that function properly. Today the staff went above and beyond, my partner cut his hand and they brought over a bandaid and wipe also helped us throw boxes from our trunk that didn't fit in the trashcan provided.

This car wash is okay, no longer understaffed but still horrible experience from the employees. I use to have a membership but cancelled when every i would show up no one would be there to help. No one to do the gate, and no one to dry off. Management responded to my last review to give me a free wash, that got me nowhere. Now more than half of their vacuums don't work. Don't bother coming to this car wash they are horrible customer service and poor management.

This was the best car wash experience I have ever had! I will definitely be coming back in the future. Excellent service and attention to detail! The staff went above and beyond to make sure our car got cleaned thoroughly — including hand drying our car afterward, spot checking it for quality assurance, and sending us back through the wash when we had missed a spot. They provide towels for additional detailing and their vacuums work great.

At this location, one of the employees (Andrew) ended up breaking my backup camera. I made a report about this accident, I have not heard anything back from the company. This happened on July 21. This hasn't been resolved, I been asking for the video but they will not give me the video where it clearly shows that the employee hits my camera and ends up breaks it. He tries to "fit" it by putting it back but that didn't work.

Best car wash around! They are helpful & as full service as it gets, spraying the truck down pre-wash, scrubbing off the bugs, & been wiping down the windows and pulling your mirrors out after the wash. I cannot recommend Champion Car Wash more strongly! Update: my preferred location has stopped the premium service after wash... I have to park & get out to dry windows & pull mirrors out.

I've had an unlimited membership on 2 vehicles with Champion Express for a few months now and I couldn't be happier with them. I love the extras they offer that the other guys don't (vacuum, high pressure air, mat cleaner, and complimentary dry off). They do a great job and I'm very pleased with them! Oh yeah, and it costs $10 less a month than Mister did.

I absolutely love that I can vacuum my own car and clean the inside of my own car to my standards. Then after cleaning inside of my car I’m always tired so I love that it’s an automatic car wash and that they will dry off my windows afterwards. I love this place so much that I got a membership and I love that I can take my car to get washed anytime I want.

I try to visit every champion car wash I can here in the Albuquerque/Rio Rancho area….. the two I tend to visit the most are the ones off Wyoming & Montgomery as well as the location off of Pennsylvania & Manuel, the staff at both locations are extremely friendly genuine & helpful. Would definitely recommend Champion Car Wash based on their services alone.

Excellent service, one of the best experiences The best part is the extra hand dry provided at the end of every wash also the towels available for clients to use is creat , purchase 2 membership after my first try. Hope this quality of service continues the same or even better . Btw Mr carwash is 1 star compare to this new improved customer service.

I’m a member I go to wash my car they said your account doesn’t have name I said okay this my name he go to his office then came back said I need to call my supervisor to put your name in system it’s funny I been member with them almost 6 months and they charge me every single month once I need to wash my car they not let you wash it

Love the self-access to vacuums, floor mat cleaner, & high pressure air! I do not like the amount of tire shine solution that is applied to my wheels; my car is left dripping oily liquid as if I just drove through a puddle of oil. I come to this car wash all the time. I drove up to get a car wash today and witnessed who I think are the managers a male and female berating, yelling and cussing out an employee!!! That is absolutely disgusting behavior and extremely sad they let their employees be treated this way! And to do that In front of customers.

The people working here are very friendly, there was one particular guy working I didn’t catch his name but he directed me the right way told me about all the amenities offered here. He was very sweet & I would definitely come here again to visit & clean my car I will tell family & friends as well.

I really felt welcomed and happy to be able to be in the same place as a little bit of the same thing as I expected to get in Albuquerque NM. I was impressed by the way I was guided through the process of getting my car washed and look forward to another great car wash.

Rude employee named Esperanza, just walked away while I was asking her about the car wash working, and manager wouldn’t even get tire shine on a rag so that I could apply it to my own car. What am I paying for the “premium” wash for?!?! …

I took my truck in for a basic wash, and was pleasantly surprised at the great results. First and foremost, the basic wash was reasonably priced. The truck came out clean and shiny, and another employee hand dried the glass all around.

Beware of deceptive business practices. I was signed up for a monthly membership worth out my knowledge or consent. The attendant didn’t show any concern when I went in for a cancellation and refund. “Have a Champion Xpress Day”

Service: no one wanted to be there, rude or busy talking on the phone. In terms of quality, a few areas are broken and hanging There is trash and needlies on the ground. The performance of this location needs to be improved.

Champion Car Wash service is is less expensive than the Mister Car Wash we had before (When you get the 2 cars for $50 a month plan). The wash is thorough and cleans well, plus the vacuums are very strong and do very well.

Beware if you have a regular sedan or any kind of lower vehicle. The driveway entrance to this car wash damaged the front of my vehicle! I was even going very slow because it looked steep! My car is a stock 2021.

*Update After visiting multiple locations this is now the only one me and my kids come to and we have also have two monthly subscriptions. Very clean and responsive staff. Love coming to get my car washed here!

I like the guys at this car wash. Enrique and Anthony have great attitudes. They call me by my name because I'm a regular and they make sure I get first class service. This is my favorite car wash.

I’ve had nothing but issues with this company. It never reads my plate and I’m sitting here for almost 20 minutes while they try and get my account working. And they still haven’t let me through.

Best car wash in Albuquerque, it may be 15 minutes away but it is absolutely worth it, my car comes out clean everytime AND they dry your windows for you. It’s the small details that matter!

I was here a couple of times but the times I drove thru didn't have a person standing waiting for u to dry or wipe your car off. Most Xpress carwash usually do. Vacuum area was dirty, too

Ok. Very expensive when you are on a budget. $25 includes wash, wax, wheels. Still spots on windshield, wheels not that good and had to hand wipe some lower areas that were still "dusty".

The staff at the menaul, montgomery location are always super nice and willing to help. We own two cars and we always go out of our way to make sure we bring them to champions xpress

The employee explained all the services that you have very clearly. The car wash was done extremely well. And they wiped down the windows at the end we like that.

other than the location on Menaul & Pennsylvania entrance is a little inconvenient I do overall enjoy that they scrub the windows prior the car wash

Great auto car wash. They pat dry after the blow off part of the wash. They have vaccumes, and pressurized air for cleanning and dry towels to use.

Great monthly prices, anytime, anywhere. Love that I can wash my vehicle, they provide you towels to wipe down your vehicle and vacuuming as well.

All the staff I’ve dealt with are sweet and helpful. The VIP service is worth it. I like the wet towels they have to clean the interior too.

We have been a member of the car wash since they opened. We’ve always had friendly service. We enjoy using the self serve vacuums.
