Wow. At the end of this process, Mr. Vladimir Vasilevich said, "I knew that once I chose my career, I wanted to be the best. Once I determined it was this [Charlotte Pro Roofing], I make sure we do it the very best." He's not kidding! We have a superior warranty and a top-notch roof. We did our research and invited three top companies out for an estimate. The other two men walked around the roof, wrote up an estimate and were on their way in 15 minutes. But Mr. Vasilevich not only got up on the roof, he also got up into our attic to inspect the underside of the roof. He took photos, and then met afterward with us to tell us what he found and what he recommended. He showed us samples of the products they choose to use for the roof, how they work and why there is a 10-year or 15-year warranty (different parts/purpose of the roof). It is all top-quality. His estimate was so spot-on, that the actual cost was the same as the estimate. We noted that the other estimates were lower, but once we found what was under the old shingles, we would have been paying much more. Once we agreed to go with Charlotte Pro Roofing, we were on their schedule within a month. Ended up that our roof was definitely very old, and the water damage was significant (which we suspected from what we could see in the attic). I had taken off work for the scheduled day of the roof replacement, but a rain storm meant a re-schedule. I was not able to take off work for the re-schedule, two days later. While we were at work, the neighbor across the street took photos of the process. But they did not have to --- the foreman of the job asked in advance for permission, and sent us photos all throughout the day of the progress. Our neighbors told us that the foreman was on the job the entire day. Mr. Vasilevich had promised that would be the case, and it was the truth. The foreman was Alex and he was excellent. He clearly knows this business and was able to answer our many questions and show us exactly why he did everything that he did. It was a little chilly, so we ordered hot food to be delivered to the men for breakfast, lunch and dinner (that's how families did it on the ranches --- you always fed your hired help). Alex even took photos of the food to let us know it arrived and thanked us. When we got home, the entire work team thanked us for the food. The team arrived promptly in the morning on the day scheduled and got immediately to work. They worked from 7:45 am. until dark (about 6:30 p.m.). Because of the extensive damage to our old, water-damaged roof, the team had to return on Saturday morning and worked until 10 a.m. to complete the job. When they left, they were all polite and the property was so completely picked-up that you would never know they'd just replaced a very old roof. We dreaded starting the process of getting estimates and getting a new roof --- but it ended up to be a very positive experience! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!

Charlotte Roofing came to my home and gave an unofficial verbal estimate of $600 to fix a leak in my roof, however, the written estimate received 4 days later was $1,100 to have “hip repair with two valleys.” I feel like this company was taking advantage of the situation. I say this because I had two other estimates from licensed roofers in the Charlotte area and they both stated the issue was due to a “raised shingle” due to the recent summer storms. Those two estimates were for $170 and both companies suggested due to the simplicity of the repair, I should just save the $170 and fix myself and they even explained how to do so. Having an immense aversion to heights I gladly had it repaired professionally for the $170 (with warranty).

Great experience from start to finish. Professional, timely, great communicators and they stand behind their work. We had our roof on our house replaced as well as our shed, our gutters and four skylights. Everyone was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. They were also extremely attentive to keeping the site clean and getting up the nails! Always a project foreman on site (Alex for us) who was exceptional. We did have one skylight fail and I reached back out to them. The glass had cracked (and this was a top of the line WiFi controlled skylight). I didn't get a "call the manufacturer" response. They took care of business and replaced the entire skylight promptly. Would highly recommend!

Called to get an estimate. They sent a guy out who was very friendly to take a look, and he said he'd follow up with us that later that day with the quote. Things went downhill fast from there. We spent 3 weeks trying to get in touch with them just to get the estimate. After nearly a dozen phone calls with their extremely unhelpful and useless receptionist, Laura, who appears to hate her job and never followed up as promised, they finally sent an estimate. Of course the estimate was more than $2000 more than what the guy told us in person it would be when he came out. If they are this bad before they've even taken money for services, I can only imagine how bad the actual service must be.

I called Vladimir regarding a leak that showed itself after a long rainstorm and he came by and looked at what was going on. He was able to spot a few issues that had happened apparently during installation and gave me extremely good information so that I could speak to my insurance company regarding my claim. Before I I made the decision to contract them, the builder called and said they would repair the issues at no cost to me. I will keep Charlotte Pro Roofing in my contacts for any future issues that I may need their services for.

After the initial assessment they dealt directly with the insurance company which made things incredibly easy. Vladimir is the consummate professional — extremely knowledgeable, honest and very detailed. And the work crew was the same — courteous, professional with great attention to detail. Their inspection of my roof and repair was honest, transparent and only the work that needed to get done was quoted and completed. The quality of the work to my untrained eye was excellent and the owner was professional in our dealings. Would use again, highly recommended.

Very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and timely. The whole job was completed in two days and the owner was here to personally inspect the work. We have a 25 year warranty with the manufacturer. They were the beat price and completed the most thorough inspection before starting the work! Very pleased! If nothing else, at least talk to these guys.

The crew showed up as soon as the sun rose!Throughout the whole process I was well informed and no unexpected expenses came up. My home was cleaned throughly and every nail was removed with a magnet!
