My daughter asked if the tyre could be repaired. The guy checked and then said no and quoted £41 for a new tyre. Then he changed his mind and said a new tyre would actually be approx £60. During this time I was in the car and decided to get out as my daughter said to me she told the guy we would be going elsewhere but he was taking ages to return the tyre. I then had a word with him however he wasn't returning the tyre. His colleague then came over and I told him what had happened and that I would be calling the police if the tyre isn't returned. The colleague was very rude to me, told me to shut up and asked if I had taken my medication. He then spoke in a foreign language to the other guy which I thought was rude. The other guy then returned the tyre. I felt they were trying to rip us off being females. We went elsewhere and got the tyre repaired for £10 as we were told not necessary to replace. Please avoid this place unless you want to be ripped off. They are not not genuine people.

Приехали оставили машину сказали сделаем до вечера все будет хорошо, вечером приехали сказали не успели не приехала еще запчасть, сказали завтра до 14:00 будет все готово, приехали в 14:00 а они дали мне эту запчасть и сказали иди ищи и мы сделаем, меня это дико взбесило я попросил ключи взял все запчасти и уехал в другой сервис сделали за 40 минут все. Дизлайк сервису от души НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ. Так не делается, этот индус что руководит там он заслуживает пару хороших лещей по губе за его работу. Еще раз НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ!!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! If you'd like your car to work, don't take it to this garage. I took my car in for a service recently, and they overfilled the oil so much that it flooded the engine and now my car is undriveable. My car was functioning perfectly before I took it in to get serviced for a routine check-up. On top of this, they took no responsibility for ruining my car and had the audacity to quote me a ridiculous price to get it fixed! As a result I'm now out of pocket and without a car!!

Moved into the area recently. My annual service and MOT was due, so I was on the lookout for a garage that could become my regular. Lady receptionist was very helpful with the booking and Suleiman who carried out the works was polite and knowledgable. Was still quite busy late Friday afternoon when I went to collect my car, and the front yard is often packed with cars whenever I go past. Would definitely come back again.

I live in the area so it was super convenient to bring my Mercedes A Class in for repair. I needed a glow plugs replacement done and it's the first time I've had an issue with the vehicle. I took the plunge with using Suliman and his team and it was a great experience. Its a super friendly and experienced team and they sorted out my vehicle promptly. A very good job and I would recommend.

Can't recommend this place highly enough! We took a relative's car in as it was making a noise which turned out, ridiculously, to have been caused by a stick stuck up inside the car. Both guys were really nice and helpful, and didn't even laugh at us :) Nor did they want to take any payment for jacking up the car and finding the stick until we insisted. Would definitely go there again.

in this garage there is a high level of knowledge and experienced mechanics, they are honest and professional, so I drive a Q3 Audi and it issues with diesel system, I was quoted around the corner and some other places between £1500 - £2000 but the guys in Charlton Auto Repair Center Done the job for me for just £700.00 I definitely go there again and recommend these guys ...

Just had the car here for new brake discs and pads. I asked if I could leave it there first thing in the morning and pick it up after work and that’s exactly what happened. Very happy with the job. That’s exactly what I needed on a friday; hassle free job. Thank you guys!

Great little garage. I used them today for rear brake pads, front brake pads and front discs. I found them through eurocar parts Fit for Me. Suliman is great, knows what he is doing and very professional and courteous. Reasonable priced as well. I would use again.

Very honest and professional mechanics!! I was quote 1000 pounds to change the front lights in a very famous chain. I took my car here and they change the lights for 70 pounds! I make a complaint to the other chain as they wanted to rob me 930 pounds.

Trader wanted £207 for only diagnosing my car that was recovered to them following a breakdown. Took it to these guys instead who found the problem and replaced the faulty part, all for £94. They seem competent and don’t want to rip you off.

Took my ford ranger there to have some work done the gentleman was polite I arsked for some advice regarding my ford and I carnt fault the place grate service and I will be using this garage all the time now keep up the grate service …

Long story short waste my 2 weeks in hope of getting my car repaired ,, did absolutely nothing . Didn’t even bother to call me said we can’t repair it . I went myself to check if that’s done or not .no communication at all
