After 7 months i was quite excited to not only have a haircut but also go much shorter and cut 7 inches! Lets just say i did not leave the salon feeling excited or happy. Firstly it was my first time here so i was unsure what to expect but the covid measures in place were great. I felt safe and the salon was super clean. This was the only great thing to report. I sat down with my hairdresser (rada), she asked me what i wanted (a haircut obvs!) anyway after a 2 min consultation where she told me i should have a one length short above shoulders cut. I explained my hair is thick so i might need layers. This was met with a firm no. I left the salon with short hair but it is NOT one length. A really awful, negligent, cut.. i have longer hair across the back of my head.. the front is longer - i did point this out and her response was 'thats the way it has to be'. My experience in the salon took less than 35mins So i guess the question is why did I let her wash and cut my hair after a bullish and rushed consultation. In all honesty, common sense did not prevail and my excitement and desire for new new hair came out on top. I have now requested a refund, the salon has agreed and i have to take more time out to go to another hairdresser to fix this. I also cancelled my colour appointments with this salon. Such a shame as i wanted to love this place as its super convenient but the experience was the worst i have had. Also on a positive note, the manager was very nice about the whole thing, sympathetic and helpful. Offered to fix it but i wasnt into it.

This Saturday I visited Charming for my first time after my husband's recommendation. I am really impressed as this salon is not what you can easy find outside the centre of London. There definitely was a good interior designer involved. All is new, fresh, stylish and well thought. They even have a professional coffee machine that makes you a real Latte. All personnel was very polite and cheerful. It looks like they love what they are doing. I had wash, cut and blowdry done and was really impressed with the result. The price btw was very reasonable. Would like to check other treatments now, despite I live quite far away from the salon. Another massive thanks to the salon owner as he personally showed me the whole salon and allowed me to take some photos for my portfolio. I am a photographer and always carry a camera with me, so am really really happy with the experience!

Visited the salon with my teenage daughter. We had Kerastase treatment for hair nutrition and shine. Then my daughter had her hair cut and blow dried by Anna whilst I had Elena. We are both incredibly pleased with our cuts (after repeatedly being disappointed elsewhere) and the blow dries have last 3 days. Our hair still retains the effect after the Kerastase procedure, although more than 3 weeks have passed since then. We had such a lovely time at the salon as the staff sat us together and it was a really enjoyable experience. We would highly recommend both hairdressers and the salon in general. Great atmosphere, very friendly staff, Anna and Elena were very professional and made us feel very comfortable. Highly recommended.

The actual premises are very modern and clean. However, I booked for a 90 min Swedish massage as part of their special 50% discount for 42.50 However. Although I arrived 15 mins before my 12.30pm appointment. After an initial registration my massage started at 12.25pm. With no clock in the room massage finished at 1.35pm. A good 20 mins early. Complained to desk paid 35. ***Update*** A big thank you to Gleb the Director of Charming who went above and beyond for client service turning a negative experience into a positive one. Listen to my feedback refunded my booking. Adopted a few changes to ensure a more charming client experience in future.

Clean and aesthetically pleasing salon in a good location by the train station. I have given this salon 3 stars as I have had better pedicure experiences elsewhere. I booked the biab manicure and pedicure via Treatwell and found £90 quite pricey compared to other salons I have been too and the experience I had. The beautician was also not able to do biab on my toes so ended up having gel which 1) wasn’t what I paid for, and 2) the colours now don’t match my fingernails. I found the staff quite unprofessional and don’t think I will be returning.

Wish I could rate 10000 stars. From when I first entered, the staff were so lovely to me, especially James who offered me a drink and put my coat away for me in the closet. The hairstylist herself, Anna, is the best I’ve ever had. Despite our language barriers, she managed to give me exactly what I wanted and more. The beauty salon itself is clean and very pretty, which makes it even more welcoming. The price was also great as it was a last minute appointment, only £32 for a wash, cut and blow dry. Couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you.

A fantastic hair and beauty salon in Wallington. The salon has an upmarket contemporary feel yet the prices are very reasonable. The staff seem to have the balance between being professional and at the same time friendly. I went there for the first time today and had both a facial and a gel manicure. I can honestly say it was the best facial I’ve ever had and my nails look great! Without a doubt, Charming will become my regular go to for my pampering needs and it is definitely worth checking out if you have not been there.

I had a wash, cut and blow dry with Rada. I had long hair and my layers had grown out. My hair felt flat and boring, especially around my face. Rada asked me what I wanted and I said I want more layers in general and more layers to frame my face. I wanted the layers to start from just above my chin. This is something I usually ask all other salons I go to but I feel like Rada actually gave me the look I wanted. My hair is now bouncy and has more shape to it. It's exactly what I wanted! I'll definitely be coming back!

Extremely disapointed with the service of Sveltana. The receptionist had to translate as the hairdresser do not speak english. I booked a half head of highlight and haircut but was told I should do a full head colouring instead for nearly the same price, I realised later that it was much cheaper. The lady did not do an ashy colour as requested and would not let me.pick the correct toner. The haircut was awful and she managed to mess us month of growing hairs, when I complained I was told was for the best.

I went in for a wash cut and blow dry 3 days ago. I would truly recommend trying this new very modern salon in Wallington that does everything. Prices are reasonably as well. Excellent service by the Receptionist with a smile. I was very pleased with the service given by my stylist as well. Washing my hair was not a rush job she took extra care with washing and massaging. I wanted advice on styling my hair and stylist was happy to help. I wasn’t pushed into buying their hair styling products either.

Have been twice for nail extensions and my first ever pedicure. I had a wonderful experience both times and was so happy with the results. Dovile works at a very high standard and gave some great suggestions to make my nails look amazing. The salon is clean and inviting and the staff are friendly. My only criticism would be that it is rather pricey but given the quality of service I will probably return again anyway

I’ve been coming here for close to a year now for Hollywood wax and to get my eyebrows done, and every time it’s been brilliant. Excellent service, clean environment, polite staff, high quality wax is used as well. Veronica is great and is extremely quick and professional and leaves me with brilliant results every time. I’ve since moved to coulsdon but still come back here as it’s so good ☺️ 100% recommend.

WOW - today I had THE most amazing massage by veronica the super talented and super lovely girl, I have never had any massages its my first time and felt myself physically melt after she had worked her magic and made me feel comfortable with the new COVID measures! Tried this salon for the first time after reading all the reviews and they are all true. The staff are very welcoming from taking your coat to offering tasty coffee. The decor is calm and relaxing music is playing in the background. I had a Balayage and cut done by Gitana. The colour she recommended came out better than expected and the cut and style was great! Will definitely be back!

Went for a manicure yesterday for the first time here, though manicure was ok, I was very disappointed with the therapist who was not friendly and was quite rude many times. She kept snapping at me asking me not to move while filing. Had Swedish massage with Veronica two weeks back which was good, so I was really looking forward to this appointment but came out thoroughly disappointed.

I had a fantastic experience at charming beauty salon. They were polite, courteous. Offered me tea or coffee and asked if I needed help with my jacket. From start to finish the customer service was impeccable. Very reasonable prices. I had my eyebrows and upper lip waxed. I would definitely recommend them and would definitely go again. They really do live up to their name!

i got my hair dyed. i showed a picture of what i wanted and they did it a completely different colour. they did not say anything about the price aswell. i asked for a price list and i was ignored. service was okay and very friendly but i am very disappointed. i will be going back to get the colour i want!

Honestly, I was so pleased with my eyebrows, Veronica was super patient with me and took everything I said on board and did my eyebrows the way I wanted! Also, the wax was also great, no hairs left and she was very gentle.
