I have recently used Chartwell whilst looking for a property to rent. I have mixed experiences with estate agents whilst looking for rental property, some average, some horrific, but rarely a pleasure. I have to admit, my dealing with Chartwell was a genuine pleasure from the start to the end. Very clear, informed, and timely communication with updates during the process which fully managed our expectations and desire for information. In no way aggressive or imposing, totally understanding of our position and criteria, all in all very helpful and friendly. The pathway from finding a property, that is literally our dream home, through to picking up the keys and moving was nothing more than a good experience. I dealt with 3 different people at Chartwell along the timeline (1 incidentally), and they were all consistently helpful and friendly. I have never come away from an estate agent (in renting, buying, selling) thinking "we should use them next time", but certainly I would here.

My husband and I have been clients of Chartwell Residential for more than 5 years by now. They have supported us with 2 moves of property and in both cases it has been a pleasure counting with them. They have been very professional, accurate and fast in understanding our needs and oustanding in finding the right properties for us. In particular Jon Acland has been always accessible, helpful and has provided us with valuable advice and top quality service. In summary, we have had an excellent experience. We have just moved into a new flat with Chartwell on 25th April and I can safely say that Jessica has been one of the best estate agents we've ever dealt with.
