I was upset because I visited 2 chase bank locations and they were temporarily closed. We go to our bank not googling if the branch we usually do our banking are open. Chase please pay more attention on that. You have a sophistication computer system and you can inform your customers about the temporary closed offices. Who’s going to pay my gas in particular this difficult times with pandemic?.... shame on you!! But not everything is bad. I visited first time the location on Thomas and 57 th Av in Phoenix. It was MY BEST EXPERIENCE since I walked in. I was kindly attended at the desk by a nice man with name Janer ( I think ),, but is easy for you to find out the correct name of this person. He took care of me as nobody did before in all the branches I have visited. Even much better than representatives on the phone. He showed great skills for his position at the bank and answered all my questions clearly and with professionalism. Congrats to Chase for having an employee like this man.

The bank seems to be nice. I tried calling to make an appointment by phone and no one answers. The headquarters in New York can’t seem to get their website together. I tried making an appointment online and it won’t let me confirm the appointment. I therefore had to erase the reason why I was making the appointment in the comment section in order for the appointment to be confirm. It took me a while to figure that out. Make an appointment with a banker shouldn’t be that difficult.

Worst experience I have ever had at a bank. The bank Manager is not only Rude but very disrespectful, refused to explain things about my mother's account, refused to allow me in the office while he spoke with her EVEN though I have power of attorney, he said well you're not on the account. Then attempted to bully her into another account and said it's seems your daughter wants you to do something else. ..my mother withdrew her money and will have a CHIME account.

It is hard to believe that this bank has 4 stars must be the bank employees giving them selfs 4 stars. Because to be honest the worst chase bank ever. In all my years with chase I have never seen such lazy employees. Talk about milking the clock. About to take my business else where and by the service I received I doubt you chase employees care. Busiest time of day and only 3 tellers at a time what a shame.

Clean lobby and friendly staff but there is ALWAYS a long wait in line. I have never seen more than 2 windows open at a time. Not saying they always only have two but I go to this location the most, and I've never seen it. I have recently started driving to the location on Camelback either at 95th or around 55th avenues.

Went in for notary. Was told prior that they have 3. But there is none today a Friday. I also know that the manger who walked by me and told me someone would be assisting me soon. Who is a notary said there was no one available. So customer service does not rate very high here.

Worst bank I've ever been to. They had about ten people in line and only two tellers. There were two more tellers, but they they were just standing behind the glass as if they didn't see the line building up. No sense of urgency non what so ever!

This place always gives badd service 1 they never have coffe or water. 2 the lobby and the parking lot is always filty. 3 the lines are very long like a 45 min wait to cash my check im getting another account DESERT SCHOOL CREDIT UNION.

Bad service and the Teller lost my driver license and Bank Card. They had no answers for me and basically was looking at me with the Please Move Along Look. This is the worst chase branch I have ever visited.

Worst bank I have ever dealt with!!! They closed my account and it's going to take them more than a month for them to mail out the funds I had In my account!! If I can give them zero stars i would!! …

I don't blame the wait on them. A lot of customers don't use the line to figure out what they want to do. Not until, they are in front of the teller. Its always been in and out for me. …

They told me to call to set an appointment and everytime i call it goes straight to they busy but i waited and i called nope nothing im gonna be switching banks this is just horrible …

Went to this branch to make a deposit but had to leave due to slow service and long line of frustrated customers. It happened at 11:20AM local time (non busy hour).

They don’t respect there customer it’s business account and everyday there and the Janite works there gives me hard time and waisted my time for just a change

I called them 3 times. They didn't answer the first time and the second time they hung up on me. I only said hello and i heard them breathing.

the chase drive -by is cool. different because of the air tubes but the process takes to long. digital atm are much better and faster.

Seriously chase you really care so little about your customers that you can't even have a drive-up ATM. I regret ever banking with you

Literally the worst Chase Bank in all of Phoenix. Do not do business here at this location take your businesses to another location.

Always friendly and never judgemental never a hassle to help you....makes things smooth. I love this bank all chase at that.

Line is out the door per usual. Instead of having an account rep direct the long line open up another window.

Clean lobby but there's only 1 teller, your lucky if you get helped within 30 min in line.
