This is one of the BEST AND MOST PROFESSIONAL banks in the city. The service has always been reasonably fast, courteous and ready to answer any questions I have. All of this is true whether I am dealing with a teller or one of their individuals that takes care of car loans or any other problem I might have.
Extremely professional and helpful. I was told there would be a 15 minute wait but they got me back within 5. The associate explained everything very clearly to me while I was applying for a student credit card and made sure I knew all the terms. Overall a very nice experience!
Can't say enough bad things about this branch. My account manager Duane has been giving me the run around game for the last month over from fraudulent charges on my account. Can't seem to figure out who I need to talk with. Best to avoid this branch if you need account service.
This Chase Bank is located in a convenient location on the southeast corner of the intersection of Montrose boulevard and Richmond Avenue. There is a nice drive-through located at the rear of the building. Bank associates are friendly and helpful.
I only use the drive through to cash or deposit an occasional check. I have found the people who have assisted me to be courteous and prompt. Drive through is no longer open on Saturday, not a problem for me, I live 4 blocks away, and go by
I love this branch. I've been a credit union person forever and even worked at one for a few years. The idea of opening an account at a national bank really didn't sit well with me but both of the credit unions we bank with don't have local
Horrible customer service, at least in my experience! The banker Dwayne was very rude, unwelcoming, and really not helpful at all. I called customer service and received an apology for his behavior and unprofessionalism. No greeting at all,
The Manager yesterday was a young African American lady i didn't get her name was horrible..... She didn't cash the check i came in to cash from a law firm that Chase does a lot of business with... She didn't call the law firm to clear the
Can’t say enough about Chase banker John Mullin. Some crooks stole my checkbook and wrote $9000+ in fraudulent checks. JOHN stayed an hour late to help me and then the next day followed up and got my money back in my account 48 hours after
I am going to preface this with I understand Covid-19 has had a profound effect on jobs, income and procedures within the workplace for all industries. However, this location has had issues with their 24/7 ATM for at least two years. There
Zero sense of urgency at this location and service was rude. I tried to get a cashiers check... I don’t have my account number memorized— normally they can just write it in for me if I provide my ID and chase card. I’ve been doing this for
My preferred chase in the area for a reason. I've signed up for multiple accounts here and always have endless questions as a small business owner and they are always so helpful. I see the terrible reviews of people with short fuses going
WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER!!!! THIS IS THE 2ND TIME THIS BRANCH HAS DONE ANYTHING BUT HELP ME!!!! EMPLOYEES WOULD RATHER LAUGH AND JOKE WITH EACHOTHER AND LEAN ON COUNTERTOP THAN HELP A CUSTOMER WITH HER NEEDS!!!! DID NOTHING TO HELP OR
This place is rude from the drive through, broken ATMs and now extremely inconsiderate of others time. I had an appointment with Renisha, she called me 30 minutes before our meeting to talk about the appointment which I made clear what I
worker Refused to accept my temporary ID card. As if it’s not from the state of Texas. They need employees that’s up to date with time. There’s no reason I was denied access to my account and refused an actual reason. This is the worst
Monday, August 29th, 2016, 5:15 pm. Lobby is empty. I came to this bank to open a joint checking account that my girlfriend and I were to receive our financial aid with, the tellers told me to come back as it was too late. 45 mins till
Drove up to the drive teller I'm the only vehicle we greet each other I tell the clerk what I can be helped with, and very rudely she said there is a long line in front and left me waiting there for 8 minutes. I was confused because it
I was in the area for an appointment and went to get a document notarized. I have notarized this particular type of document for years with no issues until today. The notary and staff was looking for every reason under the moon to not
Waited for half an hour then was told to go across town to another branch in order to add a savings account. The other branch was closing in 15 minutes, so it would be closed by the time I got there. Overall not great service.
Terrible service do not bother with this location. Clerk took their sweet time so I patiently waited. Had to use restroom while I waited anyways and clerks still declined.... “bEcAusE rEstRoomS aRE fOr eMplOyeeS oNly.”
Whoever said the atm at this branch always broken has to be thinking of another bank. I have been going to this bank since 2012. The ATM at the front door always works. There also is a drive through atm at this branch.
This location seems to have an issue keeping their drive thru machine touchpad working, and don't put a sign or block drive and then you have to wait and wait and wait to get your card back when it finally times out..
One of the worst locations i have ever been to multiple times. Always understaffed and overwhelmed usually takes about hour or two to do the simplest things or theyll make up excuse that the system is down.
It's been a wonderful experience banking at Chase because they offer veterans a special account. They have helped me when my account was compromised they were right there to help me.
The Branch Manager Chad Wilson is just Great!! And Michael, the teller who processed my transaction, was so helpful. Wonderful convenient location right in the heart of Montrose!
Waiting to be with account manager for 20 min, while nobody, accept cashier, is with customer. Was told that somebody shortly will be with me, but so far just waist of my
This Chase was fine. I just recently learned that they have free notary services for their customers which is why I went. They were knowledgeable and helpful.
Super efficient and helpful! Betty helped me with everything I needed. So did a kind gentleman whose name I don't recall. Great service :)
This branch is the most unhelpful branch of chase I’ve ever visited. The bankers are rude and the ATMs are always experiencing issues.
Friendly staff, but they fouled up a wire transfer I requested which delayed an important transaction.
Stopped in today and the clerk who attended me was so friendly and kind. Great experience!
Awful customer service. the banker Dwayne was very rude and unprofessional
The service here is remarkably bad and their ATMs are frequently down.
The drive through atm has been broken for like 6 months....fix it?
Great experience. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Atm at this location is always out of order
Always friendly and helpful to me!
Horrible, rude treatment
Not helpful at all!
Bad service
