Long lines.. only 1 teller open, woman at teller had a drawn out issue. Had a 15 minute wait.. I was 2nd in line.... but managers in their offices on their cell phones. Woman at inside ATM needing help.. no one available.. place was total Chaos on a weds afternoon.
I've been going to this branch for almost 9 years and people are so friendly and professional. I will say, that while I've been there, I've noticed some EXTREMELY difficult and unreasonable clients treating the staff terribly. I've seen The
Literally the worst staff I have ever had to deal with at a bank. It's incomprehensible that a bank management staff would hire people who do everything they can to not allow you to deposit checks made out to you and endorsed by you into
Easily the worst experience I have ever had in 20 years of banking. Go ANYWHERE else but this location. The banker I spoke with, Emil, was extremely rude and provided zero help. Account was closed for no reason, and no explanation given.
This place should get a -10 star review. I had a credit card with Chase Bank. They were and are very nice to me. But they are completely separate from chase Banking. I thought I would do them a favor and open a checking account. 8k plus
Chase is undergoing the same kind of changes the retail industry does. With most people doing 90% of their banking online - the physical banking locations seem deserted and understaffed. That however is no excuse for the lack of banking
The teller, Marquis (apologies if spelled incorrectly), helped me on a Saturday. He was very professional and patient as we worked to complete my bank account request. Dedicated parking lot with parking monitor helped me feel safe as I
Worst branch ever. Wouldn't give me a counter check because my picture id was expired. Cost me $300 in fees and the girl who worked there just stared at me and was like "next." They truly don't care about their customers.
I just wasted an hour of my life trying to open a Chase account and it felt like I was going though TSA security screening. Instead of making it simple they made the process unnecessarily complicated. Sticking with BoA.
I came in to this branch just now . Friday 1:15 pm And was one person using the teller service and was 3 more tellers at that time doing nothing. And the lady there not sure what her name she have Dark hair .
I went there to open a new checking account and they wouldn't let me do it unless I show them my permanent resident card. That didn't seem right to me because I have opened a checking account with big
A large fountain surrounding a 1920s Paul Manship sculpture of Europa riding Zeus in bull form sits in front of the bank, further marking the corner as a landmark and meeting place.
This bank branch never fails to always exceed with great service friendly staff it is a busy location so bring some patients but you will always get your needs met
Truly a life saver. I really felt like I was an important customer today and they helped me out immensely. Very happy with my experience.
The manager of this branch needs to be fired. Not a kind bone or sense of community or inch of brain matter in his body.
One of the few banks where you can deposit after the bank is closed with 2 atms available. Plenty of parking.
Client relations not so great - most banks in person lack any customer relations of note. Rather sub par
Very understaffed. Only one teller was working; Chase needs to hire more human tellers for this branch.
This place is great as long as Kevin Herrera doesn't help you, that guy has horrible customer service.
It seems like you have to fix all problems with wrong transactions by yourself. Really bad experience
Horrible service - i have been a business and consumer banking customer of chase for years.
Terrible customer service treated me horribly when i was just trying to see a banker
Worst bank of all time staff is uninformed and they do not help
Under staffed for a bank in a city of the size of Los Angeles.
Can't believe the treatment in this place. Stay away.
Fire the manager of this bank, you swindlers.
Stuff works there are horrible .very rude !
No ink to print checks... more than 2 weeks
Something always wrong here
