Bad customer service we have been there on two different occasions and they don't give good service. This last time we went the bank smelled bad. the chairs in the waiting area are so dirty that you are scared to sit down. very dirty carpet. my husband went a few days before and he saw in the parking lot there was a man peeing.
Why is there a sign up sheet to see some one but they never want to see anyone unless you make an appointment this makes life real hard for people that work. While they are doing nothing or they all go to lunch same time. Get ride of sign up sheet if you don't want to use it..

It's best to come in and do your business early in the A.M. as it can be very busy for both ATMs. Please bring back ATMs in Target and Walgreens.
