We have banked here for 2 years now. Haven't waited in line, things run smoothly, everyone has been friendly and helpful. You can use your chase card to access the indoor ATM 24/7. I'm not sure what the bad reviews are so mad about. Great local bank branch for a major US bank.

Instead of spending all the money on the god-awful southwest Portland decor, let's just simply make sure the place is staffed so you don't have to stand there waiting for 15 minutes because there's only one teller.

I barely goto the bank but had an amazing experience! Everyone at Teller window was very welcoming, the manager introduced herself and all the Bankers seemed very helpful!

How about when you “Temporarily” close a branch you update your website!!! Just more reason to HATE Chase....

ATM not open 24/7 like the website says. Seems locked up when the bank is closed. Disappointing.
