I visited the Bryant Irvin location Chase Bank early this morning for assistance with changing my account number due to fraud. As I observed my surroundings I was the only customer in the bank. A chase employee approached me and asked how she could help me. I explained that I need assistance with changing my account number due to fraud. The employee stated “Let me see if we have anyone available to assist you, if not, I’ll check the Benbrook location for available appointments.” She returned & informed me that no one was available to assist me and the Benbrook location didn’t have any available appointments. I watched her ask ONE employee & she never checked the Benbrook location. She also stated she didn’t have the capability to check additional locations when I inquired. She told me to try the Hulen location and that is the ONE thing she done right as that location assisted me immediately when they sensed the urgency in my voice. Changing my account number literally took 3 minutes. I APPLAUD the Hulen location and vow to never return to the Bryant Irvin location again. In addition, the poor customer service has helped persuade me to leave Chase Bank and transition to a credit union. I highly recommend a refresher customer service training for this lackluster location.
Came here on Monday 9/18/23 during lunch at noon, the old lady manager on duty was rude. Everything seemed to bother her and when the Hispanic woman employee next to her would ask for help or looked like she needed help, the manager lady would make a face and looked like she was being bothered to help out. I came in to cash a 40 dollar check FROM CHASE and was told by manager that it couldn’t be cashed. When I asked for an explanation there was none except that it couldn’t be cashed even though I have cashed same check multiple times. She was extremely rude with no patience. It made me more mad how rude she was towards the other employee, i felt bad for her cause she looked intimidated to ask her anything…I will not be back to this location, she may have the skills/experience/manager position but customer service comes first. This branch should definitely get someone else to manage with better people skills and look like they actually want to be there.

Chase needs to work on customer service at ALL branches. Somehow they’ve got it in their head that they are doing consumers a favor- When In reality any customer who CHOOSES to do business with Chase is doing them a favor by giving this ‘bank’ any business at all. I’m a little stunned to be completely honest.. you must have an appointment. Like what the hell? Since when did the consumer have to plan their lives around bank staff? Negative ghost rider. It’s a bad business plan, and pisses people off immediately.
I have been a chase customer for years and this is the best branch I have been to. Despite there being a branch in my hometown, my family and I prefer this particular branch. This branch has the best employees from the bankers, financial advisors, investors and even bank tellers. All of my visits have been pleasant and impressive. Special thank you to Ms. Zula she is a ray of sunshine and is highly knowledgeable. I am so pleased to have her as my banker.
After waiting at one location for over 20 minutes, I was told it would be at least another 20 minutes before the next person in line could be helped. I called several other locations and was told it would be hours before I could talk to a banker. This branch was able to get me in immediately and were so helpful and nice! This will be my new branch!
Where to start? From the lack of courtesy to the extended wait times I absolutely hate coming to this chase branch. I am currently sitting in line for a banker at the the drive up section and have already been here 30+ minutes. I'm not sure why this bank never uses more than one lane when there are 6 lanes available.
Bank never has employees available to help you open a simple checking account!!! There are always plenty of people standing around, but never anyone available to help you for one reason or another. You can't open a simple checking account online, so you're forced to wait and wait and wait in the bank!!
I don’t bank here, but I got a flat tire leaving school and an employee here stopped on his way home and helped me change it and pointed me in the direction of a Discount Tire to get it changed. I didn’t catch his name, but if he ever sees this, thank you so much! You made my bad day better
Some of the ladies at this location were really helpful buy the old manager lady should turn that scowl upside down and smile a little more, but I digress. The main issue I have with JP Morgan Chase bank is when cashing a JP Morgan Chase check without an account you are charged 10%.
Mary was so professional and a asset to Chase bank. While working with Mary she was very attentive and made sure all my questions were answered. After my concerns were addressed she made sure I was completely satisfied with the results. Keep up the good work Mary.
Been here three times within the last month. Every time I am greeted by an employee at the front desk and they help me with any account issues. They will take the time to learn your name and it adds a personal touch. Employees have been helpful and engaging.
Very excellent experience opening a business account at this location! Zula did an amazing job explaining options and details for accounts and services. She also went above and beyond to keep our 9 month old happy during the interaction. Thank you, Zula!
Their customer service sucks. When you have a business to run with only one teller to handle front and drive up it puts you in a time crunch. Oh and when you speak to them they don't speak back. Gurr

If you’re in Texas just bank with frost. This location’s specifically takes a long time for simple transactions like deposits and customer service is non existent.
So funny if you do not have an account they do NOT honor Texas Rent Relief checks drawn on their bank. Terrible customer service lazy and rude employees.
Very inconvenient. Third time I have stopped within a month and they are closed on a weekday afternoon. Only 1 ATM working. Come on you got to do better
