I was there for Billy Joel and Stevie Nicks. The sound has vastly improved since 2019, the last concert I attended there. It was a gorgeous night. 60 degrees. The windows and roof were. From your seat you get a very scenic, and colorful view of downtown Phoenix. I guess if you're in the upper deck. Now, I had forgotten how steep the upper level is. I posted a picture from my seat. It was 79 steps to the bottom of that upper level from my seat. There were at least ten more rows above me.. By the time I reached my seat, I was sucking wind for a good ten minutes. I saw many many middle aged and older people struggling with the climb. So kerp on mind if you have trouble climbing, pixk a lower level seat. Now the positive is, becsuse its so steep you dont have to look over or around anybody's head. The head of the person in front of you is at your knee level when seated.

Beautiful ballpark. I have to say inward worried when waking up the roof was open. I thought it was going to be so hot inside since outside was over 100 degrees. But it’ll was comfortable at like a 72 or 74 degree. I felt a nice breeze from their many A/C units. I have to say there is a lot of food options here, one of the coolest is their super dog which is a 18 inch hot dog. You can either get the Arizona style dog or the style of the opposing team. I got the Arizona dog which had a corn salsa, grilled onions, hatch chilis, chorizo, and their house viper sauce. It was messy but very good. I also recommend the loaded cheesesteak fries. It has so much sauce and meat it was so good and the fries stayed nice and crispy. I wish I could try more food but there was so many that looked good. So I finished the night of with a giant snickerdoodle cookie.

From concerts to ball games Chase Field is always fun to visit. Lots of yummy concessions too if you like that kind of stuff. I know we do, until the credit card statement arrives hahaha! Another cool thing we discovered is that you can bring your own snacks as long as it's all in clear plastic ziplock bags. I'm sure this is not a new trick but it is to us. We recently went to a Dbacks game and fed 6 kids snacks from home the entire game and not one complaint. Double bonus! We did purchase sodas in the souvenir Dbacks cup, now we've got a nice collection of those. We might just get season tickets to Dbacks next season, or even get a bunch of our friends/family and rent the pool in the outfield bleachers, now that looks fun. If you have never been to Chase for any reason I suggest visiting during a Dbacks game, it's always a good time.

Arrived two hours early so spent some time at the cheeseburgers and brew house. You can enter without a ticket, have a meal and then watch some of the game. With a ticket you can have a meal, watch the people stream in and then go find your assigned seat. I found parking just across the street. 20 dollars. I didn't buy a lot from the consessions. Bottles of water are 7 dollars. I can't even imagine what actual food would cost. Eat before you come of you are price conscious. Otherwise there is a huge variety of food items and everything looked and smelled great. Event staff was welcoming upon entry. Helpful in locating our seats. Fun activities in between innings and the organ interludes were wonderful. Overall a good event center. Love the new pitch clock as well. Speeds up the game.

Diamondbacks VS Reds game 8/26/23 section 133 row 2 seat 20. It was my first MLB game. Chase field is a nice stadium, and it is definitely a plus that the roof is not open, so the sun/heat is not beating down on everyone during early games. The game was very close. Diamondbacks were winning until the last inning and allowed the Reds to catch up. The game went to extra innings and ended up having 11 innings. The stadium is pretty large. Concessions are pricey, approx $10 for a fountain drink, and approx $16 for a beer with a tip round up to approx $19-20. Scoop of ice cream In a waffle bowl is $10. Team shop inside had a great deal for 2 for $15 on mini bats/foam fingers. Nice stadium and great overall first-time experience.

We are here at Chase Field for the World Baseball Classic 2023. It’s a very busy and crazy environment but super exciting for baseball fans around the world. They have a clear bag policy, and lines to get in are pretty long. Food/merch runs out quickly so get in and out right when you get in. The field itself is average, but we wish the roof was open! Great seats when we bought the tickets back in October. Other people said if you are trying to buy tickets now it’s too expensive. But they are doing a great job of incorporating all the fans and cultures. The Valley Metro Rail takes you right in front of the stadium, perfect way to move around and avoid the traffic.

Chase Field, home to the Arizona Diamondbacks, offers more than just baseball – it’s an experience. While my wife and I enjoyed a cup of mouthwatering elote (corn) and kettle corn, I was a bit let down by the so-called “premium” draft beer, essentially just a tall can of Blue Moon for $16. The disappointment aside, what needs improvement are the stadium bathrooms, which gave off an unfortunate porta-potty odor. Also, the food options inside aren’t very exotic. Despite these minor hiccups, the lively ambiance and the thrill of the game make Chase Field a memorable spot. I’d rate it ⭐⭐⭐ for the overall experience. ⚾

First time coming and it was great. Bummer was monsoon season and was humid when we came around Labor Day weekend. Warm in the stadium. We are in a hurry I had to put my baseball jersey over my cosplay. Not good idea. XD, Security can be touchy if you put on Vicks vapor rub and took cold medicine. Long story short I had already taken my time off work and paid for the hotel and airfare for my trip to Saboten Con 2023. Then I was hit with sinus congestion and couldn't breathe and had a headache. I remember taking all this medicine to try to ease the pain. So I cannot get too angry at them.

  • Luke Bilow

Probably the biggest drawback to attending a baseball game at Chase Field is that the home team, the Arizona Diamondbacks, have a tough time winning. However, good seats can be purchased easily, especially behind the visiting team dugout. Security is great. Food service is great. Chase Field employees are knowledgeable and polite. Parking....well, it's Phoenix so there are more cars than people. The Chase field parking garages are worth the $20 because saving $5 to park 2 blocks away isn't worth walking in 115F heat. Save up your money (a lot) and go enjoy a ballgame.

  • vida wilson

I've been waiting years to see pink and it was worth every overpriced penny I paid for my floor seat! She is phenomenal. The seating at Chase field, however, was tighter than coach seating on British Airways, we were literally sitting on top of each other, so that wasn't cool. And the women's restroom was very obviously a mens restroom as it had 20 urinals and only 4 stalls?? So the lines were painful - NO TP an hour before the show even started?? Come on Chase, we know you're getting your cut of that 3 Mil per show she is making, syep up your game already.

  • Bearded Traveler

it’s been a long time since I’ve been to a baseball game and chase field was very awesome especially outside the stadium. There are plenty of places to drink, eat and just pregame before he entered and paid the big bucks. I did like the hotdog as my father-in-law did as you can see in the picture, he really really enjoyed that one my son and my brother-in-law we also had an awesome time. If you’re trying to save, I would pregame outside and have a couple drinks at the game but there’s nothing better than an old fashion, American baseball experience.

  • AP Wilcox

We usually just come to Chase Field when the Dodgers are in town, and it always feels like Dodger Stadium AZ. We know tons oz D-backs fans, but unfortunately they don’t get a ton of support. It’s a good ballpark too. Easy to get to from everywhere in the Valley of the Sun and lots of parking a short walk from the field. Lots of good local restaurants within a mile or so of the park. My one complaint is that they switched from grass to turf. Professional field sports should not be played on turf ever, never! Especially in a sunshine state like AZ.

  • Ashley Bradshaw

We thankfully went on a night the roof was open and I have to say the stadium is beautiful. If the roof had been closed it might have felt a little claustrophobic but last night was not the case. Pretty decent beer selection, great food, and lots of opportunities for families/children to experience the game. The tickets were fairly priced and I felt like we had great seats to experience the game. Would recommend!

A great stadium when it comes to viewing the game, access to food and drinks, and parking located all around the stadium. What I didn't like when comparing to many other MLB stadiums/parks is that it is an indoor park/stadium and is warm during the game. Even if the roof is open you'll only have a view of the sky unlike other stadiums/parks with views of the surrounding city, mountains. I do love the ability to access any part of the park/stadium. Great views from the outfield walkabout.

  • David Thralls

Chase Field is awesome! I've only ever attended DiamondBacks games there, and it's always a good time. You can get baseball tickets at very reasonable prices for pretty good seats. You don't have to be a huge baseball fan to enjoy going to a baseball game. Get yourself some tickets and go root for the DBacks. It's pretty much guaranteed to be a good time. There is tons of easily accessible parking either at the stadium or in any of the paid lots in the vicinity.

  • Kim Warren

Attended 2 World Baseball Classic games. Lower level for the first game, everything great. Upon sitting in the upper bowl for the second game, some of the stadium's showed. Some is the restaurants were closed as was the team shop. Another fan's seat broke and maintenance had to come out it back together. From above the wear on the turf was visible. Had some difficulty finding the elevator. Overall, a good experience. My love of baseball outweighs the negatives.

  • Trevor Cherryholmes

Close parking was nice across the street, $20 per car. Food was all over, from $10 for a single chick fil a sandwich, $2.50 for a small hotdog, $12 for a brat on pretzel bun. Be prepared to spend $100+ on top of your tickets. Everything in the stadium was very accessible. Baby changing stations in the men’s and women’s rooms. Top level didn’t feel like it took to long to get too. Overall it was a blast and my two boys really enjoyed the game and night out!

  • Myles Smith

I have been to this stadium for Dbacks games and the world baseball classic and I enjoyed both. I like that this venue has a great atmosphere outside the building before you even get to the game. Inside the views are amazing and the seats are great. The food and drink was also very well done, I will give it a 8.1/10. One thing I really like is the batters eye area with the massive scoreboard. If you are in the area don’t pass up going to a game here.

  • Keaton Earl

This place is awesome so many seats and food everywhere. We got to watch the baseball world classic game there (USA vs Colombia) so much energy and there are just about no bad seats. The players threw balls to the fans and the employees at the chase field were awesome at guiding people to their seats and out of the stadium after the game. 10/10 would recommend that you go to a dbacks game here you will have lots of fun!

  • Mike H

Section 305. Row 1. Great view of the field. Great seats. But middle of summer and upper deck = really hot. One of my biggest complaints with the ballpark is summer time and upper deck seating is not very good air conditioning. I know it’s a problem but cmon it’s really hot. You go into the concourse and it’s nicer and you go to the lower concourse and feels really nice. Makes me want to get tickets to the pool.

  • Bob D

Other than the 118° temperature outside, this ballpark is a very nice place to watch a game. The vendors, security, ticket scanners, and event staff are some of the best I've encountered across many different ballparks/stadiums up and down the west coast. The people of Phoenix are friendly and easy to talk to. Probably not a bad view from anywhere in the park but ours was certainly exceptional.

  • Scott Sansam

Went for the world series and had a blast. The roof was open and the stadium was was gorgeous this time of year. Obviously not the results we were hoping for but I still has a blast and the crowd was electric. My only gripe was the music, I would've loved to hear more classic rock, or at least some more mixed in. I don't mind EDM, but it gets tiring being blasted over the course of 9 innings.

  • Sarah Huerta-Duran

View from Section 123; row 29 Seats are better than bleachers but are so tight definitely brushing against others when sliding to your reserved seat, even when standing. Saw a rather large roach make it’s way through the row. Prices for food and drinks are obnoxiously high. Despite all that, I’ve had a blast at every game. The fans bring the energy and players bring the suspense.

  • Michael Harville

First time there in years. Sat in 2nd row of upper deck, and that was a fantastic experience with a great view. It was 112 degrees outside, but perfect temperature (maybe 72, definitely not cold or hot) inside. Only complaint might be that the food lines were very long until late in the game. Easy to enter and leave. Parked a few blocks away for $30. Overall it was a great time!

  • Shannon Mead

First live Baseball game for my English husband...what a treat! And, the Home team won. One glitch, not knowing the rules in advance, we almost didn't get in because my purse and my husbands bag were not regulation size. Luckily, the young man on the gate had mercy, searched our bags, and let us into the game. The staff who assisted us were great. We had a terrific day!

  • Joanne Deanda

I finally got to go to a game. First time ever attending a race for the championship game! I had the best time! I wish I had known about the specialty margaritas, never had watermelon. Maybe next time. We beat the Phillies! The escalator broke on the way out and we were redirected to the stairs. Chanting all the way down "Let's go Dbacks!" was so loud so much fun.

  • Vallinthewild

My first time here. I was late, so I had a hard time getting a spot to park. There are several parking places within blocks of the stadium. Be prepared for 15 to 30 dollars. The one I parked in was card only. So take both cash and card. See through bags only and/or very small clutch/wallet for women allowed. A variety of foods are available. The gift shop was awesome.

  • Melanie

Had a wonderful time at the Donate Life game on 7/30. It was my husband's first baseball game he really enjoyed it. It was very nice to see all the families that came to honor their donor hero. Even though the Dbacks lost it was still fun and the reason we were there made it all the more special. Thank you Donate Life and the Diamondbacks for such a wonderful day.

  • AnM Racing

This review is for the tour. It was awesome! Definitely recommend this to everyone, well worth it even if you are not a baseball fan. You get to go through the places not accessible normally. Make sure to get Kevin as your guide. He was informative and a great sense of humor.

Took my wife to set Pink at this venue. We had side, full view seats. The setup was poor because you couldn't see the whole stage. I don't blame the venue. It's ticketmaster's responsibility to notify its customers on the quality of the ticket. The stadium has a roof and is temperature controlled. That was helpful with the temperature outside near 100 degrees.

  • Jay Williams

I was fortunately gifted tickets for Game 5: Diamondbacks v Phillies and sheesh. Just walking up the stairs you can feel the energy just pulsing through Chase Field, absolutely incredible. From the architectural masterpiece of an arena to the staff working the event, everything was spot on. Definitely looking forward to going to more games… maybe. Go Phils!!

  • Jon Schumacher

Great place to watch a game. Food was good and the value options are nice. Just ask for jalapeños and extra cheese on your nachos. My order was a sad one, they were busy so probably forgot to ask when I ordered for jalapeños. You can bring in snacks so that is a great plus and makes me support the team even more that they know what it costs to attend a game.

  • Ro Ma

Chase Field was awesome. We saw the Diamondbacks beat the Red Sox. We purchased seats in the Bar-S section where you can have hot dogs, popcorn, peanuts and sodas- as much as you like. The roof was not opened so the game was comfortable.

This stadium needs to be updated!! For every 4 women's restrooms, there is one men's bathroom, and they are not kept up at all! Staff is not friendly anywhere, and have fun waiting in line forever. Also, if you pay tons of money for floor tickets, have fun using porta potties with no access to drinks or food and standing the entire time!!

  • Duane Blackburn

Great ballpark! Friendly staff who will talk to you (unless they're taking care of fans) about what you can do at the ballpark! The facility was clean... before everyone was there I love watching the game live at this park because it's inside!

I’ve been to many ballparks across the United States and I’m the biggest Angel fan there is. Arizona diamondbacks know how to treat guest my son went to his first Arizona diamondbacks game and he had a blast met the mascots had great seats and wonderful prices and even caught his first foul ball!! Will be back again !!! More

We drove down from Colorado to watch the Orioles play (and the Diamondbacks!). We easily walked to the stadium from a nearby hotel and appreciated that there was also a public transit stop right next to the stadium. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful! The stadium was nice and the A/C is a lifesaver from the heat.

  • Judy Abel

This is actually the beautiful Summitt across the street. If your up on the roof and chase field opens the roof you can see the game. A few pals and I like to come visit a friend who resides here and watch the fireworks all over the valley. It's awesome. This last 4th of July also displayed a GEORGEOUS blood moon. Perfect.

  • Michael Botta

This place has gotten old, quick. Love that birds occupy the stadium, at least they get a safer place to exist. My last visit, the stadium felt old and in need of a facelift like Footprint Center. The Diamondbacks are fairly good as well, don’t they deserve a better home. Doesn’t need to be torn down, just renovated.

  • Nicolas Merritt

While I might be a hometown fan with a bias, I have been to a few other fields, and I love Chase field the most. The setup is neat, and they are able to open or shut the roof to help stave off the desert heat. There are nice displays around the entire field so you can keep track of the game progress …

  • Chris Blue Moon Collectibles

Very cool place to see a baseball game. Saw a WBC game crowd and experience were worth the visit alone. Urban setting is a dome was a little warm. Good slanted seats provide great views of the action. Bathrooms are good. Did enforce clear bag rule some. But rule was applied to not everyone in attendance.

  • Bill D (Bill in Tempe)

Great experience at Chase. Had seats a few rows behind my Pirates visitors dugout. All the personnel from ticket scanners to ushers and concessions were overly customer friendly. Haven't been there in years since it was the BOB and was pleasantly surprised. Beer however hasn't gotten any cheaper.

  • Alfredo Macias

Our first MLB park visit and it was awesome. Beautiful facility. Very friendly staff. Everything, including the bathrooms were clean. Easy and convenient parking that was priced very well and reasonably. Concessions were also priced very reasonably. Will definitely be back for another ball game.

  • Kelli Francis

Nothing but great experiences attending Diamondbacks games. Although, they definitely adhere to the clear bag policy. So don't buy multiple items at the shop, leave to eat, and try to come back in with your merchandise in one of their shopping bags. The only frustration I've had at Chase Field.

  • Michael Bott

Sold out for a concert, very understaffed. Lines wrapped around building on all surface streets. 120 degrees outside. Drinks were extremely overpriced! $30 for a double margarita (12oz). Although the roof was closed it was extremely hot in the top section. Constant sweat for four hours.

  • JR Timothy

I love this stadium. The retractable roof and a/c are primo. Even in Arizona in the summer the stadium is comfortable and even a way to get out of the blistering sun for a few hours. Go win another world series now dbacks.

We love going to Chase Field. Our children love the kids' club and playing in the batting cage. The staff is always very polite and helpful. The air conditioning could be cooler for games that have more people. It gets pretty warm in the stadium when more people are in there.

  • rod kehmeier

Went to watch the Seattle Mariners play the Arizona Diamondbacks with my wife and bro in law. We had great seats and the M's won!!! Chase Field is a great place to watch a game. They have great food and drink selections. Very fan friendly. Lots of parking close to the field.

  • Matthew Neff

1st time at this stadium, and I was pleasantly surprised. Sat in section A and the perks that come along with that section were awesome. Great value and not to mention Corbin Carroll with a go ahead homerun in the 8th and 12 K's from Merrill Kelly. The D backs won me over.

  • Michelle Davis

1 issues, went to the Sedona club to order and I never received my food after an hour and the guy couldn’t do a refund only the manager and he never showed up either. Needless to say I never got food or money back and I’m sure we all know how pricy that stuff is in there.

  • Shania Edgewater

It was my first time going here and it was great! I love how big it is and how close we were to seeing the game. The staff were friendly and it was an exciting game. It was just the traffic while leaving the game and the cost of food and drinks from the kiosk stands.

  • Susie Xxx

First time at a Dbacks Game it was awesome.. . We had a great time. We had to walk far from stadium any parking close to stadium was $50. I couldn't find anything on Geek Seat for parkimg for this stadium.....The game and the crowd was wild..... We had so much fun.

  • Mary S

Enjoyed the MVP party today and always have a nice time at Chase Field! Got to be at the pool suite and had an extra fun time. If you are there early enough for practice you can catch so many of the balls! I got two in a matter of minutes! It was worth it!!! More

  • Ahmad Kadouri

A great atmosphere. It was my first time attending baseball here in Phoenix and I was lucky enough to witness the 25th anniversary for the Dbacks. I got an awesome shirt and enjoyed the game. Very well organized event compared to many more I attended elsewhere.

  • Kim F

The Pink concert was great!! She does a great show. Brandi Carlile was awesome as well!! My only complaint was why set up seats that don't really face the stage, they just faced forward. Had to turn to face the stage or watch the screens in front of me.

  • Jose Escoto

Easy in and out of the stadium. Felt secure all the way through. A few blocks away there’s plenty of free public parking. Allowed to bring waters in so save yourself some money by doing so. Once the sun goes out of site, the heat isn’t too

  • Jason Cobb

The one thing you need to figure out if you have a building that is going to host 50,000+ people is parking. WHAT A JOKE! I get it, the Suns were playing too, so what. You are in the big crowd business, have a better plan for parking. We

Regardless of how their season is going... You can't go wrong attending a D-backs game at Chase Field. Plenty of spots to hang out before the game and with the roof open... It's awesome fireworks night!?

  • Claralina Cammack

As a baseball field it's great, but as a concert venue it's terrible. If you're not on the floor, you're far away and end up watching the video screen the whole time. Parking is a huge cluster mess.

The new MLB rules are awesome! Make a sign before you arrive. We made the mega tron twice!! Then we screamed our faces off at all the action. What a great time! Go D - backs!! Can't wait to go back.
