Disgusting service and room only half good thing is that it was close to the hospital that I was visiting pictures shown on add are the very best if you get the correct room reception was a dingy dirty little room elevator stunk of curry carpets on every hallway are old and smelly the people that say it was good I think are from third world countries as it is defiantly not up to Australian standards this manager and owner are very rude and lying when a complaint is put into webjet the owner part refunded me and I could not get the rest of my money back from webjet because the lied to them, will not ever stay here again I was going to move to hotel next door but he wouldn’t let me out of my booking then he moved me to an even dirtier room at a $50 a night extra, beds are lumpy pillows are way to soft (just like not having one at all) please do yourself a favour don’t book

The guy at the front desk was really friendly and polite. Unfortunately the room hadn't been maintained at all. The shower head needed to be held up by hand. The shower rack would fall down if you put a towel on it. The ensuite basin was blocked. I picked the telephone up and the screen fell off. There's graffiti in the room. All the cutlery and cups required cleaning before use. Lots of dust on everything. The car park was quite difficult to access and some permanent occupants here park across multiple spaces in the better car park. If your vehicle is over 1.8 metres, do not enter the lower car park. It smelled pretty bad too. Lucky for the nice guy downstairs, I had to give him some stars.

Upon arriving instantly we were not happy with the state of the room. Mould, dirty a dusty, what looked to be a vomit stain on the wall, greasy marks everywhere, and that's only the tip of the iceberg. We were not happy with how the room was and brought up these issues with the front desk, the receptionist was ignorant and non cooperative at all saying that the state of the room was up to standards. In being told that we packed our stuff, after being there for no more than 45mins and left all whilst being refused a refund. DO NOT BOOK HERE plenty of other places with much nicer rooms close by

I stayed here when I saw the Red Hot Chili Peppers in Brisbane and everything was just perfect for me. The aircon was already on so I walked into this perfectly chilled apartment. I purposely booked a room with a bath so I could have a soak........aaaaaaaah. it was a good soak. The only thing I had to do was adjust the aerial so I could watch a bit of tennis. Loved my stay. Will come back again

Pros first- great location. It is situated overlooking the Brisbane river and if you get the right room , you will get to witness some beautiful scenes by the river. It has free parking which is a luxury in Brisbane hotels. And quite close to public transport like bus, ferry and trains. Cons : the place looks old. The carpets are stained. The room has laundry but it is force fitted in the bathroom leaving very little space. For some reason when you use the dryer , the bathroom floors are covered with water from condensed water vapour. Overall, it is a good place for a couple of days but wouldn't recommend for longer duration stay

Stayed as it is close to hospital while visiting my brother. Manager and owner rude when asked a question. The room was dirty, bathroom sink was blocked and disgusting. Wouldn’t stay again. If I could give a zero review it would be more suited. Review wouldn't allow reply, so these are the photos of the sink on arrival. I had been there one hour and went to wash my face. You didnt ask us to find another hotel, but instead took extra days payment for cleaning the room. To all future reviewers, be aware. This is a clean apartment NOT!!

Very surprised here, we got an apartment for 5 of us. The place was clean, very well equipped, the river cat terminal is literally 5 minutes walk away and that takes you into the CBD. Washing machine, tumble dryer, ensuite, balcony. Under cover parking 1.8m Our only downside was it is overlooked. But we just closed the curtains.

Please be aware - I did not stay at this hotel and this review is based on my observations. My parents were staying at this hotel and I was visiting them in their first floor suite. Nice big room and seemed quite well appointed. Plenty of parking (first in first served - no allocated parking.) There was a nice view of the river from the room and although the hotel fronts a major road, there was very little traffic noise. Overall, I think Chasely would be a pleasant place to stay.

The rooms didn't look much like the photos and the service was terrible. The guy working int he front desk is really rude and gave us attitude while moving in. The rooms are quite large and reasonable however and the view is really nice. Moreover the location is great because it's near the 412 bus stop which can bring you to Toowong, UQ or the City. Overall, poor service and photos do not represent their rooms but the hotel is in a great location.

Enjoyed our stay..two nights for medical appointment..one room apartment met all our needs..everything supplied...good kitchenette..washing machine and dryer..good sized living area..clean and well maintained. Booking in was easy..reception a bit tricky to find but driving through underground car park wasnt an issue.Richard was friendly and welcoming and we would definitely stay again

The Chasely apartment hotel was clean and had everything that I needed. It is close to the hospital with great bike and walking tracks along the river across the street. The Regatta hotel is just down the road, and a service station is the other way. A bus stop is not far from the front door to take you to the nearest train station for access to the centre of town.

Stayed here last weekend, just for one night. Value for money excellent including parking, all for $130/night. Size of accommodation ample for two or three people, right on the river, beside the Wesley private hospital and just down the road from the Reggatta hotel.

Old apartment. Dark and dreary. Dirty bench top, hair in the bath and don't put your hand in between the cushions on the couch. Gross. Clean sheets and bed was ok. Disappointed to say the least. Pipes creaking and took forever for shower to heat up. Nothing like photos

Very convenient accommodation for our hospital visit. This is an older building, - yet clean, tidy, and most comfortable. Fully self-contained, which is perfect for longer stays, price was reasonable. Lovely view of the river! Would definitely recommend.

Good stuff: excellent location, super friendly staff, great value for money. Bad stuff: Very basic unit, not enough towels, could hear next door unit snoring, shower pressure sucks and almost no telstra mobile reception.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Had a view of the Brisbane River and city skyline. Room compact with a kitchenette. Washing machine and a dryer in bathroom. All clean. Windows needed a clean. We were happy with appartment.

Have used this hotel several times and always happy with the price and service

Great. Very close to Wesley Hospital and ferry and accessible to Southbank and City etc. Secure access of you have to check in late. Great rates and friendly staff. Clean facilities with everything you need.

My wife had to stay there when was in hospital. It 's a bit of a walk up and down that hill.
