What an absolute joke of a service. We booked the complimentary service with economy and I decided to surprise everyone by upgrading to Business. You'd think it would all be ok, but just to double check I decided to call and confirm our car is arriving in a few hours from now in Dubai only to find out they cancelled the service without notifying anyone. So if I didn't decide to double check we'd be sitting like ducks at 6:30 AM in Dubai waiting for nothing. The worst thing about all of it is they don't seem to think they've done anything wrong. Absolutely atrocious service. This is ultimately my fault for decided to give Etihad a go when Emirates has been serving me great for the last 30 years. First and last trip with Etihad. Sorely disappointed.
