Terrible experience. Called during the week and booked a storage unit. Went there on Saturday to load it up and first waited one hour to be served. It takes a minimum of 30 minutes to process one customer! Finally got to the queue and was told that my reserved storage unit was given to someone else the previous day. Even though it was their fault they wanted to charge me extra for a larger unit which I did not need! It was only an extra $20 but if they had an ounce of customer service they would recognise they were at fault and a customer should not be penalised. Anyway - happy ending. Went around the corner to Storage King and they were brilliant. Highly recommend them.

Currently I have had to resort at looking into paid storage. I am so pleased I decided to enquire with Cheapa Self Storage. Not only are they local for me, which I see as a bonus but dealing with Ann has been a wonderful experience. Her customer service, advise and and sales skills to help accomodare my needs and keep within my ideal budget is to be complimented. Ann was very friendly and kind, and made the whole process easy, going beyond her job description. The process of how to access the facility to store our goods was made easy by way of clear explanations and by the equipment they provide such as a large trolley and a lift. Having access to our stored goods 24 hours a day was a bonus. Reasonable prices as well. Facility is also very clean. Highly recommended!

We had a storage cage hired out here for a couple of years. Never had any problems. The staff provide good service and our important gear was kept in good condition. Access was easy, although it can be tricky to get a space in the carpark to load/unload- The staff can help out with this though. I would not hesitate to recommend this business.

I have just returned from living overseas having spent almost 3 years in Europe. During my time away I stored my furniture and personal effects with this company and I couldn't be happier. My stuff was kept safe and secure and the service I received from the staff has been just great. I have no hesitation in recommending these guys.

Don't even think about putting your precious belongings in this awful storage place I went to it because of the price but you are better of with the well known professionals if you value your good and don;t want them stolen.
