Food was ok at best. Got the 25 dollar pound stuffed with cheese burger. The buger that claimed to have 1 ounces of cheese inside, to disappointment as you see in the photo barely a drop. It was shaped so large that you couldn't even bite it. Would highly recommend getting a stuffed patty press to form these burgers a bit better. Also ordered pizza bites they were a bit burnt. The potato skins were dried out and not fresh. The saving grace was their fresh cut fries and the regular sized cheese burger. Also there is what appears to be a resident dog that wanders the restaurant as seen in photo. It was explained that this is a companion service dog.... should be leashed and not allowed to jump on people. Also witnessed a baby being changed right at the table side.... not a pleasant smell or sight.

This place just is what it is. It's a biker bar outside of the city. It's not clean - most surfaces are a little sticky. The rural locals often leave driving their cars a little tipsy. But people have fun and the staff are great. You feel welcome or at home there. The food is decent considering the kitchen seems quite small. It's mostly toaster oven or deep fried foods. It's great for late night take out or just having fun singing loudly at a bar with locals. Its not a place to bring your kids for Sunday lunch but it is great for take out any hour or drinking on site.

I had the pleasure of celebrating my daughter's birthday at Checkered Flag Bar and Grill, and it turned out to be the highlight of our day. The food was absolutely delicious; we savored every bite of the deluxe burger and pulled pork sandwich. The restaurant's vibrant atmosphere, adorned with sports memorabilia, added to the overall charm. I'm definitely planning to return – we loved every moment of our visit! Highly recommended!

This place is a diamond in the rough.. My partner and myself had just came in from the falls and had planned on going to Wimpys but we spotted this place so decided to give it a try.. Upon first entry we were greeted by the server/bartender right away followed by the bar Dog Rusty who was adorable...The server herself was super friendly and very hospitable.. Tons of race car memorabilia and naustalgic.. The food was delicious.. We will return

I have passed by this place many of times and wanted to try the wings… was not happy at all… we waited 15 minutes before the bartender came over… however, she decided to take other people’s order that arrived after us… wings were so over spiced and sauce tasted like tomato soup.. Burgers and fries are amazing!! Good, clean, lean, juicy, homemade chuck. Fires are big, never oily or over salted and cooked to perfection. Not really ideal for families to dine in, more like a bar feel. But the food is more than family approved and worth every penny! A cool stop for a beer or two

I come here for the Tuesday bike Nights, wicked atmophere, and good servers. Inside, it's a little tight fit for the crowd, and they definitely get overwhelmed on this day. Food is only mediocre, but you come here to drink and socialize.

Food, Service, Atmosphere were all great. $15.00 for JUST A BURGER is OUTRAGEOUS!! COST Me $55.00 for 2 Bacon Cheese Burgers, 1 fries, 1 onion rings and 2 pop. Big Burgers, handmade were delicious, but $55.00 ?!? will hit up A&W next time - cheaper anyway.

Could be a much better experience if they kept it cleaner and better maintained. It's a local haunt mostly and all that entails. Food is fine, beer is cold. Ambiance is roadside-gritty.

Really like the nascar atmosphere, great stop on way or from airport. Never let's us down. Try it.
