The purchase of the Chelino B2-FIX booster seat for my granddaughter was one of my best online purchase experiences to date. Firstly the info on line and video were user friendly. I placed and paid for the item on the 10th of october, two men arrived on 11th October to deliver the item.I unpacked the item immediately as I was in the garden and my vehicle was being cleaned by a staff member. the gentleman accompanying the driver saw me trying to put th item together from the back instead of front....he jumped out and offered assistance, the seat was good to go in two minutes. my granddaughter loves her big girl seat. Thank you
Excellent service from staff members. They provided me with a full demo and answered all my questions. One of the staff members even went with my husband to our car to find out if our car is compatible with the isofix base. After making our purchase (which we are very happy with btw), that same staff member went outside of the store to find a trolley for us. 10/10 recommend this store for both the quality of the products, as well as the friendly and helpful staff who really know their stuff!
Not posting about the cavendish store but I am posting about the product it self. Purchased the Codi Car Seat less than 5 months ago and had to send it for repairs twice already. I cannot get a new one nor can I get a refund as that is not part of their policy. Not impressed with this product or the Chelino service at all. I do not recommend the Codi Car Seat
Great service indeed. I was looking for a car seat and camp cot ( got them at an affordable price) David was very helpful, he welcomed us with a smile even accompanied us to the car. Looking forward to my next purchase. Clean and well organized store.
Super impressed with your repairs department. I was having problems with a 2 year old tandem pram's wheel. I contacted the repairs center and they sent me two replacement wheels to my door free of charge. No questions asked. :)) Thank you Team Chelino
Hi I was at your Cavendish square store yesterday. I bought the lotus high chair. There are no trolleys in the store. I had to walk out of the mall to find one. Please provide trolleys in-store. Thank you
